I would like to make a complaint about the pos laju service been giving out.
I would like to apologize that I had been lost my tracking number, I just get back the number by today. I track for the tracking number is mention that located in pos laju puchong, and I keep on calling from 9.30am to 10.10am, but nobody pick up my phone, the line is busy. and I keep on calling to the number [protected] also in the same situation by line busy. kindly please assist me soon.

Sy track barang yg dihantar pada 16/12/2017 dan sehingga ke hari ini 20/12/2017 masih belum sampai dan masih sangkut di pos laju kuantan, sedangkan item tersebut diposkan di counter poslaju terengganu untuk dihantarkan ke batu pahat, johor . Masih tiada update terbaru di track . Kenapa tidak terus hantar ke johor ? Kenapa perlu singgah di kuantan dan masih lagi tiada update 😕

Saya dapati service penghantaran surat di kawasan rumah saya agak teruk. Ini kerana pihak posmen didapati malas untuk menghantar surat2 yg sepatutnya dihantar tiap2 rumah. Posman hanya longgokkan semua surat2 di kedai runcit. Posmen beranggapan empunya surat tu akan amik surat mereka di kedai runcit. Posmen xboley anggap empunya surat tu akan selalu ke kedai runcit terbabit utk check surat2 utk mereka. Jgn kerana nk mudahkan tugas penghantaran surat, akan memudahkan empunya surat. Jika terdapat surat2 yg penting, adakah pihak pos malaysia akan bertanggung jawab

Received called from postman En.Anwar (H/p:[protected] from Poslaju Bandar Baru Bangi branch)around 11am today, said he throw the parcel(without my permission or acknowledgement) into my car porch. Then he found dogs inside. I told him I can only reached home at night and asked him to collect back before it become worst or he is adjusted to pay damages.
At the end all goods damage because of his irresponsible attitude.
Is this the normal procedure of poslaju ?Please compensate my loss.
ampang park branch - shutdown
I'm one of customer who been using Ampang Park Branch services for an ages as my company that I'm working with, just located around this branch, and I'm really disappointed when hearing this branch will be no longer available after the middle of this month . I'm not really sure what the main reason of top management - Pos Malaysia by not relocated Ampang Park branch to somewhere around this area; eg ; UTM Jalan Tun Razak building/Intermark Building/G tower/ or at least somewhere in LRT station as it will east the tenant around here to catch up with the Pos Malaysia services during lunch hour and etc. For me, suggestion by using KLCC Pos Malaysia as it is the nearest branch is totally insane as currently looking at the massive customer in there, will totally wasting our time.

Had a parcel to be delivered from Cheras to Selayang since 4 Dec. Item reached recipient address on 8 Dec (4 days later).
Despatch asked me to go down and collect, said they are not sending parcel up. I informed him that the arranged recipient could not go down to collect.
He insisted that delivery service is not including of sending parcel up for highrise building, threatenned said if no one come down to collect, he will just bring back the item back to pos office and I will then need to collect it from Pos office by myself.
Till now, item is not delivered, Pos office did not arrange another delivery., [protected] is just a display unit, forever no pick ups, Pos laju Batu Caves office has no one pick up the phone line too. No reply from Pos Malaysia after complaint submitted to [protected]@pos.com.my and feedback.pos.com.my.
So what Pos Malaysia planning to do is to isolate themselves from the outside world, nobody could reach them to submit their complaint and request?
So frontline despatch can simply change their service and do whatever they want? simplify their job by asking recipient go down and collect or even better off to ask recipient collect parcel from pos office itself.

I went to post office at Giant Kuala Terengganu. I wait for almost 1 hour because only 2 counter operate ( 1 for bil, 1 for others). After 1 hour my number is called, I want to register my mobile number for ASB. The staff at counter said cannot register because someone have tried before today but unsuccessful. Why they did not put notice and make people wait for their unavailable service ? Very bad and I'm very frustated.

Saya letak alamat saya tingkat 10. Tapi barang saya tak pernah sampai ke alamat yang betul iaitu tingkat 10. Saya tak pasti samada posmen tak tahu baca atau posmen tersebut tak tahu buat kerja.. setiap kali barang sampai, saya kena collect di tingkat 11 tetapi dalam parcel tersebut secara terangan tulis tingkat 10.. bukan sekali.. dah berkali-kali masalah yang sama.. sekarang barang saya dihantar kepada nama yang saya tidak kenali dan di tingkat berapa pun tak tahu, tingkat 10 tak ada.. tingkat 11 pun tak ada.. actually kalau complaint sini belum tentu lagi posmen tu boleh paham nak hantar ke tingkat 10 ke tingkat mana.penat je letak address yang betul tapi hantar ke address lain. so disappointed. EH465953109MY shipment is not being dispatched yet.Shipment handed over counter on 27th November 2017. Emails were sent under Incident #4205489: Unknown shipment status but no response till now. I have tried contact [protected] and Pos Laju Pelabuhan Klang since 4th October 2017 till now but no one ever pick up my calls.Those shipment contains highly important exam certificate and if the shipment is lost, POSLAJU will need to compensate.

recently, i receive plenty of mail that were from other houses with same house number but different roads. I tried returning back the mail but the following delivery day, the problem re-occur. I live in Taman Megah 2, Cheras Perdana, Postcode 43200, Selangor and I would like to submit an official complaint that all the mails are not delivered and stuck in the post office of Bt 9 Cheras Pos Malaysia Branch, they told my neighbour that they are understaffed hence cannot deliver the mails to us.

poslaju services have extended delivery time?
I am expecting my delivery to arrive by 05 Dec.. Was sent out on 03 Dec.. When I checked on the tracking website it is said to have checked out on miri hub.. When I called after 20 times.. Finally a lady answered and gave me a long explanation saying flights from kl to kuching to Sibu to bintulu and lastly to miri.. Then in that case why not just use normal service as the word Laju no longer holds value..
irresponsible postmen
What is the purpose of doing a courier service but the postmen never actually deliver the parcels to the house? I believe that i'm always at home or someone is always available at home in case if there's anything. I don't know why there are no phone calls and no notification card regarding my parcels. Imagine there is no existence of a tracking app, I would never know what will happen to my parcels! I want to know for whatever reasons why postmen are being irresponsible and decided not to deliver the parcels in front of the door recently. What if people out there have no transportation? Why would they lining up for hours just to collect the parcels at the poslaju office? Please do your jobs properly, don't do it for the sake of money. PLEASE REFER TO THE PICTURE THAT I ATTACH WITH THIS COMPLAIN. Years after years negative complaint about pos laju have been submited. But no action or any improvement have been made. Is every delivery manpower of poslaju blind or deft? Me and my family at home during the time we receive the delivery notice and state that no one home? On what necessary do we as customers required to give contact numbers for postage service? On what purpose we should fill in our address for delivery when we need to pick up at pos office? And also what is the necessary for stating the contact number at the delivery notice when we cant even contact that number? Always come out with full box n try later over and over again? Your company mission n vision are completely joke! Complaint to pos office counter also no improvement made. Complaint here suppose to be the same i guess? Management lineup made from blind and deft people also? Despite all these negative complaint regarding poslaju service over and over these years nothing have change. Big people with small brain? And please change poslaju vision n mission. Make customers wanna puke.
