rude service from the staff upon delivery
Staff knocked my door like a gangster and awaken my family and baby sleeping.Opened the door and questioned him why no call before come and knock the door so loud.The staff challenge me with replied "if 100 customers, I need to call 100 people" and added "some customers even asking me to knock louder".DHL and ABX also will call me before they come with a very good manner and service.First time I have seen this kind of rude and sarcastic behaviour from POS office staff. Seriously I think your company need to take action against this kind of staff to improve your service. I am the regular customer of doing courier service, this is the very first time I met this kind of staff from POS office with such bad service of attacking me personally without any improvement or self awareness from their service behaviour, even challenge me further some more. I don't hope to see this kind of bad service, giving me bad impression and bad image from POS office again. Thanks
poslaju melalui order shopee barang pecah
Pada 23/11/2017 saya telah menghantar mug customer yang diorder melalui shopee dari ayer keroh melaka ke taman desa permai kajang mnggunakan perkhidmatan poslaju . Saya telah di inform customer yang mug pecah seperti dalam gambar yang dilampirkan . Sebelum ini dah bberapa kali berlaku dan saya telah dinasihatkan untuk bungkuskan barang menggunakan kotak serta bubble wrap dengan tebal . Dah wrap tebal macam dalam gambar yang saya sertakan pun sama pecah juga . Saya ingin pihak pos laju untuk membayar ganti rugi atas kerosakan dan kerugian yang berlaku

My item number is EH590030903MY. Parcel arrived on 13/11 4.35pm IOI Boulevard, unfortunately my company off on that day & I called up for second delivery on 14/11 at [protected] the line was so busy almost 30mins only I managed to talk with the person & he say early 17th I can receive my parcel yet on 22/11 I still haven't get my parcel yet so I went to Cawangan Serahan Puchong & the guy said the pastel already sent back . What ? When I asked for second delivery the guy didn't proceed for me yet the branch general line like forever no one pick up .. why the branch still need the general line as the phone forever no people pick up .. I felt very ridiculous about this issue, I never experienced this with pos laju before the line changed to hotline [protected], the guy seems like working without training .. Every information ask and ask again even my name he don't remember . First of all, I think I will never have confident with pos laju again.

Ni the latest prob ni, jd lg, skrg ni beli barang online pakai alamat rumah kakak sy, area gombak batu 10, mmg xde prob pakai alamat tu, even rumah xde org, abg posmen akan letak brg sy kt ezibox, dorang akan call utk @ anta by mesej, yg tu x tau pos laju cawangan mana, tp mmg terbaik sy cakap, ni sy beli barang 16hb nov 2017 brg da sampai kt poslaju batu caves then still pending nk anta ke alamat rumah, tgk dlm sistem mmg ade kt poslaju batu caves, tp brg keluar ke ape xde dlm sistem, ni bile kakak sy nak amek satu hal lg, dorang suruh owner nama ambil dtg sndiri sbb alamat dlm ic x sama... Tolong tingkatkan perkhidmatan anda. U r no longer can be call pos laju. Dalam sistem item dah ada di pos kawasan saya pada 12/11/17, tapi tidak dihantar. 16/11/17 saya call untuk tahu status & request untuk delivery dibuat pada isnin 20/11/17. Masih tidak dihantar. Selasa 21/11/17 call semula, staff kulim boleh cakap barang dah pos semula ke shah alam. Tiada notis untuk 2nd delivery dibuat. Dah la xhantar barang. Bila dah call untuk request delivery tak noted. I need it urgent! Plz take action. Suruh call customer service tak pernah dapat how to complaint? U tell me.

Sent out the item on 13th Nov. The item should be received by customer on 14th Nov.
But I accidentally missed out to write BANDAR PETRI JAYA on the parcel. My customer notified me bout that.
On 16th I called to Poslaju Kota Tinggi and make sure they rewrite the address and they said to deliver on 19th Nov *not sure why it takes 3 days 😒
Until today, 21th Nov. The system said, THE ITEM CAN BE COLLECTED IN POSLAJU KOTA TINGGI!
NO DELIVERY ATTEMPTED ON 19th Nov either!
Tried to call them but nobody answer!

I stay in kuala lumpur and recently made an online purchase and tracked my shipment all the way until it was shipped. After a few days, I still haven't received my purchase so I checked again. To my surprise, it says that delivery was already attempted and a memo was left in my mailbox. However, I was home for the whole day and received no calls from the post office or postman. Also, there is no memo whatsoever in my mailbox. This isn't the first time they've done this to me, i.e. Not even attempting to deliver a parcel and saying they have. Good job, pos malaysia.

I did not receive my parcel while it should have arrive on that day after i checked the status. I was at home all day long but no one came. In the end the status changed to attempt delivery but premises close.this is nonsense and totally deceiving cause i was at home all day long.and there is notice leave as usually do when people is not at home. I am sure u didnt make it and u did not deliver my item at all but u act as if u was not at home when u attempt to deliver the parcel . This is not the first time this happened. Please do something.bad service.

Pos man ti dak hantar surat ke kawasan perumahan. Surat surat yang penting terbiar saja di post office kanowit. Hal ini mendatangkan masalah yang sangat sangat besar kepada saya.Apabila saya pergi ke post office kanowit untuk kutip surat . Sejak hampir setahun perkara ini berlaku di sekitar Sungai Merab Luar, Kajang, Selangor. Dan kali ini lebih teruk. Bil dan surat-surat penting dikumpul antara 1 hingga 3 bulan. Ada di antaranya sudah rosak. Dan beberapa surat penting sudah terlebih tempoh dan kami menghadapi masalah bagi urusan tertentu. Mohon Pos Malaysia memperbaiki perkara ini. Full Description - Parcel received by my customer that should have one Glass Set and 2 toothpaste (NuSkin Brand). When customer receive the parcel on 9/11/2017 the 2 toothpaste is Lost (Nowhere in the parcel) But the packing was fully sealed.
Solution : Please track the 2 toothpaste (White Colour Tube, NuSkin Brand). If unable to track, I want the Refund of RM80 (RM40/tube)
I have attached the picture of the opened Parcel from customer, Consignment Note, and picture on how the Toothpaste look like.
Please look into the matter seriously because the case is really affecting my business and my customers is very disappointed with the service.

lousy delivery service
This is a worse experience I have with Pos Laju Malaysia which hired someone who is no manner, bad attitude and impatience people to deliver the goods to the home! Although I understand that there won't have anyone will entertain me for such complain, but it doesn't matter.
Incident happen :He [protected])is the one who is sending parcel for the 2nd time to my home talk very rudely and impatience to me and think that I ask for 2nd delivery is for fun! Hello, as a common sense, anyone at here will have such time to do such joking or childish thing with such person!
Previously I had called customer service and mention who is the one to pick such parcel, if the internal didn't communicate between each other, is this fault under consumer?

I arrive at this branch at 12.40 on 7 nov 2017z The service at this branch is extremely extremely slow that i took my number, it was calling 0094 i had to wait for 10 person and standing there for 20 minutes the calling hasnt moved. Most importantly, te lady at counter one was not serving anyone for this 20 minutes period of time. I am just wondering why do you permit your staff to hold on to their seats and not serve customer, if they are busy they should have just close the counter why keep it open and not so anything?

My receiver received the parcel on 6.11.2017 Monday and the parcel has been opened and Thing got stolen! Please help this out ! The parcel shipped on 23.10.2017 from Australia to Malaysia. This made my business looking bad ! Im paying so much for the shipping and yet thing got STOLEN. Could you please investigate this ?
