a very slow service by poslaju
On 10/10/2017 a parcel had been sent from Kuantan, Pahang to me in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. The sender had given me a tracking number from the Poslaju receipt for me to manage my time, so i can be at home for receiving this parcel.(EH523187687MY).
So me as a receiver often track this item with patience.But on 11/10/2017 @5.47am, my item on Poslaju Track and Trace web site stated that Consignment dispatch out from Transit Office from Pusat Mel Nasional.
But this item reach it destination at Delivery Facility in Pos Laju Balakong on 12/10/[protected]@8.22am!more than 12 hours process.
And i still followup the tracking process.On 12/10/[protected]@9.39am my item only reached Delivery Facility in Caw. Serahan Seri Kembangan B.
And today its 12.00 noon i still didnt receive my item.So basically Poslaju its not Laju as stated.Its more like normal pos but the postage is charged Poslaju and normally it takes not more than 3 days. Seems like item from sender via domestic poslaju will take more than 4 days!
Kindly can you Sir/Madam help me find the root cause of this slow service.

System showing my parcel sent out form JB on 08 Oct 2017, and reached Butterworth and sending out from butterwoth brach on 09 Oct 2017 11.29am.
Than there are NO update at all after this.
I have made call but there are NO result for me. And email been sent out to customer care, but there are no reply at all.

Let's say the address is failed to read by the driver, maybe he should contact me ? as the contact number and name is provided on the parcel. but i did not received any calls on that day . at 10th october 2017, the parcel sent back to the sender. i contacted poslaju and they say that the driver already called me, but it seems like it's all a lie. i have the photo to prove that none of the number from pos laju called me .

As per above tracking number I'm really disappointed with Pos Malaysia service. On 29/9/2017 I received notifications through sms saying the postman came to the house but no 1 in-house, please collect the item at Pos laju shamelin. Immediately I called and text to the number to say that my mum in house.. Cz when I called mum she said she is in house. But no ans from post man.. Then I try call pos cheras many timesno 1 pick up. Then I called [protected]. also no body pick up.. after follow up finally I manage to talk with agent named Alia. I told her that mum will get the items from pos cheras.in Addition I made report on the service. On 11/10I find out that my items on the way to sender. I called to [protected] and spoke with Shima. Im realy dissatisfied with her service. Robotic and not willing to help. When I started to explain to her about my problem she keep saying will add my report together with previous report. But the previous report only complaint bout post service nothing related to product. Coz I need the items asap for deepavali sale. So I try to request her help to stop resend the item to send back to sender. She was not listening to my request and keep on saying will put remark on my un related previous report. her tones and the way she talk really too bad and un profesional at all. I realy feel sad and anger. I hoe I get feed back on my complaint. I willing to go any level to get justice in this issue.

haven't received parcel
My tracking no ER050159568MY I was supposed to get my parcel in 2-3 days but until today (11/10/2017), I didn't get my parcel. So I checked on the tracking number for the delivery status. I was shock why the poslaju never call me if they can't deliver my parcel? I saw on 4/10/2017 as show on the status the item already out for delivery. The time and location as shown below:

ang telah sampai kepada saya pada 09.10.2017 jam lebih kurang pukul 12 tgh. Tracking no CD327547014MY. Apabila bungkusan sampai dengan keadaan kotak seperti telah disentuh dan kemek. Apabila bungkusan dibuka didapati jumlah botol serum berkurangan. Jumlah sepatutnya adalah 126 botol. Yg terdapat dalam bungkusan hanya 102 botol. Bermakna 24 botol telah hilang. Sebelum ini pernah juga terjadi perkara yg sama barang dalam bungkusan rosak dan bercalar, masa pos juga mengambil masa yg lama 05.09.2017 - 20.09.2017. Masa dipos minggunakan kotak lain dan masa barang sampai kotak lain. Bungkusan seolah olah telah dibuka. Tracking no CD326636954MY. Sent from Japan on 30th September supposed to arrive last week.
Till today still no sign of my package.
I have made a few trips down to the kuching poslaju/parcel office but still cannot trace.
I will be travelling from tomorrow 10th and only back on 1st Nov and hopefully you can find my package as soon as possible so I can arrange someone to collect on my behalf.

mohon pos laju malaysia memperkemaskan cara penghantaran kenderaan dengan berhemah, setakat sikit2 calar boleh tahan lagi, ni sgt teruk dan lambat, semoga sejajar dengan kos penghantaran yang agak mahal, service kurang cantik.dah ramai kawan2 pernah kena, kali ini saya pula terkena, saya xakan menggunakan perkhidmatan ini lagi, semoga pihak pos laju dapat memperbaiki masalah yang diadukan oleh pengguna!
unsupportive staff and delivery not received
I posted documents Via mail express yesterday 6th October and was told my doc will arrive perlis today 7th October before 12pm.
I have not received anything till now..
I'm calling a mobile number given by post malaysia. The person refuses to answer and sends me a message saying "Jap" . He keeps on rejecting my calls. Now it's no point because it's already 5pm.
Why do you call it express mail when I can only get my doc after 3 days.. what a load of rubbish..

My tracking no EN911230145MY & ER037093898MY was supposed delivered on 5/10/2017 as on that date the status already changed to "item out for delivery".However I waited until night but there's no Poslaju people showed up. Then I checked again the status on website it said "unsuccessful delivery".I was at my address the whole time from morning until night, so how come they did not send it.Not even call my number.Then today the same thing happen again.The status changed this morning at 9.35am "item out for delivery" but at 6.40pm the status changed to "unsuccessful delivery" again.I am really frustrated.I would be glad if Poslaju can send my item tomorrow.

My aunt have sent me some moo cakes from Malaysia to Hong Kong on 29/9. The postman told her that the parcel will be able to reach in 4 days. However, I have not received anything until 6/10. I have tried to trace online and it was stated that the parcel is in transit since 2/10 and there is no update at all after that! It is absolutely disappointing and ridiculous that the delivery is late for more than 1 week!

Hello there i just want to complain about parcel that i've just got from POSLAJU KOTA KINABALU, i do understand that standard delivery for china services take a few weeks to deliver that is no problem with me, but what did i feel disatisfied is with poslaju, i've given my phone number n details why cant i get any calls from you guys n today suddenly 6.10.2017 the posmen told me that its the last day of delivery if not it will be return back to the sender, what the [censor]? We both from sender n also has check with poslaju but its written in the internet no tracking number, out of service n when i call the POSLAJU KOTA KINABALU OFFICE its not even ringing n also out of service, then you tell me that is last delivery today when you dont even call me? You suppose to call 3 times, damn, please maintain your service please or just shut your business, i've got complain from my customer as well that the courier likes to throw our staff till its break, who wants to pay for the cost of loss? You? I dont think so, we pay for the pos so please take care of our thing as well, so please tell POSLAJU KOTA KINABALU to answer the damn call n also improve your service!

I had received my parcel on 5 October 4.10 pm from pos malaysia.

This parcel is delivered a week ago on 28 September. I had seal my parcel well and then stated to the counter at pos Malaysia mutiara damansara there the content of the parcel is fragile, which is the compressor of the air conditioner. They promise me to handle it well and will seal with word of fragile. It is written there as well it is fragile by myself. The moment I receive the parcel, i found that the box was pierced open. When I opened the box, the compressor is badly damage and i suspect the workers there didn't handle well my parcel and they just throw the parcel to the ground and causes the most parts of the compressor were badly damage.

Just called to Pos Malaysia with the number [protected]. However, no one picked up the call and i literally waited for almost thirty minutes, and my phone credit was all wasted just because of this waiting. Bad service ever. I really hope Pos Malaysia can improve their calling servies or maybe implement a live chat service on their webpages or websites so that the customer will not need to wait for their call.
didn't leave the undelivered notice
I faced difficulties in accepting my parcel because the person deliver my parcel didn't call me when I'm not home. Plus, they didn't even leave the undelivered notice at my house. I need the undelivered notice as it will help me in collecting my parcel. Please, if it is hard to call me, please leave the notice for me to realize that you have came to my house and I'm not at home.
parcel returned to consignor without delivery to consignee
Parcel EN412364635MY sent out for delivery at 21 september 2017, but the track system showed unsuccessfully as the insufficient address. My house always got someone at home but did not notice the postman and also the reminder card. The next checkpoint is dispatched out and send to batu caves at 25 september 2017. Usually, there are few attempts to delivery or just drop the parcel in the nearby area of consignee. However, the parcel sent to batu caves within few days. After made few calls, finally someone answered and i still have to pay again for the delivery and wait them send back to consignor.

I would like to complain about the goods that I haven't received after it had been shipped out for weeks . As you can see, the goods already reached Penang delivery center on 21of September, and I did call to the customer service center to ask when can I get my goods, she said that I'll be receiving on 21 of September, then until the end of the day I didn't receive it, then the customer service center people guided me to lodge a complain about the service as she had already sent the urgent delivery to the shipping center .
