Pos Malaysia pos malaysia muar sent to wrong house, I not receive the item from lazada

I bought item from lazada on 14/8/17, I check my email lazada said pos laju muar has delivered to my house on 22.08.2017, received by Tan, but I don't.know who is Tan? I call them said they delivered to wrong house, so I did not receive item from lazada, I already make online payment to lazada. today 23.08.2017, i call pos laju muar, they said will check the posman, and call back, but very disappointed, no person to call me. how I claim my money from pos laju muar?

Pos Malaysia box smash and wet like a [censor] and

This is time I had not really good experience of using pos Malaysia.

1. Pos Malaysia website didn't updated! Since at 15th August! I sent parcel by register post but even I track I still don't know where my box is... also I took me almost two weeks to arrive...
2. Finally my box arrived in USA today. But it came up with smash and wet box like a [censor]!

How you guys process my box!?

Pos Malaysia delivery did not reach my house with no info

I bought item from lazada on 6/8/17 the promise date 10/8 - 14/8 until today I got nothing, but today I just find out the there is a note inside my mail box tell me to pick up on their branch not on my door step I find this is really disappoinment with this currier really wasting my time and petrol have to pick up and wait for long time deliver

I posted my item from Poslaju Rawang on 11 Aug to HK. Before I post, the staff told that 1 week by this Friday (today) can reach to receiver. I start track my item on 16/08, was told that the item already out from MY. Called again to check on 17/08, told that item already arrived in HK, wait for staff there to deliver. Then I told receiver who in HK the same thing. Receiver then scold at me on 18/8, he said checked with Poslaju HK, the item not arrived in HK yet, and today (18/08, friday) is the last day he can receive the item.
This item is extremely important to me and the receiver. After today (18/08), the receiver won't be able to receive it in HK anymore.
Because of this, to deliver the same thing to the receiver, I have to buy flight ticket & hotel in a sudden and fly to another country just to meet receiver and pass the parcel to him.
The flight + hotel cost me MYR 2000+.

I'm very dissatisfied and angry about the staff attitude in this matter. Why they telling me that item already arrived at HK on 17/08 and just wait the postman there to deliver ? How come they never check properly?
And until this moment I'm writing this, it's 15:04 in malaysia, dated 18/08, the tracker still showing "item en route to HK" - In Transit.

Who is going to responsible my extra cost to meet receiver to pass him the same thing ? Just because of POSLAJU MALAYSIA slow actions and irresponsible results.

Please respond to me regarding this. Otherwise I will share in social media about this case and let the whole world judge about this.

Pos Malaysia slow / bad service of your payment department

I make my payment for the POS LAJU few day ago and i've been try to check with the person in charge Mr.Saifuddin . Email can't go thru and phone been called him for 2 day also can't get. It is so hard to get your staff?

Till now my account had been blocked by Pos Laju and i called again the payment department [protected] and still get thru them. 3 person only in the payment department ? so big business of pos laju yet 3 person handle account only and always can't get thru them either by email or phone !

This is making customer very irritated as i need to follow up with you all every time and ANY one specified email i can get thru so that i not need to call and check each time when i make payment

Pos Malaysia penghantaran lambat/tidak memaklumkan kepada pengirim

Pada 7/08/2017 (isnin) pengirim saya telahpun mengepos barangan saya di pos brickfields menggunakan khidmat poslaju.. Penghantaran adalah ke melaka.. Akan tetapi setelah 3 hari tidak menerima barangan saya.. Saya tekad untuk menelefon pengirim saya.. Beliau telahpun pergi ke pos brickfields dan mendapati barang saya masih tidak dipos lagi..! Atas sebab barangan itu memerlukan insurance fees.. Persoalan saya sekarang.. Kenapa staff yang bertugas disitu tidak memaklumkan kepada pengirim tentang perkara itu walhal barang itu sudah dideclare sendiri oleh pengirim.. Kenapa pihak stafff tidak mengambil sebarang tindakan/inisiatif untuk menelefon pengirim akan perkara itu.. Sekiranya saya tidak menelefon pengirim sampai bila barangan saya akan dipos?.. Apakah jaminan sebelum 3 hari bekerja itu hanyalah untuk menyedapkan hati pelanggan semata2.. Bukan setakat itu sahaja.. Tracking number yang diberikan juga tidak boleh digunakan.. Service yang diberikan oleh poslaju sangat mengecewakan dan ini merupakan kali terakhir saya menggunakan khidmat poslaju ini.. Disini saya sertakan no tracking saya..

Pos Malaysia about your service man

Today 10 August 2017, evening around 515pm. This service man which is collecting document at public bank and rhb bank menglembu. I have park my car at the car park and he hon me out from my car park stated that he want to park his car there. I wonder is this the pos laju taught your serviceman to be the road bully. Get the parking just for his convenient only. Below is the photo of his cover his pic when I take thAt time and as well as the car plate number n the road tax number as well. I need the apology from this guy. I will post it at the media.

Pos Malaysia service

I have no idea who is it was on the phone but just because I happened not to answer his phone call at 10am (due to me sleeping),
He sent to the wrong location and he called me back after I made an assurance with my seller, he scolded me with a really bad tone. With a loud "AIYO" Am i paying to you guys to get scolded? I dont think I deserve this. PLEASE TAKE NOTE

Pos Malaysia service

i called to ask about my parcel and wanna check the reason of undeliver the parcel...i hav been wait around 5 mins, finally someone answer and her tone not really good...i start check the consignment note and ask about the details...i tanya kenapa tak dapat hantar tak ada call saya,dia cakap ada letak notice..i tanya pukul berapa hantar, dia cakap memang tak ada record tapi ini i boleh faham...i tanya boleh tolong remark hantar selepas pukul sebelas...dia macam tak rela mau tolong then keep cakap tak boleh janji...i pun sudah cakap tak apa just tolong remark saja..call customer service macam mau gaduh saja...i sangat regret i tak sempat tanya dia punya nama...and pls upgrade the customer service even we dint meet but still need to be polite also.. we juz want to know the reason and make sure our parcel are delivered on time...bukan mahu gaduh...

Pos Malaysia post laju irresponsible

On the 29th July Item sent from JB to Ipoh, suppose to receive but was not home. Usually a letter/card will be left in the postbox but this time just a message sent to the receiver number. The message is as below:

"EP287401708MY
(NAME)

Salam sejahtera

Saya dari poslaju ipoh
Telah datang ke premis anda tetapi tiada
Tarikh 29.07.17
Jam 1000 am

Sila balas mesej ini untuk serahan lain

Terima kasih ."

After receiving this message as receiver we replied as told on message to resend item but nothing happened. There was no phone number indicated on the message and the ipoh post office number was engaged all the time.
We were waiting for the parcel until one day got through a call on 7th Aug to ipoh post office and asked regarding the parcel. A Madam called inan said will resent the item the next day. The next day she calls that the item has been sent back to JB. This is ridiculous why would item paid for to send to ipoh agreed to be sent to next day suddenly can be resent to JB.

This is irresponsible of the person who promise to sent the next day and didnt keep their word. For verification pls check call made to [protected] on 7th Aug.

Pos Malaysia customer service pos malaysia pasir mas

Today I called pos malaysia to arrange a shipment. Yes, I'm not aware of the differences between pos malaysia and pos laju. But what DISSAPPOINT me the most is the customer service at pasir mas pos malaysia. I called [protected] at 11.36 am, 7/8/2017 to arrange an internantional shipment, and a woman picked up. She told me, RUDELY AND WITH SUCK LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM that I shouldnt call here and tell me to go to pos laju sarcastically with a rude tone. There is a much better way to correct your customers. I'm sure I'm not the first person to be offended by the customer service here. I hope you can do something to impovise the service.

Pos Malaysia parcel not delivered-irresponsible

I have been waiting for this parcel from UK-books order since July 15. The seller resent. Today noted 1 notice left in mailbox asking to collect from Damansara Jaya collection counter. The number listed is faulty, can not be contacted- [protected].

Why isn't the postman delivered the parcel. I am home and my mame is listed there.

This is terribble and irresponsible! What a service provider!

Pos Malaysia customer service...

Pos Malaysia the lie staff

on 25/7/2017 around 2 i went to ampang lrt branch want to send my item. Have one malay girl was so rude throw the flyer bag to me, and tell me put my product inside the flyer bag. But the bag was not fit with my product, i told her, sorry this is not fit with my product, and she was frustrated throw other bigger flyer bag to me. I said, sorry la sis, this was my first time posting, and she was answer me its ok. I though this case was settle, maybe is i misunderstanding with her rude behavior. But at the end my product was 0.5 kg, and she collect my RM16.7! RM16.7 for one 0.5 kg product, because at the day i was abit rush, i didn't realize that is lie! after that i was going back check the postage fees after work, i only know that 0.5kg post to sarawak is only around RM9! This is my first time posting at pos laju, and get your staff lie my money...Pos laju should improve their counter services

Pos Malaysia rude poslaju worker

I would like to complain about a rude poslaju worker who got pissed because i didnt pick up the call.

He called me twice and i was aware but I couldn't pick up because i was handling my important clients at the moment. I did call him back after that because i wanted to know who was the person and below were the conversation:

Me: Hello, siapa ni?
Him: poslaju
Me: Oh, okay. Sorry, saya tak dapat jawab sebab tengah handle important clients.
Him: Pape je ah.
Me: So ... Barang tu -
Him: Ha, barang tu kenapa? *rude tone*
Me: Yelah, hm barang tu nanti mcm mana ya.
Him: Pegi ah amik sendiri kat center.
Me: Oh okay, thanks and sorry ya.
Him: *hangs up*

Yes I KNOW that I needed to pick up by myself but since i was in a very hectic situation, i couldnt think straight and he "probably" pissed because i was asking a stupid question but the thing is why did he sound so rude? He even used the word "ah" when talking to me, that was so unprofessional.

This happened JUST BECAUSE i didnt pick up his calls (2 times). Whats going to happen next if maybe some customers messing with him face to face? Is he going to chew that customers out too? Be rude and immature? I hope this only happened to me. I'm very disappointed with this man.

Pos Malaysia bad service and delivery

Hi, I hope los laju can improve their customer service skill and parcel delivery arrangement. I send a parcel last two week, when I tracking status on website, it shown item undelivered on 11/July. I called and ask for the result anf reason. They told me will re-arrange delivery on the next day which is 12/July, I say ok and will wait for it. On 12/July after working hours, I check again the status still the same shown as item undelivered on 11/July. I was quite dissappointed about it. The next day after lunch, I try call and ask, customer service advise me need to make a report to complaint department. I can't wait to get the parcel but nothing to do because they say so. So customer service help me make a report and ask to check status on tomorrow. On 15/July, I called and ask why nobody arrange delivery since the report has been made. She told me don't know the reason and promise to delivery on 17/July. I was piss off and double inform her make sure to send out without failure as promised. She said will update and call me. Monday I was busy and totally forget it. On 18/July, I called again, they advise the same reason don't know anything and ask me refer to person in charge, a malay girl but I forgot her name. I can't stand anymore and sound angry to ask her check for me immediately and what is the reason nobody follow up! She say nothing to do but promise will ask the PIC call on the day. I repeat twice confirm with her ensure to call and update me on the day. Guess what? My customer was too kind and unable to wait so she go to Pos Laju Klang to take the parcel on her own. What the hell is this courier service you provided?! I super angry and definitely will spread to my friend not to use this bad courier service anymore! Pls improve your service! How you gonna gain customer trust but make this kind of stupid mistake?! Who gonna bear for the late delivery charges to customer?!

Pos Malaysia posmen bersikap kurang ajar

Posmen menelefon sebab tiada org di rumah. Tanpa kenalkan diri terus "eh rumah takde orang eh?". Apabila diberitahu tiada, dia ingin mencampakkan barang ke dalam rumah kerana taknak bangun dari motor. Saya memberi jalan penyelesaian dgn ingin memberitahu bahawa terdapat pagar kecil yg boleh dibuka utk dia letak dalam peti surat. Tanpa sempat saya beritahu dia sudah mengeluarkan notis ambil di pejabat pos dan terus menutup telefon.

I'm writing this complaint to your dataran segar, lukut all staff.
We really appreciate the services you provided to us.

But I really feel so dissapointed and sadly.

Because your staff always no answer my calls.

When consigment note are finish,
I call your branch dataran segar, lukut,
There are "no body" answer my calls.

I want to call and ask your staff come to my office pick up my things,
There are "no body" answer my calls too.
