No Customer Sercice Response
I won several auctions work a few thousand dollars. When I went to check out they were charging me almost 3 times the shipping price. 6 days now and they won't answer the customer service request to fix this but keep sending me "pay now" emails. Yesterday they stopped me allowing to bid on items unless I paid (the fees that were wrong), and now today they cancelled the first of my items and saying I will be charged 30% fee (FOR THEIR ERROR). If you are going to play with the big boys you have to actually have customer service. They used to be great but it is clear that as Pristine grew, Customer Service was gone.
Additional fees not agreed upon
Pristine charged me $140 in shipping and fees over my bid price. I bid on a Travis kelce signed jersey, won for $262 and bill was $409 before the 2.5% processing fee. Their policy also quotes a 30% restocking fee for unpaid orders. Trying to resolve asap and would like a response from customer service. Travis Kelce Signed Custom Framed Jersey Display (Beckett)
Winning Bid: $262.5
Desired outcome: I did not agree to this price and would like the transaction cancelled and restocking fee waived

Multiple times. Full size helmets
The customer service is a joke. No one picks up calls. You send an email only to not get an answer back. The last three items are a joke. First I get a Frank Gore helmet and the theirs scratches next to the signature. 2nd the inside padding has called off and stuck to the plastic bag it’s in. 3rd I won an auction for a Roger Craig helmet. Only to find out supposedly it was in stock to Auction. Sounds kind of fishey. Never doing business with this place ever again. You lost a customer for life because the [censored]ty service you provide.
Shipping
Im a seller i get ripped off over and over. I send in a box of raw cards. If ur cards dnt sell at price point u selected, they will change ur auction to a ten minut auction, selling my psa 9s and 10s for 5 or 6 bucks then charge me 5 bucks for the sale hmmm! And any cards i send in they pick out what they want to sell and charge me 45 bucks shipping return when it cost me 12 at post office same as them. Charged me 180.00 shipping to send me back few hundred raw cards, they send back a little at a time.
Poor Processing, Packing and Customer Service
Customer service is very poor. I have had to seal with them twice because the shipping -- specifically packing -- for items I won was so poor that the items were significantly damaged. Customer service said that if I wanted to keep the items, they would refund me $20, which bore no relation to the value of the damaged item. I have bought MANY things on this site over the years but I am removing my account
Mystery Boxes are all Worth Nothing and They LIE about the Contents
Do not get fooled by all the language that you will get something good in any of their mystery auctions. It is all a fraud and to get money for nothing in return. I have had it happen twice and so has everyone else I have contacted about it, that is why I am writing this message. Mystery helmet, mystery cards, mystery balls. Its all a bunch of garbage and a complete fraud to get money and LIE about what you are going to get. Stay far away from any of it.
Desired outcome: Refund
Mystery boxes
I won an auction for 250$. Had to pay 292$ including fees. I received less than 20$ worth of cards. I literally spend 1000$ on 4 mystery boxes. I should have never spent that much until I received one of them. I may have received 75$ worth of stuff for 1000$. This company is a joke. I understand you don’t hit every time but 75$ worth of garbage for 1000$. That in itself is a joke! The cards pictured are what I received for 292$. I also left a screenshot of the order!
Desired outcome: I should receive a partial refund and pristine needs to do better with their customers!!!
Shipping service sucks!! Customer service is even worse!!
Purchased a Signed Def Leppard LP for $1300. Shipping Dept. took a 12 1/4 X 12 1/4 Inch LP, wrapped it in 2 pieces of Bubble Wrap and shoved it down into a 12 inch Box? LP arrived with creases to 3 corners. I returned the LP to them 3 days later. Customer Service didn't respond for 3 days and I still have not received my Refund. That was 6 weeks ago. I asked to have my Refund to the Credit Card that was used. Customer Service claimed that they didn't know what to do with the Refund, so they credited to my Account, I guess they thought that I was going to Buy something else from them. Anyways, after sending another Email, I was told that they Credited it to the Credit Card that I used to open my account (5 years ago and that Credit Card no longer exists). What Business doesn't know how to Refund someone to the same Credit Card that was used to make the Purchase? Evidently, Pristine Auction Customer Service doesn't know how to do this basic refund. Any competent Business knows how to do this, but not only that, they know how to do this in a minimum amount of time So, to sum things up, their Shipping Dept is incompetent and their Customer Service is even worse. Please, don't do Business with Pristine Auction, unless you don't care how they package and damage the items that you purchase, but even more, they don't know how to give a Refund afterwards. Incompetent from the top down in my Opinion. Next will be a Complaint Filed with the FTC and another Complaint Filed with the Attorney General of Arizona. A Refund shouldn't take 6 weeks, unless your just plain Incompetent, like Pristine Auction House!
Desired outcome: A Refund back to the Credit Card that was used to make the Purchase to start with. Business 101...
Jerseys
Bought two jerseys and when they arrived numbers were wrong color, size, and different materials. Tried to send back but after five days was told "all sales final "
Auctions
The auction format is messed up where it constantly changes the price of the item I'm bidding on. It will increase a few dollars at a time every time I bid above the current bid. It will update in literal seconds to be slightly above what I bid, even if the item is not being bid on by other users. I will refresh an item over the period of 10 minutes and it won't change in price but the second that I make a bid, it changes it. The only way to guarantee I get my bid in is by bidding A LOT higher and that's a risk for no reason. Why is this system trying to force me into doing a giant spike in bidding in order to see the real current price?
This site is a joke. You place a bid higher than the minimum and all of a sudden mysteriously it notifies you that someone else placed a higher bid by a dollar or two higher than yours instantly. Bid count goes up by a few numbers as if multiple people are bidding on it but if you leave it alone for a while and the numbers and minimum bid doesn't change until you decide to give it another try and then what do you know once again the numbers change forcing you to place an even higher bid again. Seems to me nobody is actually bidding on the product. The site just changes the numbers around so that you'll place a higher bid. That's called a SCAM where I'm from.
10 hit football box
Beware of football mystery boxes spotscards. I said I would get 10 hits spent125.00 plus the 17% + shipping. My 10 hits were as follows i got my prices from eBay buy it now. My graded Tom Brady card 1.99 buy it now and sam Sam darnold Darnold rookie 4.00 buy it now. I know the buy it now are not graded but who grades two and for dollar cards. The autograph card Taiwane jones 2.00 on eBay. Zeke rated rookie buy it now 4.00. Garappolo rookie 4.00. Some hall of fame card clyde Humphry signed and dante Dante Lavelli unsigned. I also go 5 packs af unopened cards guessing they were out of blaster boxes because one pack were hit cards and as far as I know those are blasters. Never got a hit in a single pack. We also got 25 cards from the 70s a few minor stars. If none of the cards were graded I would estimate that I would be lucky to get 25.00 dollars worth the cards. I can say I technically got what was advertised if you consider 2 dollar cards hits. I contacted prestige auctions and the said talk to the seller so they have no problem with there misleading advertising, I contacted the sell an I have heard nothing. Just another thought my 10 year old grandson gets 5.00 a week allowance and saved to buy this ripoff box. Stay away from this seller spotscards.com.
freedmen framed jersey

auction
Warning! Scam alert! I have done business with pristine for years and spent thousands of dollars with them only for them to scam me. First, I have bought several mystery boxes and every single time I always get the bottom value low tier stuff. Not once have I gotten a top tier item. This last time I purchased a mystery box from a 1954 topps baseball set when I got my order it was 2 bowman cards. Once again the bottom tier of that set. The ironic thing is I saw all of the 1954 top tier cards being auctioned off on the site individually that were suppose to be part of the mystery set I was purchasing. After seeing this I wrote an email to pristine questioning why this was and how is this possible and that's when their true colors came out. They tried to tell me it was another vendor. Then it was they were out of my product the very day I saw the same auction I purchased on auction again, but they were out. Now I only a refund, I ask them why and their exact words were, "you can't get what you purchased now since you opened up the package we sent you." dumbfounded by this response I ask again for clarification. So what you're telling me is that because I opened the package you sent me I cant get what I bought in the first place and the lady said yes that's managements policy. Next ironic thing is you cant speak to management except through email. Go figure.in my opinion and what the evidence clearly shows is they don't want to send me another set of cards knowing I am on to their scam of sending the lower tier cards and selling the high their individually. That way they can go to court and say there is no damages. Basic cya legally! They also wont provide or share who actually got the top tier cards in the auction either! The only mystery about their mystery box sales is will you get something that has at value close to what you paid for so at least you break even. Currently I am waiting on management to rectify this situation and if not I plan on filing a lengthy complaint with the arizona ag mark brnovich concerning this matter. So if you have been screwed with one of their mystery boxes and would like to join me be sure to message me.
I also bought a mystery box mini helmet and it was the lowest tier possible bob Lilly dallas cowboys I had my concerns about this and agree with you never again mystery box

don't bid on. you will regret. waste of time.
This website is a joke.
Even if you win something don't expect it to have a good quality.
What I got was terrible. A white shirt made of the cheapest material they could only find. It wasn't worth the time I spent on winning the auction.
So if you provide so terrible items instead, what's the point of your website? Who needs a cheap Chinese crap?
Their customer service is a bunch of [censored]s who response with scripted speech, not trying to understand what you really want. Ugh...
I had a lot of stress with pristine auction
I had a lot of stress with PristineAuction and I would not recommend them to anyone! My item arrived broken and when I contacted PristineAuction customer service for a replacement they refused to do anything. These people were really hard to deal with. They said it was not their fault and that when they sent my product everything was ok with it. They said that if I want to blame someone then I should blame UPS.
I called UPS and they said that it was not their responsibility, that their job was only to deliver.
When I contacted PristineAuction again they were nasty and rude, they refused to help me!
don't use this site!
My item arrived broken and I immediately contacted PristineAuction and asked for an exchange and they said that it was not their problem and said that I need to contact the shipping company. I told them that it was their mistake and it was their responsibility, but these people were very sarcastic an rude. They did not ant to help me at all! I will be posting as many reviews as I can! I want to tell everyone about this terrible and dishonest company!
owner sent items to wrong address
My friend bought two items from the auction www.pristineauction.com. I was so happy, but the owner sent them to wrong address and he didn’t know where these items were. We searched, but we could track these items. All our attempts failed and I asked to provide small compensation then. But the owner started to speak in rude manner with me and refused to return any sum back. Help me to solve the problem.
