Fluffy Pup: A Sketchy Operation with Unhealthy Puppies
Puppies (puppies.com), to anyone looking for a furry friend.
I gotta say, I was pretty excited to get my hands on two new puppies from Fluffy Pup. But when I asked Tracy R. to see the parents, I was pretty disappointed to find out they weren't even there. Like, what kind of operation is this? They got all sorts of breeds, but they can't even show me the parents? Sketchy, man.
And then, to top it all off, my pups came with all sorts of issues. Ear mites, giardia, and maybe even lice? Like, what the heck? This person obviously doesn't care about the health of these little guys, they just want to make a quick buck. And let me tell you, these vet bills are no joke. I already paid $999 for each pup, and now I gotta shell out even more just to get them healthy.
It's been weeks of constant cleaning and medication, and I still got one dog testing positive. Like, come on. I thought I was getting healthy puppies, not a whole bunch of problems. I don't recommend this dog broker to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
Puppies.com: A New Look, But Not Worth the Hassle
I gotta say, I'm lovin' the new look of Puppies (puppies.com). It's all fancy and pretty, but let me tell ya, it ain't workin' for me. Selling puppies on there is a real pain in the you-know-what. I wish they had a way to boost or bump your listing like they used to, and for free too! And don't even get me started on the fact that I can't send more pictures or videos to potential buyers. All I can do is text or email 'em. What's up with that?
And don't even get me started on the messages. Sometimes I just wanna delete 'em, but nope, they're stuck there like a bad smell. It's really grindin' my gears. And to top it all off, there's way more scammers hittin' me up than before. It's like they're crawlin' outta the woodwork or somethin'.
Honestly, I'm about ready to throw in the towel with puppies.com. I haven't sold a single pup in over five months, and I've got 16 ads up. It's just not worth it anymore. So I'm checkin' out this other site called Puppystop, and I'm lookin' into some other options too. Sometimes simple is better, ya know? All I care about is sellin' these pups, and if puppies.com ain't cuttin' it, then I gotta move on.
Poor Experience with Puppies.com: Scammers and Unprofessional Breeders
My experience with Puppies.com was not a good one. I recently met with two sellers who claimed to have puppies for sale, but they were not breeders. When I saw the puppies, they looked very different from the pictures that were posted online. I was very disappointed.
I decided to visit one of the sellers to see the puppies in person. When I arrived, I was horrified by what I saw. The poor puppy that I was interested in was described to me as half Teacup and half Toy. However, when I saw him, he was shivering from the cold weather and had a very arched back. He looked very sad and could not even stand on his two feet. His name was Star and the seller's name was Jessi.
When my husband and I asked Jessi if she could bring a blanket for Star since she did not want us inside the house, she replied, "Do you have one for him cause I don't." We said good night and told her we would be in touch. We were very worried about the poor 5-month-old puppy. He was skinny but felt like he was over 4 pounds.
My question to Puppies.com is, how do you let these poor puppies get sold by these scammers and never check or inspect them? It's very concerning that these sellers are allowed to sell puppies that are not healthy and are not being taken care of properly.
I've also tried to contact several breeders through Puppies.com, but they did not follow up with me. I found them to be very unprofessional and they had very little ability to speak proper English. This was very disappointing and made me lose trust in Puppies.com.
Overall, my experience with Puppies.com was not a good one. I would not recommend them to anyone looking to buy a puppy. It's important to do your research and find a reputable breeder who takes good care of their puppies.
Puppies.com Review: Blocked Account for No Reason, Not Worth the Investment
We've been using Puppies (puppies.com) for a long time now, back when they were still called puppyfind. We've had some issues with their site, like technical problems and changes, but we still kept our paid account with them. We were hoping to get more leads for our Teacup Chihuahuas, which are exceptional by the way. However, we didn't get as many good leads as we hoped for.
One time, we had family over from another state and they decided to try out puppies.com for themselves. But then, puppies.com blocked both their account and ours just because they saw that there were two accounts from the same IP. We thought this was outrageous and our visiting family said they would never use puppies.com again. We tried to talk to their support to clear things up and even gave them our website www.TeacupTails.com and vet puppy records to prove that they made a mistake. But unfortunately, it didn't work out.
So, we don't recommend spending your money and time on puppies.com. They might just block your account for no good reason at all. It's a shame because we were hoping for more exposure for our Teacup Chihuahuas, but it looks like we'll have to find other ways to establish our presence.
Disappointing Results with Puppies.com (formerly Puppyfind.com) - A Breeder's Review
I'm a breeder and I've been using Puppies.com (formerly known as Puppyfind.com) for quite some time now. I recently had a litter and decided to advertise it on Puppies.com. However, I was quite disappointed with the results. In the past, when I used Puppyfind.com, my puppies would be sold within a week or two. Although I did get some sketchy people, that's just the nature of public ads. You just have to be careful and take precautions when accepting payments.
But with the new and improved Puppies.com, I received absolutely ZERO inquiries. And to make matters worse, they removed the ability to bump up your ad. This means that after the first two hours of listing, your ad will be shoved into non-existence on page hundred. It's really frustrating because people can't bump up their ads, so they have to make MORE ads. And the more ads there are, the more swamped the site becomes. This is very counterproductive and puppy buyers shouldn't have to wade through that mess. And as sellers, we shouldn't have to make ad after ad in hopes of being seen.
Puppyfind.com worked great for me. I have no idea why someone would want to "fix" something that worked fine. The new Puppies.com website is now bloated and overdone. Just because something looks shiny and new doesn't mean it's better. Puppyfind.com was a reliable advertising system that's now defunct. It's really disappointing.
Puppies.com Review: Not Worth It for Responsible Breeders
This review is for all the sellers out there who are thinking about using puppies.com to sell their puppies. Let me tell you, it's not worth it!
They are offering a 7-day trial for new accounts, and these backyard breeders who never bothered to pay the $19.99 membership fee are taking advantage of it. They are posting litters of puppies that are not registered, not vaccinated, and not wormed. It's a shame!
If you are a responsible breeder who health tests, vets, and cares for your puppies, forget about it. Your posts will sit there untouched while you pay your monthly fee. Meanwhile, ignorant buyers are snatching up cheap puppies from Craigslist-quality breeders for a quarter of the price that puppies.com is allowing them to post for free. And they might even be making multiple accounts through friends and family members to get more time!
To make matters worse, puppies.com doesn't even prioritize your paid posts over all the freeloaders. Your posts are buried under dozens of inbred, flea-covered, unvaccinated "purebreds" that are being sold for $200.
I used to be a happy customer of puppies.com and paid $19.99 every month for 7 years. It used to be a great tool to sell my quality puppies. But now, it's completely useless to me. I've already canceled my membership. I've given them $1,700 over my time with the site, and it ends now!
So, if you're a responsible breeder who cares about the health and well-being of your puppies, don't waste your time and money on puppies.com. It's not worth it!
Puppies.com: A Frustrating Replacement for Puppyfind - Breeder's Review
I've been using puppyfind for over a decade now, both as a buyer and a breeder/advertiser. I've sold and purchased many pups/dogs through their platform. But now, with the new puppies.com site, I have to say, it's absolutely terrible. It used to be so easy and quick to just click on the breed you wanted to see, and then you'd be presented with many small thumbnail-sized profiles to choose from per page. But now, you're forced to rummage through only a few huge ads at a time per page. This leads to a much quicker loss of interest from the customer, and it's frustrating for us breeders.
Since puppies.com replaced puppyfind, my ad views have dropped from a couple hundred or more per week to just a handful. And I'm not the only one. Other frustrated breeders have reported the same issue. When we bring it up to the puppies staff, they just say "there's a bit of a problem with the new view counting system." But that's not a good answer. Since I've been using puppies.com, I haven't been contacted one time by a potential customer. Not one! So far, the only people who have contacted me are "check scammers." It's really frustrating.
Because of this change, I'm now forced to be in a mad dash to try and find another site to sell on. I'm not alone in this. Many other breeders are feeling the same way. We're all hoping that puppies.com will change the system back. This one is bad for all involved. So, please, from me and many other breeders, change the system back!
Puppies.com: A Customer's Review on the Importance of Treating Customers Right
When I was just a youngin', my dad told me that employees gotta do what their boss tells 'em to do. And that's just what I did when I started my first job as a meat cutter for my uncle. My dad said, "if they tell you to dump dirt on the street, do it, they pay your wages!"
But you know what? Employers have their own bosses too. Stock holders if they're public, and customers like me for puppies.com. And let me tell ya, if a business don't treat their customers right, they ain't gonna be in business for long.
Now, I've been advertising with puppies.com for about 5 years or so. They just went through a big ol' overhaul and got themselves a brand new website. But with all new things, there's bound to be some bugs. And that's what happened to me. I filed a complaint, but with thousands of customers, it's easy for one little complaint to get overlooked.
But then, the right person stepped up and gave me a call. We had a good ol' chat and they reinstated my advertising account. And let me tell ya, that was important to me. Puppies.com is one of the top 5 places to find a puppy on Google. And when I search for Golden Retriever Puppies for sale in Colorado, I always end up on puppies.com. And not just on the website, but right on my own ad that I placed on the site.
Now, I also advertise on Google, but let me tell ya, it costs a pretty penny. Hundreds of dollars a month just to get the same results I get with puppies.com for only $20 a month.
But here's the thing, puppies.com can terminate any account without notice and for any reason. But if they start doin' that to their good clients too often, they're gonna be lookin' for a new job. In this competitive world, a company's gotta go the extra mile for their customers.
And let me tell ya, as a owner and president of many types of businesses in my career, from mortgage banking to real estate investing to even film production, I know that's the truth.
So, I'm happy to be back with puppies.com and I hope they're happy with me.
Puppies.com Review: False Advertising and Lack of Response from Customer Service
I was on the hunt for a new furry friend and stumbled upon puppies.com. I was excited to see all the adorable puppies available for adoption. However, my experience with this website was not as great as I had hoped.
I had previously searched for a healthy puppy on other websites, but I decided to give puppies.com a try. I was disappointed to find out that only two out of the five "excellent reputable breeders" listed on the website responded to my request for health results. One of the breeders only had one test required for Pembroke Corgi's list of 6 or 7 health tests. Another breeder, Four Aces Corgis, ignored my request for health tests for their breeding dogs' results even though they have more than one dozen dogs listed on puppies.com and no health tests at all. The other three breeders never responded at all.
I was left wondering how puppies.com qualifies the breeders listed on their website. This is false advertising and the wrong information provided on the website. Additionally, the breeder Rafter Cross asked me for payment through the Venmo app which I don't have, instead of payment through the puppies.com payment system.
I tried to reach out to puppies.com customer service, but nobody answered my calls or messages. I was frustrated and disappointed with the lack of response. When I finally received a response, they sent me a list of breeders, but I didn't contact them because I no longer trusted this website.
I believe that puppies.com is one more puppy mill advertising. They continue to advertise breeders who violate the law of California, which provides the number of breeding dogs and number of litters permitted. Puppies.com does not advertise the quality but the quantity.
In my opinion, and based on my bad experience with this website, I do not recommend it as a trusted site to buy puppies. I found that many bad reviews disappeared, and I wonder who deleted them and why.
Despite my negative experience with puppies.com, I have found success with another website, gooddog.com. I was able to find a healthy puppy from a responsible breeder listed on their website. I highly recommend gooddog.com for anyone looking for a new furry friend.
Puppies.com: A Platform for Backyard Breeders and Sick Puppies
I used to have some success selling my purebred puppies on puppyfind, but now it's become a real hassle. It's like Craigslist, but you have to pay a lot of money to use it. For years, the backyard breeders didn't pay to post their puppies, and they didn't even bother to give their puppies shots or worming. They just wanted to make a quick buck without any regard for the health of the puppies.
Now, puppies.com has decided to give these people free trial weeks, and they keep signing up with new emails to sell their puppies for free. They've flooded the site with cheap, sickly mixed puppies that have driven down the price of responsibly bred puppies. It's really frustrating because buyers are comparing us to these backyard breeders who don't care about the health of their puppies.
I looked at other puppies of the same breed in my area, and I found that 87% of them were posted by people who were still in their first free week. Some of the posts were really alarming, like "no shots," "as is," and misspelling the breed of dog. Some people even said they weren't breeders and that their dogs just had puppies by accident.
Puppies.com, you're allowing these people to use your platform to trick unsuspecting buyers, and you're pitting us against people who have no intention of ever paying you a dime. We don't even get priority placement in the search results. If you search for a breed, the results default to include purebred+"designer" mixes before carefully bred purebreds. And I'm not talking about actual designer mixes like the Labradoodle or the Pomsky. I'm talking about mixes like pits/German shepherds and GSD/Huskies that will end up in the shelter next month.
I'm really disgusted that I've been paying so much money to a company that's throwing its loyal customers to the wolves. The "7 day free trial" actually lasts for two weeks, and even though the seller's profile is expired, they can still post their direct number in the puppy ad. They get two weeks to sell their sick puppies while we pay a hefty fee for the privilege.
I've just been approved with Good Dog, which actually screens its breeders. I'm not even asking puppies.com to do that, but just making everyone pay the same fee would be enough to deter these people who are breeding for all the wrong reasons. My decade with puppyfind/puppies.com is over.
It's really frustrating to see all these freeloaders while the actual breeders are being pushed away.
Puppies Complaints 10
Terrible Experience with Puppies.com Breeder: A Warning to Potential Buyers
I recently purchased a puppy from Puppies.com and I have to say, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The breeder, Veronica Williams at "wilhome acres", seemed nice at first but it quickly became apparent that she was only interested in making a quick buck.
The puppy I received was clearly sick and had been suffering from diarrhea for weeks. When I confronted Veronica about this, she acted like it was news to her and made no effort to provide any veterinary care. It was clear that none of her dogs had ever been to or seen a vet.
I ended up spending over $5,000 in vet bills trying to save my puppy, but unfortunately, he didn't make it. It was heartbreaking to lose him, especially after spending $2,800 on him in the first place.
I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a puppy from Puppies.com to look elsewhere. Veronica Williams is a garbage human who clearly has no regard for the health and well-being of her animals. Don't make the same mistake I did.
Yup this is what she does, hands off sick puppies and acts like you did it. Mine had internal defects had diarrhea from the moment it was picked up this is a scamming puppy mill
Puppies.com: A Company That Condones Cyber Bullying and Sick Puppies
I ain't gonna lie, I had a pretty bad experience with Puppies (puppies.com). I bought a pup from one of their breeders and it turned out to be super skinny and had worms. So I wrote a review about it, you know, to warn other people. But then the breeder got all mad and started calling me crazy and saying I had mental health problems. Like, what the heck? That's not cool.
So I reported the review to puppies.com, thinking they would have my back. But nope, they just told me that it's their policy to let breeders call people crazy if they get caught in a scam. Like, seriously? That's messed up.
I don't know about you, but I don't want to support a company that condones cyber bullying and lets their breeders get away with selling sick puppies. So if you're thinking about buying a pup from puppies.com, I would think twice. There are plenty of other places to get a furry friend that won't treat you like garbage.
Puppyfind: From Breeders to Rescues - A Disappointing Change
I gotta say, I was pretty bummed out when I heard that puppyfind wasn't what it used to be. I mean, it was the go-to spot for finding a new furry friend, but now it seems like they're all about rescues instead of breeders. Don't get me wrong, I love a good rescue pup, but sometimes you just want a specific breed, ya know?
And to make matters worse, you can't even delete false reviews from buyers like you used to be able to. That's a real bummer, especially if you're a breeder who's getting unfairly slammed by a disgruntled customer. It's like puppyfind is only catering to the rescues now, and the breeders are getting left in the dust.
I used to love being able to search for a specific breed in a specific state, but now it seems like most of the breeders are being washed out. It's a real shame that puppyfind made this change, because it was such a great resource for finding your perfect pup.
I guess I'll have to start looking for a new site to find my next furry friend. It's just too bad that puppyfind isn't what it used to be.

Buyer Beware: My Experience with Puppies.com
I recently got a puppy from Puppies (puppies.com) and I gotta say, it was a bit of a wild ride. We saw an ad for a cute little pup in Anaheim, Ca and decided to inquire about it. The seller told us the pup was in Chula Vista, which is a town that's right next to Mexico. We were a bit confused, but we figured it wasn't too big of a deal.
The seller told us the pup was two months old, but when we took it to the vet, they told us it was only 4-5 weeks old. We were shocked! The seller admitted that the pup was born in Tijuana and brought over to the US. We were given a shot record from Mexico, but it turned out to be fake. We were lucky that the pup was healthy and we knew how to take care of young puppies.
The seller has been posting with different user names, which is a bit sketchy. But overall, we're happy with our new furry friend. Just be careful when buying from Puppies (puppies.com) and make sure to do your research before making a purchase.
Buyer Beware: My Experience with an Unreliable Breeder on Puppies.com
I just gotta say, my first time buying a puppy was a bit of a mess. We thought we found a good breeder on Puppies.com and gave her a deposit. But when we picked up our little furball at 8 weeks old, we found out that all the shots were given by the breeder herself and not a licensed Vet. And to top it off, our puppy had some serious diarrhea going on.
We rushed our pup to the Vet and found out that he had an ear infection and his ears were just plain filthy. It was a real bummer, let me tell ya. So, I just wanna give a heads up to anyone out there thinking about buying a pet online - make sure you check out the breeder's credentials before you hand over any cash. We don't want anyone else to go through what we did.
Puppies.com Review: Buyer Beware - No Seller Verification or Contact Info, Parasite-Infested Pup
I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with Puppies (puppies.com). I mean, they don't even check out their sellers! And get this, they don't even make 'em list a city or phone number! I shoulda known better, but I didn't read everything on the site before I bought my pup. Ended up getting one from outta state with no city name, but at least there was a phone number. But get this, the little guy came with a parasite! The breeder said it had been dewormed, but the vet said otherwise. And now I can't even get reimbursed for it 'cause it's not considered a serious disease. And I ain't payin' for transport again just to send the pup back. I really regret using this site, man.
Puppies.com's Testimonial Section Needs Improvement: My Experience with False Reviews
I can't believe what happened when I posted some puppies on puppies.com. I've been doing this for years, and I never expected to encounter such a problem. Someone posted a fake testimonial claiming they bought a puppy from me over a year ago, but that never happened. It turns out that this person was actually a competitor trying to bring me down. I contacted puppies.com to report this issue, but they told me that they couldn't do anything about it since the person "claimed" to have bought a puppy.
After this event, I strongly believe that puppies.com should disable and remove the posting-testimonial section. It's just not fair that competitors can use this platform to spread false information about other breeders. I'm extremely disappointed with puppies.com, and I don't think I'll ever use their services again. I'll make sure to share my experience with everyone I know so that they can avoid this kind of situation.
Overall, I think that puppies.com (formerly puppyfinder) needs to improve their security measures to prevent fake testimonials from being posted. It's important to ensure that all the information on their website is accurate and reliable. I hope that they take this issue seriously and take the necessary steps to make their platform a safer place for breeders and buyers alike.
Puppies.com: A Warning to Potential Adopters - Do Your Homework!
I gotta say, my experience with Puppies (puppies.com) was not great. I decided to adopt a cute little golden retriever from a breeder on their site, but it turned out to be a real bummer. After only five days, the previous owners gave her up and I found out she has hip dysplasia. I was pretty upset, so I reached out to the breeder to get some more info on the pup's health history and parents. But they couldn't even tell me who the parents were! They said they'd look into it and get back to me, but I never heard from them again.
Honestly, it seems like this site might be connected to some kind of puppy mill. I mean, why else would they be breeding dogs with hip dysplasia? It's just not right. I've had a lot of golden retrievers over the years, and I always make sure to do my research and visit the breeder in person before making a decision. So my advice to anyone thinking about adopting a pup from Puppies (puppies.com) is to do your homework! Don't just trust what you see online - make sure you know where your new furry friend is coming from.
Disappointing Experience with Puppies.com: Low Exposure and Safety Concerns for Breeders
I recently had an experience with Puppies (puppies.com) that left me feeling disappointed. As a proud owner of French Bulldogs, I have sold a fair number of puppies on other websites like Puppyfind. However, when I listed my first litter on Puppies after the changeover, I didn't sell a single puppy. In fact, the only contact I received was from someone who I suspect was either an activist pretending to be a buyer or a scammer. Luckily, I was cautious and didn't fall for their tricks. I only lost the money I spent on a vet visit to get a health certificate that I ultimately didn't need.
Last week, I decided to give Puppies another chance and listed two puppies from my latest litter. However, when I received my weekly report, I was shocked to see that my puppies had only received seven views. Seven views! I couldn't believe it. Needless to say, I won't be using Puppies again. I've had better luck getting exposure for free on other websites, and at least I know what to expect when it comes to scams on those sites.
Overall, I was disappointed with my experience on Puppies. As a breeder, I rely on websites like this to help me find loving homes for my puppies. However, Puppies fell short in terms of exposure and safety. I hope they can improve their platform in the future so that breeders like me can have a better experience.
Cautionary Tale: My Experience with Puppies.com
I recently had an experience with Puppies (puppies.com) that left me feeling uneasy. While browsing their website, I came across a listing for a White Siberian Husky from Oklahoma. The puppy was advertised as healthy and ready for a new home.
However, my suspicions were raised when I read a news article about a woman in Hayward, CA who provided a bogus address and buyer information in an attempt to do a welfare check on a sick dog. Animal control responded in person, only to find that the people at the address had never owned a dog.
Further investigation revealed that the shipper who transported the puppy to California couldn't remember what city she took the dog to. The buyer had paid through PayPal, but the money was refunded based on what we believe were fraudulent vet records.
It's unclear what happened to the puppy. Did the buyer overdose it, or is it alive and well? Could the transporter and buyer be running a dog theft ring? Animal control in California and Oklahoma are both interested in finding out where the dog is.
Overall, my experience with Puppies (puppies.com) left me feeling uneasy. While I understand that accidents can happen, I would caution anyone considering purchasing a puppy from this website to do their due diligence and thoroughly research the seller and transportation methods.
About Puppies
One of the most endearing qualities of puppies is their boundless energy and enthusiasm. They love to play and explore their surroundings, and their curiosity knows no bounds. Puppies are also incredibly affectionate and love to cuddle and be close to their owners. They are loyal and loving companions that bring joy and happiness to their families.
Puppies require a lot of care and attention, especially in their early months of life. They need to be fed a balanced diet, given plenty of exercise, and provided with regular veterinary check-ups. Puppies also need to be trained and socialized to ensure that they grow up to be well-behaved and obedient dogs.
One of the most important things to consider when getting a puppy is the breed. Different breeds have different temperaments and personalities, so it's essential to choose a breed that fits your lifestyle and personality. Some breeds are more active and require more exercise, while others are more laid-back and prefer to relax.
In conclusion, puppies are adorable, lovable, and energetic creatures that bring joy and happiness to our lives. They require a lot of care and attention, but the love and companionship they provide are well worth the effort. If you're considering getting a puppy, make sure to do your research and choose a breed that fits your lifestyle and personality. With proper care and training, your puppy will grow up to be a loyal and loving companion for years to come.
