It is with regret I write this complain with regard to such dissatisfaction response from ground service crew in Kuala Lumpur when I miss my connecting flight from Kuala lumpur to Jakarta and from jakarta to Makassar, indonesia on 03 Juni 2019. My name is Ilham, I am passanger of Qatar Airways flight number QR 852, that supposed to fly from Doha on 02 JUNI 2019 at 08.40 am and planned to be arrived in Kuala Lumpur at 21.50 Local Time. At 07.40 all passenger have Board the aircraft, however, due to a passenger issue, the flight was delayed for approximately 2 hours. For me this delay is unacceptable since I feell Qatar airways has sacrificed my flight for a passanger. I believe all passenger has equal right to have their flight on time. It is said that the causes of the delay was because a passenger refuse to buckle up his son so Crew need to wait security to escort that passenger out from the plane. But even so, delaying the flight for 2 hours was still so much waste of time. I reported to one of Flight attendant that I had flights from Kuala Lumpur to Jakarta on 2 June 2019 at 23.55 local time and Jakarta to makassar on 3 June 2019 at 04.30 Local time. The flight attendant came to say that I might be still managed to catch the flight, even if not, she said the ground crew in Kuala Lumpur can provide me assistance. Having received the explanation, I felt relieve flying with Qatar since I Always choose Qatar for my fly from africa to Indonesia. However, I later realised that judging from the flight estimation, I couldn't catch my connecting flight. I came to spoke with the same flight attendance and she replied that the ground crew will provide me assistance.
What happen after arriving in Kuala Lumpur is such a huge dissappoinment for me. I met with a ground crew and present my tickets while explaining that the flight was delayed because of a passenger. She then replied THERE WAS NOTHING SHE CAN DO SINCE THE AIRPLANE I PLANNED TO TAKE DOESN'T HAVE AGREEMENT with Qatar. Furthermore, she lightly said if I have complain I should file it via online. That was the only explanation she gave me and she left me behind without even gave a chance to meet the supervisor or person who incharge there. I've been fying with Qatar for quite long time, IS THIS THE WAY QATAR TREAT THEIR CUSTOMER.? I thought Qatar is a very reliable and bonafide airways, but having experienced such treatment, It really did not mirroring Qatar reputation AT ALL.
I then should buy another ticket from kuala lumpur to Makassar which cost me usd 230, where prevously I have lost usd 150 for missing 2 flights.

Because there was two hours delay from DFW to Doha, the airline did not notify us ahead of time, once they got to the gate, they told them there would be a delay, "too late". My family member from Tehran Iran were already in the airport to pick up them, but this delay in USA caused to miss their other flight from Doha to tehran. Complain is firstly they didn't get a notification until they got to the gate, my dad is senior and in need of medication, no food or a comfortable place to rest for him in Doha.

One of my luggage has been opened without contacting me. They have damaged the luggage lock when they are opening it and now cannot be re used . As per my knowledge there were no suspicious items in that luggage except cloths. Even there were suspicious items, they have to inform me before open it since we have provided contact details. Please inquire why they have done that and I would like claim the cost of the damage for my luggage.

We could not go on the web site to do web checkin for any of the accorded time.
We had to fly depensar-doha / doha-prague/ prague-geneva which is in acceptable. I was traveling with all my family and had my children in economy.
At the business class counter in depensar airport they did not inform us correctly of the situation nor of the options we had. We were told at depensar that our connecting tickets would be at doha. At doha we were informed that we were flying through prague. This information could have been given to us prior or on the flight. The assured all of us had our tickets waiting in prague.
Ant to top off all this mess! My children were not allowed to be in the business lounge with me. Nor in bali nor in doha for the nearly 6 hour wait in doha!
And when we arrive in doha they did not have our tickets for the connection prague - geneva which at depensar said they would.
On the flight they could have informed me and my children that my children didn't have seats for the flight prague geneva! This is unacceptable! They had to go through münich and finally arrive in geneva 12 hours later!
We request a refund of all our return tickets as my children had to miss their day of school and we had to miss work !

On April 16-17, 2019 onboard Qatar Airways (Omaha-Chicago to Doha), I was served lamb stew with peanut on it... I'm allergic to peanut and ingredients weren't indicated on the menu. As I took a bite my stomachache with frequent diarrhea and severe vomiting started. I was moved near the toilet where I was also given treatment thru doctor's directions. On my arrival to Doha I was told to wait for a doctor but none shown except a paramedic who just took my blood pressure and said I was ok. So I continue my flight Nairobi.
My stomachache and vomiting didn't completely stopped so decided to canceled my intended stay in Kenya and South Sudan and paid a cancellation fee on May 9th, 2019. I was to fly on May 12th but at 11 pm on May 11th, I got very sick to my stomach followed by diarrhea and vomiting. I went to airport on the 12th to go tell Qatar Airways personnel that I couldn't travel due to this sickness and I'd need to see a doctor.
Unfortunately, the security guards at the airport didn't let me go thru because they wanted me to go back and medical attention. They didn't tell me but I think they thought I had cholera or something.
When I called Qatar Airways office in Nairobi on the 13th, I was told to come with doctor's note showing treatment and whether you're in shape to travel. On the 14th I went to the office with doctor's note but was told that they couldn't waived the fee ($545)! I was also told to write customer care representative which I did on the 14th but didn't received a respond until today; they're not willing to help and I couldn't afford living in hotel anymore.
So what can I do? I've also lost my money the matatu on way back to Nakuru where relatives live. I'm the provider of my relatives living here and now I don't have anyways to support them, simply because I was served a wrong food on Qatar Airways on April 16/17. On May 2nd, it took over an hour to check in for my return flight to Heathrow at Tehran as a business class passenger. The check in staff were very rude and misinformed on business class priviledges. On attempting to beat the que and check in at the on-line counter, I was told I could only check in at the business class counter despite being an online checked in & a business class passenger. Furthermore, the staff made no attempts to facilitate the long business class que at a single counter. They could have easily shifted some business class counter load to one of the economy class counter. They mentioned that systems were slow, but the economy counters were at very good pace. The staff at the business counter were inefficient.

mouldy food on flight

I was a passenger on Flight QR 628 on the 18/04/19 from Doha to Lahore seat number 24 D. I was served mouldy food by the cabin crew (please see pictures attached). I complained to your staff Panita Pinthong (senior cabin crew) who saw the food and apologised. I had ordered the Chicken Curry with basmati rice. The food was taken and put into a bag for your team to review. I had eaten a good few spoons before seing the moulding bits, and approx. 45 min later I started to feel sick and was sick in the toilet for the duration of the flight. I was then advised that a doctor would see me once landed. A doctor saw me who advised me that I had a case of extreme food poising (due to the mouldy food). I was then discharged as I had to attend meetings that day and was in a rush.. As I got to my hotel, I was sick again and throughout my trip was ill. I missed a number of important meetings and events due to me being sick and enable to leave the hotel room. I finally reached the UK only still to be sick. I have missed a number of working days due to the food poising occurring due to mouldy food being supplied to me.
This is total unacceptable and I would like to take this matter further.

We booked Madrid to Perth and Qatar flight from Madrid was delay almost three hours causing us to miss the Doha flight to Perth.
We waited with 20 others in the airport for 6 hours and only offered poor seats on flights to Melbourne, Sydney or Adelaide then back to Perth approx 8 hours each extra, no direct flight, even though we could still book Business class seats online we were lied to that no seats were available to Perth. I have blood pressure and asked for a doctor for some medication, three times help was asked for, nothing was provided, my eyesight started to fail and chest pains started.
We seek compensation for delay, injury and apology for unprofessional service and poor treatment when Qatar were totally at fault. Manager at Doha refused to see us, only children were sent with the bad news that we were not worthy of his time.
Everyone of the passengers swore they will not only never use you but post on Facebook this experience to warn others you are not 5 star at all

I had flight on April 26, 2019 from mashhad, Iran to Washington DC, usa.
I had assigned my sseat in Mashhad iran on aisle seat.
However, in Doha, after security check in the gate, the person who was checking my boarding pass reprinted my boarding pass and told me they have changed my sit.
Since I was tired I thought it will be in aisle seat.
I went to airplane and I saw I was in the middle. I was in between people. I have trouble breathing when I am in the middle and I also have phobia. I get scared and get panick. However i start complaining. One of the crow told me they will change my sit quickly but they never did.
I was standing and waiting for them until I saw the Plain was about to fly.
I had no choice but to sit. I have attached my old boarding pass and the reservation that I made in Iran.
They didn't care at all and they didn't help me.
My flight was 14 hours and 30 min which all of those times I had trouble breathing.

I wish to complain about the handling of customers following the diversion of the flight from Doha to Sydney (diverted to Perth.)
After 11 hours on board (most passengers in transit to begin with) we were kept on the plane for another hour and a half in Perth airport before being told we would have to stay overnight. While I appreciated the provision made for us in Hyatts hotel, the process by which we got there and again onto our flight the following day was laborious and added to our distress. For some unknown reason we were to queue for an hour in Perth only to be told we were staying at Hyatts. There seemed to be no reason for the extra hour queue in top of an already distressing delay. Added to this was the extremely inefficient processing of passengers onto the '1 o clock' flight today. Having been told that buses were leaving Hyatts at 8.30 a.m. forcing a rushed breakfast, we arrived at the airport 4 hours before the flight and over 2 hours before the understaffed check in counters opened. The queue was over two hours long when it eventually started to move. To make matters worse, the flight scheduled for 1p.m. was further delayed until 2.30 and at the time of writing (2.36) has not yet taken off.)
While it is understandable that accidents do happen, in the event of delay, one would expect that customers be treated with utmost respect. The avoidable queues suggests utter disregard for customers' time despite already being robbed of a day in Sydney and greatly added to the discomfort of the situation.
I sincerely hope that customers be compensated for loss of time and distress incurred through lack of adequate information and disorganisation of the following flight. Given that I had booked the flight because of the efficiency which the timeframe offered abd the prospect of spending a full weekend in Sydney, I did not get what I paid for.

I want to bring to your attention the incomprehensible negligence by your cabin crew in dealing with a emergency situation, I started to feel sick on our descendant to Doha, once we landed a male steward attended my call his manner were unprofessional and uncaring he loudly ask "what's happening" I was holding a bag over my mouth as I was constantly being sick he Sharply taken it way with the comment "don't do that you cannot breath" he did not ask me are you ok? do you need assistance? No he just asked 3 times can I now switch off the assistance call he switched it off and disappeared, I became sick again I had no more bags available around my seat So I wave to the passagens behind to pass me one of their bags.
After being sick again a call assistance and by then I was very frightening as I almost chock on my vomit, again the male steward come over and ask me to wait, the flight wasn't even a quarter full surely Qatarairways has enough staff that one qualified first aider can attend a emergency? I could hear some passages telling them "she cannot open her eyes she needs a doctor" finally after almost everyone was off the plane the male steward came again to my assistance he asked me to move, I couldn't move I couldn't open my eye and certain movements made me vomit. Once they removed me from my seat the wheelchair has taken around 15 minutes to arrive, their unprofessionalism in dealing with the an emergency lead me to distress and perhaps the cause of my 14 hours hospitalisation.
After my horrendos experience and 4 days on I still feel dizzy and weak and unable to reach my final destination I had no choice than to rest in Qatar this coming weeks and go back to uk when I am fully recovered, Qatarairways only offers 48 hours window alternative so I was changed £316.77 to move my return back to uk further on. I am extremely unhappy Considering the circumstances I was expecting this service free of charge.
I would appreciate if you could review your emergency procedures and ensure that any other passages goes through the same awful experience.

I was taking the plane from Barcelona with transmit in Doah to Ho Chi Ming in Vietnam monday the 22.04.2019 at 08:50. I did apply for a Visum for 30days stay on friday the 19th but it was still processing. Because of this they couldnt let me check in. Since I had a flexible ticket my option then was to change the return ticket for a stay on 15days since that doesnt require a visum. When I asked and they checked my ticket they informed me that Quatar airlines could make this change for me even though I had purchased the ticket from Gotogate. But the CO on Qatar informed me that she would like to check with the customes in Vietnam first if they could issue my visum. So I waited. This was at 06:50. I have a e mail that I sent with the visum info to
Ticketingqatar@groundforce.aero at 07:06 that proves this. After she asked me to wait to cange my ticket until she had contacted customs in Vietnam through Qatar in Vietnam.
Then after I waited for 20 min, I then asked if we should try to change the ticket insted . Which she allready had assured me that they could do. But then they suddenly couldnt do it anyway. And told me to call Gotogate. When I then called gotogate it was to late for them to make the change and send me the confirmation. Because that tok them 30minutes. And booking closes 1 hour before departure. They could make it only and confirmed that they would if I was allowed to enter the plane. But they denied me anyway. Even though the CO talked to the traveling agent that confirmed they clould make the change. So I wasnt allowed to go and have to pay for a entire new ticket forth and back for 579 £ pounds to take the plane at 16:40 monday 22.04.2019 insted.
I would like to make a claime for the 579£ as I could have avoided it if they didnt assured me that they could change the ticket. And delayed the process by asking me to wait for them to contact the custom in Vietnam.

I, Abdul Musawir, and my wife (Begum Siddika ) and child (Musawir Hisham Bin ), have been victims of harassment from the Qatar airways representatives at the counter and at the gate in Bangladesh on 03/23/2019.
Below is a brief description of what happened on 03/23/2019. I and my wife and child had confirmed tickets for flight to the United States, Ticket Numbers are given as a reference along with Flight Number and Reservation Confirmation Number:- [protected]/[protected]/[protected])/ ( QR639 ) (AZVRIL/AAZEVV ).
I waited in the line and when I got to the counter I was told to step away, on the grounds that I have a little child, and was directed to a different counter. When I went to the other counter I was yet again directed to another one. I was bounced around between the counters for a while. Then I was told at a counter that there was an issue with the ticket of my child. I showed them the email confirmation from my phone which shows the email receipt that the ticket was confirmed. I booked and confirmed my ticket through a travel agency in Michigan, called Fair Sky travels (phone and email).
I personally called my Travel Agent- Fair Sky Travels immediately in front of him, my travel agent offered to talk with the person in the counter to help resolve the issue. The person in the counter did not want to talk to the travel agent and he was rude about it. He stated that he cannot let us board the flight on the grounds that my child's ticket is not confirmed. However he was not willing to check my email receipt or talk to the travel agent and was being uncooperative to resolve the issue.
He delayed me until the gates were closed, he was not helping me to resolve the issue. Then he said that he was just able to find out that the ticket was actually confirmed all along. I felt insulted in front my family, friends, relatives and other travelers who were travelling with me in the same flight. I also felt that the guy wanted some sort of monetary bribe so that he may let me in, he also showed me signs of this gesture. I did not budge or offer any bribe and I feel this is the reason why I was harassed even though all my paperwork were done properly.
Then I was allowed to go in when it was almost at the time of the flight. At the security-check gate, the officer stated that I could not be allowed in on the grounds that all gates are closed. However there was still some time left till the flight. I was harassed unnecessarily and I felt distressed and insulted.
I had a female relative with me who was old and on wheelchair. So a lady of the wheelchair-helpers came by and requested on my behalf and got me in to the plane. This shows that the gates were still able to be opened and I was harassed by the officer at the security check too in a very rude way.
I am a regular customer of Qatar Airways which I choose for its service and I refer this airlines to friends and family. But the harassment which I received in my last trip saddened me and now I feel poorly about the airlines. I was heavily disappointed by the lack of standard and professionalism from the airlines employees in terms of rudeness, lack of cooperation, denying us entry until the very end and displaying hints for bribe.
I want justice and recompense for the harassment and stress that I and my family had to face from the airlines and I am willing to even sue the airlines if that's what it takes.
The purpose of this letter is to file official complaints to the proper authorities regarding the harassment that I, my wife and my baby had to face.
Please review my situation carefully.

For mobility, comfort and medical reasons we booked seats (an aisle and a middle seat in the centre of the plane). On each leg of the journey we were shown (on the website) when we booked, a 3, 3, 3 seat configuration.
However on the 12/13 April Doha-Auckland leg we were on a plane with a 3, 4, 3 seat configuration and we ended up with no aisle access (no mention of this was made at check in). We tried to remedy this on-board but, due to the number of passangers, it was not able to be resolved. This caused distress during the 16-hour leg of the journey. It was extremely unsatisfactory and the journey was very uncomfortable.
Subsequently, after seeking to change our seating on the return journey (configuration for Auckland - Doha showing a 3, 3, 3 seat configuration and the website not accepting changed seating) we phoned customer services to be told that the seat configuration of both legs of our return journey was 3, 3, 3 (presumably he was accessing the same screen shot as we were). On suggesting that this may not be the case (given what had happened on our way out), he then suggested we turn up early on our return journey and mention it at the check-in desk. This is not very satisfactory for a range of resaons.
We therefore:
1. Seek redress for the maladministration on the journey to New Zealand; and
2. Seek assurances that this problem will not reoccur on our return journey.

I was traveling to Pune and booked Qatar Airways(Qa570) to Delhi and Vistara (Uk720) as transfer flight to Pune. My booking reference is N3ZAZD, name- ANU ANNA JOSSAN.
The Qatar airways reached at 9:30 instead of 8:20, due delay from Doha and also the air space closure issue between Pakistan and India. I was on the verge of missing the vistara flight at domestic terminal and was asked to leave the luggage at the counter as it was planned to transfer by the Qatar airways staff to Pune. I reached Pune at 12:15 in the afternoon and got my luggage after many international phone calls at midnight 02:00am. Till then I didn't take my medication, change dress and even had to cancel the meetings. Did nt even sleep till then and was extremely tired and had to pay delivery charges for getting the luggage.
I would like to get the money spent and reimbursed for the tension and the arrangements done. I appreciate the staff who helped.

Firstly, I am attaching here my proof boarding pass. I made a complain about how I was searched by the security at Hamad Airport when I was transiting from QR 702 from JFK NYC to Muscat, Oman. I am working at UN offices in Oman as a staff member since 5 years. I was researched and touched by a female staff member in very humiliating way. She refused to offer me private search room on claims that I triggered alarm on leg while her touches and way of conduct were very uncomfortable before her male colleagues. I was so offended and expressed that to a Qatari officer Ms Heba, who asked me to file a claim.
I was always trusting Hamad airport as a comfortable decent place to travel through and Qatar Airways as a decent carrier but that is not the same anymore sorry to say. I had an option to go through Dubai airport but I always prefer your national carrier, however this conduct made by an African female personnel who does not share our cultures and traditions is really unacceptable and does not reflect the civilization of Qatar. I visited Qatar more than 20 times where I entered the country and passed through its airport but I never witnessed such humiliating behavior by this personnel of the private company responsible of searching passengers.
I call on you please to rectify this situation. This incident happened yesterday on 20 March at 5.30 pm Qatar time when I was transitioning from JFK to Muscat airport through Doha. As stated my the officer Ms. Heba who attended my claim and the Asian head of search crew, the cameras captured this incident at this time and I can file a claim so this person can be accountable for this behavior. I do not want to go through this behavior or conduct anymore at the airport which I have never seen at any airport at all, and that to be avoided to be experienced by any other woman.

The goal of the complaint was not about either UN staff can be granted a special service at the airport or not. The complaint was about the conduct of the personnel who did this "baseless" inspection and the refraining from offering at least private room for inspection for women. That is the complaint purpose. I think the message is totally misunderstood. The issue was about honoring the rights of the passenger and not considering him criminal or denying his/her rights of privacy.

lost case then received damaged
Did an on line form to you to report lost case. But when received 2 days later the case had the handle smashed off and the locks broken and the shell of the case damaged..
The case is now useless and a replacement is £80.00 plus for a similar replacement.
We have tried to report this on line, to be told the matter is in hand.
Having heard nothing from you we spoke to out travel Agency who said I should make a clam on this route.

Since returning have been unwell and not been able to follow up this claim.
