Originally purchased Serta full mattress set however when it was delivered the men were not able to get the box spring upstairs due to low ceiling. They refused to take the box spring back and put the mattress on the bed and said to call QVC about returning box spring.I did as told, but had to call several times to get the box spring picked up and was told by QVC that the entire set had to be returned, meaning mattress and box spring as it is sold as a set and had to be returned as that. The same delivery team came back and took the entire set and left another mattress, no box spring ,as I was using the old one I had. When I looked the mattress over it appeared to me that someone else had this mattress and returned it. There was only one sticker on it with what looked like a return sticker placed on it. Also the mattress did not have the same smell that the first mattress had and the many stickers it also had. I called QVC and the same team came out again and took the used mattress back and gave me another. Now QVC states that the full set was not returned and I am being charged for that and the other mattress I received.
Desired outcome: Remove charge for full mattress set and charge for the mattress I have.Cost of $846.94 as quoted by Person who called from c during my dealing with QVCorporate
