Raffaello Network thanks giving scam

the website marks all prices 20% higher and then posted a 20% off three day sale, their sale prices are higher than the original prices before the sale. Please spread the word and let others beware of this scam. my advise is stay away from them.

Raffaello Network item never received but charged - fradulent

Stay AWAY from this company. My credit card was charged TWO days after i told my order was cancelled due to the item being out of stock. Now they tell me it will take 4 weeks to get my money back!

Garry:
Order # 258XXX was cancelled due to out of stock, and my credit card was charged after i was told it was refunded. It

was charged on Feb 10.

Call accepted by representative Dawn.

Thank you for your patience. I am logging into the banking system now. This should only be a few moments
Garry:
ok thanks
Dawn:
this should only be another few moments
Dawn:
I have contacted the offices in Italy. It does appear that amount was inadvertently moved to our account but was then

immediately refunded
Garry:
it does not show a refund
Dawn:
I am checking again with the offices in Italy
Garry:
shows charged on feb 10th
Dawn:
The money will clear back into your account within no more than 4 weeks. We regret we cannot speed up the transaction

process as it entirely depends on the bank
Garry:
that is unacceptable

I can send you a copy of the banking information by email if you like
Garry:
I did not purchase from your company hoping to provide you a loan for 4 weeks. that is a lot of funds to hold from my

budget.
Dawn:
I can send a copy to enable your bank to see the money is released, if it will help to speed up their processing time
Garry:
send what you can but i will be filing complaints and recommending others do not purchase from your company
Dawn:
That is your choice sir, however the money is refunded and the time it takes to show in your account is dependent on

the processing time for your bank
Garry:
It should not have been charged after the order was cancelled due to you running out of stock.
Garry:
that is very poor service.
Dawn:
Please do be advised that if a dispute is filed it does take longer to receive the money
Garry:
Hopefully others will not be subjected to the poor service then.
Dawn:
The charge was immediately released and takes no longer to process into the account than does the release of the

authorization
Dawn:
I do understand your opinion, but most others do understand the processing itme and are able to get their baks to

speed up the processing time when we send the information

Do you wish a copy of the information?

yes.

I just got charged for purchases I did not make, 385.36 worth. I called my bank and they told me the payments were pending and I have to wait for it to clear to make a dispute. I called the 800 and had to leave a voicemail. Will I hear from them.. I have no clue from these reviews.

I have just been duped by Raffaello Network and i am extremely fraudstrated. I paid $112.00 for a T-shirt and returned the product immediately. I got an email of the Refund coupon of $77.00. I was shocked. I read the website that states that you only get 90% back and by my calculation the refund is not what i was expecting. To make matter worse, the phone is never picked up, email never replied, and the coupon they sent me was not working. I am looking for a way to reach out to them.

Raffaello Network is not a legitimate seller of any of the brands on its website. It is selling high quality fakes, models that often don't even exist in the true collection of the designer, so please check the real collection of the designer before buying.

If you go to this place anyway, at least you'll know that you will get a fake, and you will the judge of what price you want to pay for this.

My references are my from my own research, including contacting designers, and authenticing a pair of shoes I bought from Raffaello Network (logo obviously applied reverse, unusual hill, unusual tag, unusual label, and model number that simply doesn't exist). Please beware.

You should read and ask questions before placing order. And this was an accounting issue as it seems. Dawn seemed to assist you- you took out frustration on her, and she corrected it. You should be thankful she researched the information and fixed it. He probably did get refunded but does not want positive info back. Go on and ask them because they can answer that... seems he is complaining to complain.. get a life and do not post unless you have all facts to post!

Raffaello Network awful company

I had purchased 2 pairs of the same Prada shoes in different colors. They were thong type sandals. Both pairs broke - the thong part came completely out of the sole (a clear defect in the design of the shoe itself). People do not expect to pay nearly $400 for a pair of shoes and then have them break. It was the first time I had worn one of the pairs. I returned the first pair (at my shipping cost of over $40) to Raffaello in Torino, Italy. They did refund me for these, however not the shipping cost. I returned the second pair however, I had already broken down the box the shoes came in. Because I do not have the box to return to Raffaello - they are refusing to refund me and are warning me not to try to work with my credit card company to try to get the money back from Raffaello. On top of this - their customer service is horrible to work with. I highly recommend to everyone - to never do business with Raffaello - I am out nearly $400 after shipping the broken shoes back to Raffaello in Italy. This company has lost any future business from me and many current or potential customers I will share this horrific experience with.

Ordered a shirt Christmas time which was too small. Been contacting them since to return they said they have a problem with returns and to wait until 20th February. Rang the customer number , no reply just a automated message!Send numerous emails and now no reply.

Just want a refund.

The order no is 1729375 i had placed a order 20/8/23 … the website showing item expected at our shipping facilities… atleast tell me how much tym it will take till what date i will recieve or shipment will be courier

Tory burch shoes were ordered few months back and they charged the amount but never called back or contacted.That rose a suspicious feeling and they were tried to contact but nothing happened.Money was drawn back through bank but it is confirmed that its a fake fraudulent company.

i bought 29 may 2012 2 pairs of prada shoes and i sent bank transfer raffaello network company bank account they said to me when we saw the money our bank account then we will send shoes.5 june they sent to me email and they said we don't have size one pair shoes that i want.i chooses another shoes and i sent email which shoes i wanted today 6 june but no reply.DONT BUY ANYTHING

Ummm, Amy. No online retailer should take 3 months or anywhere near that long to tell a customer that they are out of stock on an item they purchased. That is absolutely ridiculous. You must work for this Rafaello Network because everything you say is totally biased and ###ic to be quite honest. And not accepting a return because of a box? Come the F#@$ on...

I guess people should read their refund policy, as I have just done so, from this posting... I was curious. It stated they do not accept when damaged . And they do offer their own DHL at their charge. Still better than Nieman Marcus! Try them they are worse. Bluefly, even more frustrating. - as for the person whom did not get notified of out of stock... read the fine print on Neiman marcus they handle out of stock the same way... SUCK IT UP PART OF ORDERING ON LINE. This company RN has been awesome to me and many people in my circle.
