On May 29th 2023, I enter the Ramada Wydham hotel in Virginia Beach, Va. I droves from Wash DC with my 1 year old and 4 year old. I booked my reservations online, After coming to the location the rep had to reference the Manager Tiera as I had my card in my phone and not in person., I let her know that its the same exact number thats on the reservation and shows my name. I was sent away twice and I asked both time is she sure theres no other option I was told that the only ootion was cash. However I didn’t have a physical card only cards saved to my wallet on my iphone. After going to numerous of location and being turned down for cash back my car keys fell in in the sewer. I had to pay $700 for new key fab after letting the hotel the rep that just started her shift stated “ I can just charge the card on file” I explained thats what I been asking and I don’t know why I was turned away. Shortly after she stated my manager said you we can’t do that. Following that the rep, Natasha said the manager said I come back and use the same card that I attempted to use in the 1st place and just fill in a credit card authorization form. My question ti the manager is why make me go through the hassle when all the additional could of been avoided. So now I am out if $700, she said because we can’t take reservations without the card in person. Although the rep suggested they could and also the customer service rep at the 800 number.
Desired outcome: Full reimbursement of my hotel stay and some type of comp for the $700

I booked a one night stay at The Ramada by Wyndham Seatac Airport directly through the hotel on their website. I called the front desk prior to booking to check their policies as far as deposits and payments. I was told no deposit was required if payment was with a debit or credit card. Prepaid cards and cash payments were accepted but needed a deposit. So I booked a room for that night (same day) with my visa debit card. The hotel charged my card a few hours later before I arrived which was fine. Got there at about 8pm and proceeded to check in at the front desk. I hand her the debit card and my ID like usual. She starts typing info into her computer. A few mins later she hands me my id and debit card and tells me that they don't accept the debit card that I handed her. The same card they already charged for the full amount of the stay... huh? It was a visa debit card, not a prepaid or gift card and no deposit required, makes no sense at all. I asked her how can u take money from the card if you don't accept it? She was rude as could be so I hand her my visa debit card for my business checking account but she says they don't accept that card either. She then proceeds to cancel the reservation without me asking her to, which is a breach of the contract, says I will not be charged, then I left, without a room and without the money I paid for the room, because they don't accept the way I paid for the room? Huh? Next day I check my bank account but charge was still pending so I called the hotel to see whats up. The lady hung up on me as soon as I asked about the money. I go to the hotel and ask her in person, she gives me an attitude and says the money will be back in my account within 2-3 business days. I booked the room on Thursday April 20, 2023, today is May 1, 2023 and the charge is still pending. Bottom line, $95 was stolen from me by the hotel or bank or both with documented evidence, whether they decide to return the stolen money or not, borrowing without permission or charging for services not rendered is theft, which is illegal in all 50 states and punishable by the law. Don't know what kind of racket these hotels and banks have going on but it we need to put an end to it. Banks have been doin this since they started and we sit back and knowingly let them do it. Why?
Desired outcome: I just wanted the $95 a law stating that funds can't be taken from a person's bank account without authorization from the account holder within 1min of the transaction taking place

Terrible! The facilty looked more like a homeless shelter than a hotel. Broken windows, mildew, ripped curtains, plants growing in room windows, flat tires on cars in the lot. Summary: I encountered fraud at the hotel when exchanging US dollars for Saudi Riyal
- I was in a rush in the morning to get to the airport and the taxi driver would only accept cash. This is around 9:30 AM on 3/6
- I asked the front desk receptionist to convert 100 Riyal for me with US Dollars
- The receptionist, upon receiving two 20 dollar bills from me left and then came back and told me that “what I have is an old bill", therefore it is subject to a far inferior exchange versus a "new bill"
- When I was incredulous and asked why are my bills considered "old" no explanation is offered. These are cash that I have withdrawn from a US ATM
- I then asked him if he is trying to scam me and he then abandoned his rhetoric and gave me only 120 Riyal for 40 Dollars. Based on the official rate, I should get 150 Riyal or more instead
- I hereby file a fraud case against the hotel of Ramada by Wyndham Riyadh King Fahd Road and the receptionist working at the front desk that day (a male)
- I demand the Ramada Hotel give me an explanation by March 14th
Desired outcome: a) A full refund of the remaining 30 Riyal in US dollarsb) An apology from the management of the hotelc) A full investigation of this matter and inform me when it is done
Unauthorized credit card charges
Booked rooms at Ramada Anaheim Maingate North from 1/17-1/18 and then again from 01/18-/19 through Priceline. Discovered on my statement that had been charged $214 on 01/19th and $115 on 01/18th. Called Priceline and they spoke with Ramada rep that confirmed that we had been overcharged and would be issued a refund, Weeks later we still have not received these funds as of yet. When trying to resolve with the hotel Manager she appeared to not be very concerned and gave alot of false information and blamed the card company for these charges even after sending a copy of my statement showing the charges were initiated by Ramada. We are currently displaced and have made mention of this to both the card company and to the Mgr. at Ramada, and still to this date have just now today received one of the charges back into our account. We desperately need our monies returned as we will be forced to sleep in our vehicle.
Desired outcome: Complimentary rooms...at least 2 nights, in South Orange County (not at that location!) for the inconvenience it has caused us having to wait almost an entire month despite the fact that we are currently homeless!
Hotel Stay Ramada Inn Baymeadows Rd Jacksonville FL Rodents in my room
Booked thru Priceline checked in January 9th, 2023 very late. Settled in and as night progressed witnessed and saw rodent activity. Next morning there was mouse feces on the bed and night stand. There was also white dust allover everything. I had a 3 day stay reserved. When I wen to front desk to complain , they told me to text pictures and that was it, I immediately cancelled my next days. The fact that I was not immediately refunded is outrageous. There is no scenario where this would be acceptable
The manager was apathetic and not apologetic at all. Didn't seemed surprised and didn't seem to care. Do you stand by your properties or not.

On October 15th to 17th, we stayed at your Hotel in Prince George B.C. Our room had problems, the shower overflowed, it was not cleaned once even though we requested it every day. We had to continually ask for clean towels. Our keys worked maybe 20% of the time. th major issue happened when I realized I left a new jacket and 2 pairs of boots in the closet when I left. I called on the 2oth of October and nobody called me back. On the 28th of October I spoke to someone who hardly spoke English but said he was head of lost and found he would look for my items and to call back in the morning. I called the next morning and was told my items would be shipped that day. I explained my cousin lives there and would pick up my items. They assured me they would be shipped right away. We travel extensively so I didn't call back till I was back home to see they still had not arrived. So Novemer 10th I called again and was told they were no longer there and had been shipped. I waited till the 17th of November called again nobody returned my call. On the 24th when I called they informed my package had been misplaced but assured me it was shipped again. Called December 3rd left a message nobody called me. On December 9th I was fed up and spoke to the Manager Tanner Young who informed me he had my items and would ship that day and I would have them for Christmas. I explained I need them and my cousin would pick them up. He said he would ship them. So I waited and nothing arrived I was forced to purchase new I tems to wear for Christmas and New Years. I again called him on January the 4th and he said they were shipped before Christmas but would not give me tracking info. Called again as it should take 3 days max to arrive. So I sent him a bill for my items at a 50% discount. The next day I received a parcel card in the mail. Mr Tanner did not ship my belonging till the 6th of January and they arrived on the 8th. My jacket was worn as well as washed and so were my boots. He is a complete liar and poor customer service. I want to be refunded to replace my items and I will send him the items his employees clearly wore over the holidays.We frequent your hotel 4-5 times a month but this is extremely unprofessional and lying like he did is just like steeling as far as I am concerned. I have photos as well as recorded phone calls if you need them. He should not have lied to me over and over, he should be demoted to toilet scrubber as he hasn't a clue on how to manage a hotel.
Desired outcome: I would like to be compensated for the items i had to replace. 3 days it took to get to me once shipped.3 months he had them.

I heard a lot about Ramada property at SOU and that's the reason I booked 2 room on 31st Dec 22 we were 7 family member 3 kids and 4 adult , we paid 21000 per room including new year event so total amount was around 42000. Hotel is situated at very nice location no doubt however the service and new year event were severely pathetic.
At the new year event they had only 10 stalls for snacks and there were no attendant on any of the stalls .Time of event was 8 PM to 1 AM but snacks items started at 9 PM.
Also quality of snacks was worst , snacks was cold not warm, noodles were not property cooked, live tea stall no tea available, pasta was tasteless , cold and smelling.
Food stalls were empty no staff, services were slowest ever that most of family didn't have the proper dinner.
Around 10 Family including us requested General Manager Mr. Manoj to have more attendant and staff and please check snacks & food before being served as it was cold not warm, he was so arrogant and even started ignoring us and not even feeling sorry for short staff. When it's still continued ,we complained to him and in spite of acting on our request, he started arguing us that we had not done any favour by paying 21000 per room. If you need anything specific we can serve you. We all were amazed to hear such a none sense however no one was in mood to spoil their new year which was just an hour away. We thought to complain against Mr Manoj but we were told he is the senior most person and no one above him.
Further even the room service of hotel was slowest ever, I ordered warm milk for my 5 yrs. Son however it was not served even after 5 calls and then I had to go myself to reception to arrange it
We all thought there is no point now for complaining this let's highlight through social media, at least who's ever planning to stay at this hotel should take their decision wisely. If you have extra money and want to spoil your mood and time, choice is yours.

Purchasing the dealers package for ramada casino package in gatineau

I called and spoke to staff early December as I wanted to purchase a Casino package as a Christmas gift for my parents. When I first called, I spoke to 3 different staff that did not know what I was talking about and was left on hold for 45 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what I was requesting. I got tired of waiting therefore I just requested the generic email and stated that I would send an email with my request. I then received a reply with "Please call our hotel to discuss the packages". ( I would be more than happy to forward all my correspondence)
Without a doubt this has been the worst experience/customer service I have ever had with this hotel. We live in Cornwall and on December 12 2022 my Husband and brother attended the Ramada Hotel in Gatineau to make this purchase ($630 Tax incl.) They provided the information for the certificate several times to ensure the spelling and information would be correct. My husband was told that they could not give him an actually copy of the certificate right then and there as it needed to be prepared and mailed out. As we were spending a lot of money and we are near the holidays. my husband wanted to ensure that we would be getting the gift certificate on time prior to Christmas. He was told by the employee serving him that we would receive a tracking number once the item was mailed out. My brother provided his email in order to receive the tracking number.
My husband was not provided with a receipt witch is odd after spending this much money. Therefore, he came home with no proof of purchase and fingers crossed that we would actually get it on time.
I attempted to call and speak to staff on Dec 14-15 as we had not yet received a tracking number. I had to speak to 3 staff once again in order for them to understand what I was talking about. When speaking to (Laurie?) She told me that we would not be receiving a tracking number and she is unsure of where we would have gotten this information. She did indicate that that it was mailed out 3 days ago and we should be receiving it soon.
I received the gift certificate in the mail on Dec 19 2022 however it was full of mistakes and there was ink all over the bottom of the certificate as it was folded too soon after being printed. ( I have photos of it).
My parents names were spelt incorrectly, our names were replaced by "The Kids", we requested an English certificate and it was in French, the cost of the gift was on the certificate and the ink was transferred at the bottom. To top it all off, it was mailed to the correct address however it was addressed to my mother! Luckily I was able to check the mail first- Had I not done that she would have received this and opened it herself. It was requested to be sent in my name.
I called back on Dec 19 2022 to address the issue and I Spoke to Laurie. Before I was able to tell her why I was calling, she cut me off saying it was on the way. I explained to her the issue and she stated that they would do up another one however it would not be guaranteed that it would arrive before Christmas. I told her that this was not an option and I was quite upset that this situation was as if I only spent $50. I spent $630! I told her I was even willing to drive up again and pick it up to have it on time.
She stated that they would do up another one and email it to me if I were to email a copy of what I received. I sent her two photos of what I received and i did not receive a response. I sent another email asking to confirm that they received it but once again no response.
Over all my experience with the staff was terrible as they were rude and annoyed each time I tried to call and sort this out.
My husband and I stay at the Ramada in Gatineau quite often, almost twice a month and after this experience I don't even feel comfortable staying there not do I have any interest to.
I do not appreciate the way I was spoken to over the phone by staff and even after spending this amount of money, I did not feel like a valued customer.
Desired outcome: I would like to have a copy of the correct certificate or I would like my money back.

Check-in was for 3pm, I arrived early hoping for a early checkin at 1, after confirming my reservation and the availability of the king bed, then I was told it would cost an extra $35. Booked wyndham Antalya side for my partners birthday spent £900 trusted on the photos and the listing said it is a 5* hotel on arrival it doesn’t even deserve 1*
The door to the room was practically broken and you could see where it had been pryed open
The foot itself did not even open when we first arrived we had to wait for 30 minutes until a janitor came after our long day of travelling
The hotels photos are completely fake, the doors are paper thin we are on the 3rd floor and can hear everything that is happening in the lobby
The food is served cold
The staff are extremely rude
There are not even adequate towels for each person in a room
The room was dirty on arrival
The hotel is nothing as what it is displayed online and it’s extremely frustrating after a long day of travelling to expect a grand hotel such as how it is depicted online but to walk into a place that is merely holding on by a thread

I stayed at the Ramada in Cambridge and my sister booked six rooms as we was all going out. When we got their their was people their to do with Bollywood.I was staying the ground floor the same as my mum and dad and my daughter which my mum and dad are elderly. We got back to the hotel at 1.30 in the morning and by 2.30 was woken up by people trying to open all the doors. Someone being sick. Just got of to sleep and people was banging cases all the time. The night staff went out to them twice but still they where making noise. Then someone started banging on the ceiling wasn’t happy at all. Would like my money back spoke to someone iat the front desk in the morning and they said they have put a complaint in to head office. My mim did not get any sleep either. After a bad first night without sleeping my Philippine team look for me a better hotel in Makati.
This hotel has a single wall glass (not double) to a transit narrow road and even at 7th floor I heard all the traffic noise.
I realized that simple glass/window was open and impossible to close, therefore noise and noise. See at attached picture.
Situation of the hotel even than in Makati, in bad a area.
I spent only the 1st night. I ask the refund of the money. This hotel is NOT a 4* category.

Horrible treatment of guest after getting hurt
This happened on the 20th of September approximately around 8pm
A staff member was mopping down the stairs and had no signs saying wet floor. As I attempted to walk downstairs from the 3rd floor I fell bruised my right shin I could have broke my leg if not worse. After I composed myself I went to the front desk , a manager came to speak with me I asked to fill out an accident form and the hotel had nothing but an employee form. He said the hotel would only send me to the hospital to check, the next day I spoke with the general manager and he told me accidents can happen to anyone to get over it and walked away from me I asked for his name and he refused to give me. I am a paying customer and this is unacceptable.

On September 16th, my husband called Ramada Wyndam Baltimore West. He spoke a woman at the hotel between 9:30-10am. She took down all his imformation. He was making the reservation for my son and grandson. she gave him a confirmation number #80937EE000627 and said it would be 85.00. My husband said our son was going to pay cash, she said it was o.k. So later on , my husband called the call center, because we were going to pay for his room with my credit card, when he gave her the confirmation number, it wasn't in the system. she he was on the phone trying to figure out what happened. Now they telling us we had to book another room. she we went back and forth we the lady at the call center( she was excellent.. Claudia) , she got them at room. but now telling us it was going to be $ 134,00. we ended up paying it because my son and grandson had tickets to the football game,
Desired outcome: I think the extra $ 49.00 should be taken off my bill, because. we already booked a room earlier, and a confirmation number. refund 49.00
