Hello, I have been a costumer of yours for over 30 years. I have been chopping in no frill`s orleans ontario for a long time. I have been asking your assistante store manager for weeks, to see if he could bring in some of your no name product which, is shelves are always empty of a certain product when all the other stores have it in stock like no frill`s casselman and superstore all around. Last week again I talk to assistant store manager if he could get me in certain product that I do require 4 to 6 box a week for my othistic child. This morning when I went to due my grocery`s again like ussual, the product was empty again on shelf. So I ask again to see the assistant store manager and is response was he ordered some cases but again he said it didn`t come in. So because this item is not as profitable as other we can not get that specific item from this store. So I ask the assistant store manager why he can not get those item when every other store as it. I was told to go and shop there. This is not acceptable specially coming from a assistant store manager to tell someone to go and shop there. Really ignorant specially for just asking why he is the only store who can not get or wants to order this product. L expect an opology from your office. I will also push this further. I intend to go puplic with this. Not acceptable
