I live in Maine and Red Robin has two locations here, one in Augusta and one in Scarborough. About 1 or 2 years ago some idiot(s)/[censored]s, corporate ot otherwise, made the decision to no longer serve coffee at their restaurants, presumably to save money, (what an idiotic move). Instead of investing about $100.00 in a Keurig coffee maker and $15.00 for a few pods to please those customers that love a cup of Joe with their burger, they decided that they would rather tell their customers that they no longer serve coffee. Because of that, not only will I never eat at Red Robin again, (my wife and I eat out about 8-10 times a week), I will also tell everyone I know to never set foot in their restaurants ever again. I knew that most colleges today turn out some really ignorant graduates, but worse yet is the fact that Red Robin hires them.

Food and service
Over the past 2 years the quality of food at Red Robin has drastically deteriorated to the point we are considering taking our business elsewhere. We go to RR about 10 times per year with other family and friends to celebrate birthdays. However, the food is now usually cold and overdone. The service is very slow and we find ourselves waiting for service longer than is necessary. We used to really enjoy and look forward to visiting RR but after so many disappointing times we need to consider other choices. Twice now ice cream was not available. I don't know if it's a supply problem or a freezer problem but since it's happened at least twice now, it makes me wonder what kind of quality control is being done. Either improve and make it a joyful place to visit or we are taking our business elsewhere. The places I visit are in Everett, WA and Smokey Point, WA.
Desired outcome: I would like to know what is being done to correct the food, service and quality control problems I mentioned in my comments.

Went to lunch with coworkers to the Red Robin at 3770 Bloomington St. in Colorado Springs on Thursday January 5th. 2023 at 1:00 PM. I ordered the BLTA sandwich. It sounded delicious but unfortunately, delicious is not what it was. They used very minimal bacon, avocado, and turkey. It was mostly croissant, and not even a good croissant. It was 14.29 which is a very pricey croissant in my opinion. I will never step foot in a Red Robin restaurant again.

I visited today at 8.00 pm your Guilford location with my family, sad to see how friends of the front were to get in before us. Smoke n pepper hamburger

It has been several years since my wife and I have visited this local Red Robin. We stopped in yesterday after Mall shopping for a late lunch. The service was fine, staff friendly - no complaints there. On prior visits we always order and share the Smoke n Pepper hamburger. Thick juicy, full of flavor and more than enough to satisfy us both. Wife sometimes could not finish her half, which I gladly did. This was unfortunately not the case yesterday. This hamburger was thin had no flavor and had some strange sweet sauce that was really all you could taste. Wife took one bite and said no more, this is terrible. Our bartender/waitress explained the some time back there company had made the decision to re-make the hamburger patties. Understand change happens in this industry for profit and bottom line but for me Red Robin was always about thick, juicy and tasty hamburgers. Sorry but this was enough for us. Last visit for sure. We went to have a burger at Red Robin and the girl seated us right away and we sat there for about 15minutes and no one came to our table. I asked where our server was and a couple of minutes later she showed up and no aology or greeting . I right then and there I was not going to order anything My friend ordered a veggie burger and a tall blue Moon. The beer was never delivered and some one elss other than our server brought the Veggie burger after a little wait. We never had our server come back until we were redy to pay. We wanted her to take the beer off the bill as we did not receive it. I informed her that we never got the beer and no apology. We payed and left. Not a good experience

Veterans day issue
My wife, 4 kids and I are regular customers of Red Robin. Your burgers and fries are top rate and never fail to disappoint... until today.
I'm a veteran and ordered the free veterans meal online so I could pick it up and enjoy it at work. My lunch break is just long enough for me to get to and from the restaurant and I was so excited for my meal. That excitement was soured when the host says to get that promotion I had to eat my meal there. I explained I had to get right back to work, the host showed NO empathy. I left empty handed and didn't have time to get anything else. I will be spending the rest of my work shift lunchless and hungry.
I am beyond disappointed I don't think my family, close friends and I will eat at Red Robin ever again.
Customer Service
On Nov 11 around 5:17pm I went to Red Robin on Elliot Rd in Tempe AZ on Veterans Day, and on my birthday. I am a disable veteran and none of the representative in the front acknowledged me when I came into the establishment. While I was still waiting to be acknowledged another customer came in after me and was immediately acknowledged. Then the server acknowledged me, and tried to serve me afterwards. I am extremely upset at the way I was treated at this establishment and the customer behind me even explained to her to please serve me first since I was already waiting. Then she tried to help me and I told her no thank you and left.
Desired outcome: I am looking for this to be resolve immediately
Posters on the wall
My daughter and I visit this location at least once every couple of weeks and we always have great experience. Last time we were seated under one of their posters which depicted different songs. My daughter turns to me and asks “dad why is there a swear word (mothaf…ka), and depictions of a drug on the wall?
When visiting what I believe to be a kid friendly establishment I don’t think I should have to explain to my child about swearwords and marijuana when we are trying to enjoy our meal.
My child is a very proper kid and things like these normalize bad behavior.
Desired outcome: Remove the poster

Visited RR in Wareham, MA at Wareham Crossings today. What has happened to RR? The menu no longer has the delicious French Onion Soup or the chili.
The place is FILTHY! Ladies restroom is filthy, the plastic partitions between the booths are filthy, the dust is caked on the overhead industrial decor and lighting. The decor is damaged. Checkout the Jimmy Hendrix portrait made of vinyl records! This place is badly in need of an upgrade! Check out the peeling paint on the outside of the building. What a depressing place!
The burgers and service were good.
Now these are the things we could see, the things the customer sees. If this is what RR allows the customer to see, what is the customer not seeing?
We will not be returning.
Desired outcome: This restaurant needs a DEEP CLEANING and an upgrade! The damaged dirty decor and filth hanging above the consumers heads, behind their heads, the restroom all need to be cleaned!

As a mixed race , senior citizen from NYC who had been to your restaurant many times.
Your Missoula Restaurant has gone from goo0d to dismal.
My experience in Missoula was horrible, the staff was rude and the burger was greasy and undercooked. It took an hour to get my food and did not honor my coupon. I wrote the company and sent a receipt and they ignored me the last manager was great. This new manager and staff is horrible. I understand there is a shortage but when I am at a restaurant and have a bad burger and the manager is unavailable. wow, that means I should not come back. I called customer service and they said they would get back to me. they never did,
When I called I was put on hold and then they hung up .When I called back it went to voice mail and voice mail is full. Amazing how bad they have gotten. I was also told they ignore reviews The last manager would go table to table and see how people are doing

Health Code Violation
A Party of 4 dined at Restaurant # 428 on 9/12/2022 Kassie was the waitress. Bill # 340018 $46.03 total. Food was fair, and service was fair. It took over 20 minutes just to get another serving of fries. Besides us, ONLY 12 other people were eating. The PROBLEM was we were seated in a booth that had hundreds of ANTS running across the WALL of our booth. WE jumped up and Kassie got us another booth. We then found out the ANTS were an ongoing problem and they KNEW ABOUT THIS FOR MONTHS! The assistant manager also CONFIRMED that as well when I spoke to her. She stated CORPORATE knew as well as the HEALTH DEPT. If so then WHY not close that area and NOT seat customers there? She didn't offer ANYTHING for our inconvenience, not even an APOLOGY! Just gave me the General Managers' card to call him. I told her I'd rather call the HEALTH DEPT

On 8-29/2022 we made another effort to eat at what use to be our favorite place to go. 2 months ago (JUNE) we went and it was so cold because the corp was not fixing the problem after several requests from the store itself. We had to leave because it was so cold in the restaurant, that day. We waited and went back on 8/29/2022. Hannah was our server. The food was great. But the order was wrong. We finished eating at 6:55. We had to wait almost 30 minutes to get anyone to take our payment. There were several people in that area walking around and only 3 couples at the bar. Finally, at 7:31 Hannah took our payment. If she was the only one working or they were short staffed then we would have ignored this but when there were at least 5 people in that area, this made no sense. Customer service people being lazy and not helping out when they can

This guy named Edgar was doing a great job. He had a lot of work to do in a place that was as I should say it not busy at all. But in his area he was very far behind on clean up. His coworkers would walk buy and just look at the many tables he needed to clean up. The Hostess a guy named Noah who was about 6'7 would walk buy and look at the tables that were a mess. He did not lift a finger to help this poor kid named Edgar. As well as every other worker there just looked and walked buy. I said why don't these other people help you. He said it was not their job but his. It seemed that he was very busy as I could tell and he was moving fast but he just could not keep up. I did notice though that he had more people coming in to sit in his area. I began to realize that customers wanted to sit in his area as they maybe like him and wanted to work with him. I gave him a $10.00 tip not a lot not a little no stiff job from me. Let this be a lesson to everyone who works for someone else help when you can don't just walk by and make yourself look like the fool.
Desired outcome: I ran businesses in my lifetime I always expected anyone working for me to set up because you never know when you will need help.
Tried to apply for a job at the Prince George BC location on numerous occasions and the Manager was rude to me
The manager for the location was rude and very cold .?I feel it's because I am Native American a visible minority..!I just wanted to work for this company and try my best !the Manager was very off-putting and not friendly and downright rude because I kept replying to help wanted adds for cooking..but every time I applied she rudely told me the jobs been filled even after 1 day of posting the position ..I have lots of experience and feel she was threatened by my appearance and experience..was left feeling upset with every encounter with this manager at this location ...very unpleasant and unprofessional

Unauthorized credit card charge
We ate at the Red Robin at Halfmoon Crossing Blvd in Clifton Park NY on July 30th at 2:45pm. Everything went good, received our food and ate. Had a charge for a kids shake at $2.99 that we did not order on the bill. Didn't notice till we looked at the receipt when we got home about 6 hrs later and several hundred miles away. That didn't bother us as much as the other part. Right after we paid my wife looked at the account and the correct amount, including tip was taken out of the bank. $127.53. The next day the bank had changed that amount to $150.53. I called and talked to the manager at the Halfmoon Crossing location and she informed me that they have had problems with paying at the machine at the table and we were not the only ones that had this problem. She was going to talk to corporate and her manager and someone would call me back within a day or two. It's now Aug 8th and we have not heard a word and the charge is still the same at the bank. Tbl 41, chk 370011. I just called the restaurant and no answer so I don't know if they are open Monday morning or not. Truth is I should not have to call them, they should call me and fix this.
Desired outcome: Refund of the extra money they put on the card.
