upon arrive at 530 pm on 10/13/23. we checked in went to the room 231.
about 830 pm my husband went to take a shower and discovered the floor towel which was folded on tub, was wet and opened it and it was dirty and had someone's hair on it. same as the bed sheets i went down to front desk and told her she called someone from housekeeping they didn't answer. She gave me new towels and matt. told me she would send someone in up with new sheets and pillowcases i cleaned the bed with a washcloth. We stayed the first night. we called expedia and requested and refund to go somewhere else but when they called and talked to front desk, they refused to give us to even cancel the next night and didn't do anything to make it right housekeeping came in the morning didn't change the sheets. breakfast was stale bread for toast and frozen bagels coffee you can see the bottom of cup through coffee. online it shows a pool, fitness room. business center. pool didn't look like was used for a long time and fitness center wasn't open it had paint cans and trash in it business center turned into a casino we traveled from upstate NY. for a wedding.it was the worse place we stayed at ever
Desired outcome: we had no choice to stay and endure the terrible conditions. i would like a full refund of our stay.
