Please note that Noor & Cathy at the Belmont store in WA are not paying their staff correctly. They often don't pay the juniors, & tell them that there's a glitch in the system, but it should be fixed soon. This can go on for 2 weeks or more.
Now they're telling their staff that they don't have to pay penalty rates for the public holidays, & won't be doing so.
I'd like someone to have a look at this, & correct the situation. I've had to speak to Noor on several occasions regarding my daughters pay. He didn't like it, & penalised her by not giving her any shifts for a few weeks, but he paid her straight away each time.
I don't think its fair what's he's doing, & he's taking advantage of the juniors, because they don't know any better. For many of them, it's their first job.

chicken and gravy roll
I ordered a chicken and gravy roll and once I got home and opened it, all the gravy was on the outside of my roll where it's not meant to be. I am very disappointed in how long it took to get my food and how the hell it looks! There was no gravy in my roll at all now I've looked harder. The service was terrible. I waited at least 15 minutes for my food and then at least 5 minute wait for my order to be taken in drive thru. And there were no other customers.

incomplete order. uneatable chips
I ordered the new glaze deal from the Wynnum West store 4178. Drive through. When we got home and were dishing up dinner for the family we noticed the large gravy was missing and the chips were not fit for human consumption. It really pissed me off as i asked for fresh crispy chips as thats what the kids like. I rang the store and they said sorry we have your gravy here you can come back and get it or another one next time you come. The chips though you have to bring back for a replacement. Really slack of them not wanting to replace my chips on the next visit also. Or fixing the mistake by delivering replacement.
blt wrap chips potato bites and nuggets
Blt contained a large bone in it which also contained the nuckle of the bone and the letter was more the base of the lettuce. Cheesy chicken nuggets were old. Chips were half cooked and potato bites really raw. $30 and my family couldnt eat it. Manager contacted me, only able to give me a refund of only $15 or a free wrap.

I've been banned from making delivery orders with no justification. I'm just banned. To the point where I reckon one of my exes runs my local joint.
Furthermore, it took nearly 3 weeks for a response.
I'll remind you that I always paid on time b4 they showed up. And for them to ban me? It's unacceptable.
The store in question is the Kurri Kurri store.
I expect a prompt reply from you in the affirmative. If that does not happen? I will be taking all emails back and forth between us before the local court.
Cuz I worked for 3 years at a place called McDonald's. And they bullbashed me in the head that the customer is most important.

lismore red rooster delivery service is very unreliable u wait a good 20-a hour after time they provide only to have half ur meal delivered either drinks missing or tonight it was the chips so half the meal wasn't even there we have been waiting a further 20 mins and they still have not returned with the food we are waiting on for the price they charge its disgusting they cant get it right and as I said its a problem I have over and over again not happy at all
orders from general menu
For the fourth time running I have collected an order consisting of a standard menu item being a family meal pack and the order is incomplete when I get it home.
The last time which was on the 02/10/2016 the girl serving on the counter could not work the order out on the register so she called the manager in to verify what I wanted. He punched in the order and then I waited for it to be prepared.
The order I wanted has 12 pieces of chicken which is basically one and a 1/2 chickens. When I get it home it has eight pieces. What particularly has me annoyed is that the order was verified twice when I ordered as to what I wanted.
As mentioned this is the fourth time running I have ordered the same meal and have been short changed. I will never set foot in Red Rooster again and will make it a mission to tell as many people as I can about my experiences.
The duty manager was polite when I phoned back but it was going to be very inconvenient to repack the meal and go back to the store to work it, not to mention the inconvenience for my family.
I was basically the only person in the store at the time, it was a standard menu order, it's not rocket science. It's a "care issue", being Red Rooster has no care for its customers

I put in an order at 8.05pm, received an email saying it had been received, yet when I phoned at 8.55pm to ask how long my order was going to be, the young man told me they hadn't received any orders on their system.. I advised the young man I had received an email, quoted: Order #: 4535
Order Time: 25/05/2016 8:05:25 PM, yet he said their delivery drivers are not allowed to deliver anything in the last 15 minutes before closing; but hey, he could complete the order tomorrow! Gee thanks, but no thanks!

my gf has been working at red rooster for 5 years
and has back issues and her immune system isn't 100% so she gets sick with coughing and pain monthly.
after 5 years of service her boss says because shes unreliable, her hours have been dropped from around 38 to 19...
In the 6 months i've been with her she's only taken 4 days off a month on bad months and 2 days monthly on good months.
this boss also says that medical certificates arn't important to him...thats illegal to begin with to say that.
i will never ever eat at red rooster again! nor would i recommend them to others for work.
= my mother who has hip and knee problems works in a nursing home and is always told: have as much time as you need off with pay and over 8 years has never had her hours reduced and told it's cos your unreliable. red rooster could learn much from nursing homes when it comes to dealing with staff =
bosses everywhere should help staff dont just reduce hours and disregard drs notes. if your sick your sick "your not sitting in an ally way with a needle in your arm your resting up for a day or 2 under drs orders"
my daughters unfair dismissal
To whom it may concern I have a complaint about the manager at westpoint blacktown red rooster tammy vo the way she has treated my daughter. My daughter sarah sutlcliffe had to take me her mother to hospital on the 16th december 2015 so I could have a needle in my neck due to having pinched nerves as it extremely pain full. Sarah rung work from the hospital to let them know she would be running late due to the doctor running behind which does happen, she rang them at 10am as she was due to start work at 11am she gave them an hours notice and tammy said to sarah if you cannot get to work by 10.50 don't bother coming in and that sarah is always taking her family problems to work and taking it out on the customers. I was not allowed to drive after this procedure as it made my spine numb, so sarah drove me home. I even tried to speak to her and she said that she didn't care about what I had to say, she is a very rude person to speak to and won't listen to what other people have to say I find her extremely hard person to communicate with. Since the 16th december sarah not worked due to why I don't know, sarah checked the roster for this week being 3rd january 2016 and her name has been deleted, I am not happy with this disgusting treatment my daughter is receiving. If t his is the way your company treats junior staff members it is disgusting, I want this dealt with immediately or I going to take this matter further. Regards leanne flavell mother
chicken burger without chicken on it and lack of customer service
After a massive working week for both myself and my husband. We decide to have red rooster so while I finish up at work he is playing with kids at the park and picks dinner up on his way home. I asked my husband to ge me a crispy burger regular size combo with added mayo and a piece of bacon there is crispy chicken mayonnaise lettuce tomato cheese and of course my added ingredients on this burger. My husband gets home with our food so after our huge working week we can all have a nice easy meal as a family! Well I open my burger only to find that there is no chicken on the burger... So I call the shop not only because I am starving and want my food but also because the previous sunday we had had a slack night ordered the same meal and it happened then too they did the same thing so when I rung after it happening twice! I asked that they also replace my chips as I still need dinner and now have to waste more money in petrol to go receive my replacement burger and I am missing even more time with my family and not getting to eat properly. To be fair I also think that a little bit of compassion and decent customer service should allow them to update their policy to give the customer something for the trouble they have to go through for their mistake... But all I was told was that 'policy' only allows them to replace the burger... A regular chips that I didn't get to eat properly shouldnt be a big deal to offer / replace considering my whole meal experience was ruined not once but twice! Not good enough! For the money we pay to eat this food there should be better policies and I am a seriously unhappy customer!
quater chicken - dry
i went to Lyndhurst red rooster on friday the 18 september 2015 at 9:20pm ordered a quater roast chicken and paid 6 dollers...got back to my car to eat it and was so disappointed when i opened the box and found a very small piece of chicken that was missing most of the thigh and very dry looking...so i walked back in the store and placed it back on the counter and walked out...i was so disgusted that i could not even be bothered to ask for my money back.

I had lunch yesterday and while setted I watch an employee take her gloves off and olace on front counter while she serverd someone else she was emptying the bin just before hand she then put the same gloves on to finishe off her job also tge toilet door was left open after she finished her bin chages in there this door being directly cm away from setting area also bumped me in the back while mopping this us nit good enough
misleading term used on large coke
I drove through to red rooster and order fish & chips meal with coke, plus a chicken family meal. As I reached the window I decided to upsize the coke to a large one for an extra $3.50, trusting that I was getting a large coke (1.25 l). Anyway the girl at the window gave me 600ml. I was shocked at the size of the large coke. I asked if this was for real, she said yes. I asked if they have a larger size drink than the 600ml, she said yes. So I asked, what would that be classed as?... She had no answer to this but when I say that would it be classed as xl, she said yes (Ridiculously rip off). Since I already paid, I didn't bother asking for my $ back for the coke. I told her that there definition of a large drink is misleading to the customers. It must not be used especially for the size.

bad service
went to buy 2 peri peri chicken combo in baguette, 1 with mayo and 1 with garlic and no chilli, but when got home, instead of the baguettes we got 2 burgers. when we went back to return the combos, the girl was not ready to accept her mistake. but finally changed the burgers but just took out the chicken from the burgers, cut it in half and put it in the baguettes with just lots of chillies, we had to throw them away.That's very awful because we pay for a good service
I am complaining about the blonde lady that was working at your Bowen store on Sunday 10th December. What an appalling woman. She was not interested in helping the two other woman working, one was having to serve front and drive threw and make burgers and the other lady must of been cooking chips and stuff. The blonde woman could see that these two ladies were RUN off their feet, YET she continued to stand at the counter thing at the back and do nothing! When she did come to help when they asked her too and the look she gave them was disgusting, she said "oh cant you do it on your own" their was at least 10 people instore and so many cars in the drive threw. Then the blonde lady handed out the wrong food and blamed the two other ladies as it was their fault. Those to mature aged woman were amazing, they were both short dark haired short ladies. Those two are an asset to Bowen Red Rooster. The Blonde rude [censor] needs to be shown the door...
The franchise owners are training their staff this way. They will not accept any complaints and call you a liar and scammer.
I've had similar experience with Kelmscott and will not be going back there again after five years going there.

we hardly ever eat take away food for the very reason of my complaint it is full of salt falsely advertised and overpriced but being sik and also late home decided would be easy to just get a family meal from red rooster as they seem the healthier option when compared to others $33.00 poorer is all we are for a pigeon sized chicken covered in salt cold vegetables microwaved garlic bread and floury gravy we literally gave it to the cat and dog and i defrosted some steak and steamed some vege in less the time it took to wait for the disgusting "feast" never again

1-22-11Les schwab in La Pine picked up our jeep to be diagnosed to what the problem is, the problem that was supposed to be fixed on Sept 7, 2010 when they put new brakes on and that cost $613.24, which is fine then the trouble started. I called and told them there was a noise and they told me it was the brakes and it would go away. I finally convinced someone they had to pick it up and look at it again then they said it was the axle and that cost me $311.75 they brought the car back and I paid them by check and did not receive any paper work I asked and they said they had to take the check back first.
My friend said it was the Rotors and there was metal shavings visible in the whell opening as I told the gentleman who picked it up.. they called and said it was the front drive line, I told them to bring it back, because we couldn;t afford the 650.00, they offered to take $100.00 labor off the bill and I told them we couldn't afford it now. My wife talked to them and told them to fix their mistake and Gary hung up on her, she called back and talked to Isaik, after he was told to bring it back and hung up.They called less than 10 minutes later and said it was fixed. They said they put in a new front drive line, which you cannot do in 10 minutes, so they must have done it already and without our authorization and did not give up paperwork, and no paperwork on the last two reapris..
The last check I wrote to them was for $508.52 no paperwork...
They picked up the car at the Red Rooster Restaurant in La Pine they were suppose to their between 7-8 am came at 8:30am after we called them After a couple hours they call and say what needed to be done(which we already had it in twice before and they kept saying it was something else after saying they fixed it).
It seem to be something every time, but still the same problem. They did a Brake job and then it was supposed the front drive line(they changed the front axle, instead of the drive line. Still having the same problem, today they fixed it and charged us without authorization to repair. Brought back to the restaurant Still NO PAPERWORK, stating what they did, always came back with the car saying it was fixed, picked up a check and said couldn't do paperwork until they got paid to this day NO PAPERWORK.
Alot of people we have talked to told me about Les Schwab screwing people over and they now go into Bend to American Tire...I have been a customer of yours in La Pine for 14 years and alot longer over in the valley..
I have never been treated so badly by a company... They also told us that we need to have a meeting with Leonard on Monday.. We will not have a meeting with Leonard he is like the rest of them and he could care less about his customers and this proves it...We will not be Back to Les Schwab unless something dramactic happens will drive the extra to Bend...
Also when I talked to Isaik I asked him if this was worked on before and he said "YES" and I said then you should fix your mistakes...

consignment shop didn't pay vendors
I was a new vendor at the old location of the red rooster attic antiques and collectibles consignment mall. In Oct she told me to fill up my booth with merchandise to sell, all the while knowing she was being evicted for nonpayment of rent. I spent over $700. on new stock only to be told to vacate by the end of the month. She told all the vendor they had to get out by the end of the month, but the truth was only she had to leave. The business was being taken over by new management, not closing down, and she knew that.
Not sure who to believe, all the vendors pulled out.
Well I know now who was telling the truth. It's been over 30 days, and after contacting Dodi Thompson 3 different times about the money she owes me from the sales of my merchandise in Oct., I have yet to see payment. She has given me 3 different excuses as to why she hasn't paid me.
1. She ran out of checks
2. She didn't have my address. (which she told me in person she did have it)
3. She didn't have a stamp.
After posting this on Craigslist, other vendors have come forward with the same issues.

Just before i finished work i rung up red rooster in the city and asked for a large family chips with chicken salt for me and my kids and got (Ellie and Shaye ) my children to pick it up . when we got home we opend the box and we started eating it and Ellie complained about too much chicken salt but i told her to just brush it off and then shaye had a chip...
