After watching your recent advertisement on TV where a young man on a skate board steals the chicken from someone else. And your company feel this is an okay ad for our young people. And even gives it a thumbs up so to speak. Disgusting!
As a parent and grandparent it’s hard enough in this day and age to bring young people up in the right way with Rec Rooster acknowledging that it okay to steal. I am seriously thinking that this should be brought to the attention of the TV stations

Reds burger
We bought Reds burger from Reservoir Red rooster. We ordered 3Nos Reds burger and Nuggets. The girl in the counter not given the reciept for this. After we received the food we found out it was very cold and we feel like it was old food. We were very hungry and we
Started to eat. After finished eating we found very uncomfortable in our stomach and my daughter started to cry due to the stomach pain. After reaching home my daughter vomited and she was unable to sleep for few hours. I also had very uncomfortable in my stomach and stomach pain. I started to experience diarrhea since early morning. Until the evening I had diarrhea.
We bought this food yesterday evening (08/01/2023) around 9:00pm.
Burnt food and poor customer service response
29/12/2022 I ordered 20 buttermilk wings and 2 family chips. Thw butter milk wings were burnt and tasted burnt so I called the bassendean store where I purchased the food from and the manager there said that there not burnt they meant to look like that and that he cant help me because they are meant to look like that.. I told him they taste burnt and he said no they dont because he personally passed the order to me but it was a lady worker that handed me the order. I would like a refund or a meal replacement please.. This service was so poor I cant believe the manager said he couldnt help me because the food is meant to look like this.. I have even taken a photo for proof of what the food looks like. There a pieces in there that are not even a chicken wing its just batter and they have counted that to be a wing.. I am also 5 months pregnant so this is very unacceptable
Desired outcome: Refund or a replacement from another store please
Food and hygiene
Went to red rooster Butler yesterday for lunch with disability client.
Ordered the 3 piece satisfier. The chicken smelt and tasted off told the girl at counter and asked for a replacement, she said"it's all from the same batch". b told her if that's the case its all off then. She then offered me chicken tenders but in the same breath said "their going to be the same too cause they're from the same batch. I didn't want food that was off. So out of the box I ate the puny packet of small chips and the ridiculously small potato and gravy as had not got to the chicken at that point. After paying $14.00 she reluctantly gave me a 5$ refund. Pretty sure the chicken pieces cost more than that. As I was with my client we were at the store quite a while not once in the near 2 hrs that we were there did anyone come and wipe a table or sweep the floor. We sat at a booth and it was filthy food all over tables and seats plus floor. This was the case for most of the tables and seating. My client needed to use the toilets but they were so dirty, not hand wash as it was pulled off the wall, dirty floors, used toilet rolls on floor and generally unkept it was not busy at all so there is no reason for this area not to be cleaned
Chicken and chips
Picked up 2 meal size boxes at mount Annan sydney nsw drive through store last night,
Not very impressed the chicken was really over cooked , chips not much better
Sure they had been sitting for longer than normal , also no spoon in the box to eat the gravy and potato.
I didn’t take photos as I wasn’t going to do anything about it , but thought you should be told.
Bagged chicken
Ordered family feast which came with half chicken pieces in bags a leaked all over the bag holding the food onto my pants which gave me hot chicken juice burning my legs you guys really need to bring back the aluminum tin with a lid it's so much safer or you need a better option for objects with hot liquids I could have been hurt worse because of carelessness such as this.
Desired outcome: Your company could be sued but I don't want an apology and yes I'd like my money back I just want to see an alternative than really hot chicken in thin bags. Flimsy and thin bags for hot things is not a good idea.
Delivery did not happen.
I ordered and paid for delivery of red rooster to my home and it did not arive.I rang red rooster Gympie and was told that it was not on there system and I would not receive my order.Basically I was fobbed off by the person that I spoke to.The money for payment came out of my account and i am now a former customer of red rooster.Will not order from this establishment again.I was a good customer as you will see if you check my order history.

Quality of food & service
Hi I got 2 lots of food today 11/12/22 at 12.15pmish. I was the only car in drive thru & no one was in the store.
I got a Flayva Combo & Ripper Roll combo. I got asked what drinks I wanted at the drive thru start. I got to the window to pay & was again asked what drinks I wanted, I then after a short wait got my food, the young lady just looked at me & I then said umm my drinks? Oh what drinks do you want? I mean really!
I then got back to work & upon opening the chips the 1st box were fine on top but once we got down a small amount they totally looked like yesterday's chips. This was the same in both lot of chips. Quality was terrible & they shouldn't even been given out. The photos show after most have been thrown out as they were inedible.
No roast chicken at 6pm

After swimming went to Red Rooster near 6pm. Placed order and was advised they had no roast chicken. I said “pardon”? We have no roast chickens until 6.45pm.
Absolutely poor management in not having chooks cooked at the feeding zoo hours!
I drove straight through cancelling nuggets and chips order.
My friend purchased food soon after me and said us was disgusting.

Went to Chicken Treat and got brilliant fast service and our roast chook.

I buy red rooster quite often for lunch but today I experienced the worst service I have ever recieved off your group. At about 3,00pm today I ordered a meal at your store at North Lakes in Brisbane. As I was waiting there was a sign on the fridge for Strawberry Cheesecake for $3.95. I took one and when my order was ready went to pay for it. I gave the girl $4.00 in $2 coins and she turned around and told me that it was $4.25. I said that the sign on your fridge says $3.95. She said that it was for the Choc one, and i said again it says Strawberry. She would not even move to check. I ended up paying the extra 25c but was pissed off. To top things off when I sat down there was no knife, fork, or spoon for the $4.25 cheesecake, so had to go back and ask for it.

Incorrect order
Have ordered from this store (Success WA 6164) multiple times and have received more wrong or cold orders than I have received acceptable ones, the physical store itself seems to be completely uncontactable, as they use 3rd party delivery services they are often the ones handling the excess of resolutions and follow ups ect.
The order through the red rooster app, I redeemed a considerable amount (50% of the order cost) as royalty points redemption and the order was for 3 boxed meals and I received 1 and it was itself the wrong item, followed up with door dash who themselves were unable to contact the store and achieve a suitable outcome (which in fact was not there error to correct and it appears to be a clear error from the stores end) which I suspect has been the can in many of my previous orders
Desired outcome: Firstly, revised order handling at the store itself.I would like a call back asap and I would like my order delivered promptly
State of toilet
Disgusting, shameful and third world. The toilet does appear to have cleaned in some time due to the fact that there were cob webs on the filthy toilet brush. There was faeces on and around the toilet, and the stench of urine filled the toilet. In the next photo is a picture of the cleaning schedule, it makes no mention of when the toilet was last cleaned. Just disgusting.
Filthy, disgusting, third world. It looked as if the toilet had not been cleaned in months. This was visible due to the cob webs that were present on the filthy toilet brush in the corner. There was feaces on the toilet and the stench of urine in the male toilet. All in all disgusted and disappointed.

And asked why do the serve cold food his reply to that was he has faith in his team and didn’t check it, we requested an Uber to bring us fresh food and he said cannot do, only can refund us, this doesn’t compensate we have missed dinner, pathetic manager on duty, we refuse to ever go back to red rooster fountain gate, absolute disgusting service !

Customer service
Came into the Bunbury store around 7:00-7:30 pm. Ordered food including a two piece of fried and chips and was told it was a ten minute wait for fried. At the window we ordered sauce.In the waiting bay we asked for our missing sauces and they handed them out. We were then given a box of two pieces of fried and no chips. Made a comment about the missing chips. The person who handed it to us said they did give it to us but we showed them our full orders which didn’t have the chips. The manager then came out with an attitude before realising he was wrong and gave us our missing chips. The individual who came out first rushed out of the store apologising for their manager calling us [censored] and for the miss communication.

I purchased a whole chicken meal from Red Rooster at Flagstone Queensland.
When we were eating the chicken it smelt like it was off l, when I took a small bite it was definitely something wrong with the chicken . Why my family did not eat this chicken. The rest of the meal what was disgusting it was deathly not fresh and was on edible
I did not make a complaint to the store as it was already 730 at night did not feel like driving all the way back to the store I just chucked a whole meal in the bin and just thought I would never go back there again , at $45 later
Since speaking to other parents with in my business they have all had the same result from the same store a couple of the parents were telling me that the chicken smells and taste off
There needs to be something done before somebody gets sick from the store

Pieces all wings in my order and wasn't notified at the time
Hi, I went through the Red Rooster drive through tonight at Bribie Island and I was wanting to purchase the family box, but unfortunately they had no cooked chickens and they only had 8 pieces of crispy chicken left. I wasn't happy at all. I did however get the 8 pieces of crispy chicken and half a roast chicken with chips, gravey and nuggets , coldslaw.
I got home and I was absolutely disgusted that the 8 pieces were wings! It wasn't enough to feed 6 people. I rang them directly and he had no care factor whatsoever. I think I've been treated with no respect at all. Disappointed!'d probably prefer to drive to KFC next time.

Food presentation
On Monday 17th October at Coffs Harbour South, I bought a cravers box. The food was apparently just thrown in because it was a very unappetising sight. The boxes are too big and doesn't allow for a meal that looks anything like the advertised picture. In this case, size really doesn't matter!
The store was not busy with one person inside and I was the only car in drive through.

Incorrect order
Wheelers hill, melb, Victoria, around 8.30pm on Wednesday 19th October.
To begin with we were unsure if they were open due to all lights off, except inside. We also saw 4 young staff see us drive through and all start to converse and look [censored]ty that we had come through. Proceeded to drive through at 8.30pm, ordered 1x roster roll meal, 2 extra rooster rolls by themselves and a cheesy chicken nugget pk of 10. To get home and see our pack of cheesy nuggets was a box filled with all there dried up old items. Got 4 onions rings, 4 chicken drumettes and 3 nuggets with a extra pineapple fritter on top of it all. I'm severly allergic to pineapple, and this could of been catastrophic if I just put my hand in the box and started to eat on my way home, I may not of even made it home to be honest. Not only that the 3 rolls were filled with stuffing, gristle and bones, very minimal chicken. Not at all impressed. I have been at work myself for 10 hour shift and was relying on red rooster to meet mine and my families needs to be only quite shocked to be honest and wish for a refund and a reply. This is someone's life that could of been jeopardized from your staff actions. We have food safety procedures in place for this reason, and they all need training around this.

6 pices of fried chicken
There were 4 wings, one small drumstick and a breast. Approx 7pm deeragun red rooster drive through.The wing is the smallest piece of chicken so i didn't get value for money! Why not give all wings and just rip everybody off! When you buy 6 pieces of fried chicken it is normally a mixture of large and small pieces, perhaps we should be paying for weight not quantity, if that makes sense. In short, I was ripped off. Thank you for your understanding in the matter.
