Red Rooster Foods Service

Hi there
I ordered through menu log at corio and firstly the food didn't come in time now I don't know if it's an issue with the ordering app or what but anyway we waited a while for our food only to discover that the food they brought us was not ours so our food would of been sitting at the store longer than usually anyway when our food got her chips were not filled and the guy at the store lied to me saying that our food was already in its way with another driver but the same driver delivered our food now ibam a 43 year old woman and no one is gonna take me as a fool do people have the right to treat customers like [censored] because that's the way I feel. Food was cooked well but still service was [censored].

Desired outcome: Would like to be compensated

Red Rooster Foods Rooster roll Abomination

Ordered a simple rooster roll between moving house. When I opened the bag, I found the roll as identified in my image.
In the 5 years I've ordered rooster rolls, this is the most ridiculous nonsense I've seen.

I was very annoyed, but super hungry and debated eating it.

Unfortunately, what was supposed to be an easy meal to eat while driving, turned into impossible. Chicken all over with the bun completely detached from itself.

Is this really an acceptable way to present this product?

I wouldn't complain over $6 dollars.
It's the principle.

Now my only option is to drive back, eat this mess as is, or wait until I have a fork available.

I've decided to go eat somewhere else and will be throwing the rooster roll in the trash.

Until this is resolved- I don't think I'll return to Red Rooster.

Desired outcome: Refund and warning to the store.

Red Rooster Foods Sim doesn't arrive

After Ordering at the drive through on Thursday 18 March 2021,
The attendant asked if I'd like gravy I said yes,

the gravy was not provided even though I was charged for it.
On returning home I noticed and immediately called the Cranbourne (Thompson rd Store)
The acknowledgment of the gravey had not been packed into my order.

Daniel, the store manager said she could credit the gravey, or I'd have to come back to the store to replace the food.

After a long day, the last thing I want to do is get in my car.
I said these were not acceptable options and that someone should call me about a better solution (either the refund of my food, or credit for the full amount, as the chips and chicken without the gravy, is not my complete meal.
Daniel Hung up on me as she had no other solution and was too busy to properly deal with the situation.
Instead, she told me to calm down (I was not un calm) and then she hung up on me for no reason, forcing me to make a trip to the store.
However, I paid full price, Only to have to use my time and petrol to go back and demand my money back.

When at the store, I was considerably more upset at the level of service already provided.
I said these options weren't acceptable, and that I'd ordered and had to come back, I got a refund, (she short-changed me twice)
Then one of her staff came from the back (a short Asian guy with braces and long hair) and told me to "shut the [censored] up" and "get out"

This little child swearing at me, a paying customer, for what? They had incorrectly filled the order, I had paid the correct money and done the right thing.

Is it a race thing? I feel somewhat discriminated against, and I am unsure why two staff members (the young Maori boy and the Asian boy, were both antagonizing the situation by swearing at me and telling me to go home. This was not at all handled by Daniel in fact, she smiled and allowed it to continue.
The only person who acted like a proper human being (let alone a rep of red rooster) was the first man who served me, a Tall gentleman who had originally taken my order at the drive through.

What sort of operation are you running? You mess my order up, make me drive back to fix YOUR mistake, then proceed to swear at me and tell me to get out?
I would like a detailed report of how this was allowed to happen,
that is my local red rooster. I expect the 3 parties involved will be disciplined.
The fact that I was ripped off, then abused, has to be seething. And I will not tolerate threats from little underage kids at their place of work, while I am trying to fix their mistake.

My time is valuable. I will need to be compensated for my time and petrol.

Desired outcome: Compensation for time, petrol, and your rude staff need discipline.

I purchased $70 worth of chicken burgers and rooster rolls from the South Morang store in Melbourne resulting to all my family getting food poisoning Throwing up vigorously and going to the toilet I'm absolutely disgusted and disappointed and would never return there ever again I expect a full refund and an apology for the stress it caused my family

Red Rooster Foods Unfavorable menu

Went for a meal @ Bundaberg Branch Of Red Rooster today 13th Jan 2021 and what a surprise! Gone were the roast chicken and vegetable meals and replaced with junk food similar to KFC. If I want to eat junk food I will go to some other outlet. Put vegetables on the menu I will go to Red Rooster again. Thought the food served up was junk. I think your marketing will drive away old customers as was the case today and I spoke with another who was as disappointed as I.

Red Rooster Foods poor service

Today being Friday 6th march 2020
I proceeded to go through drive where i told to hang on which took 6 minutes then ordered drove to where i i pick up the food where i waited 11 minutes which i believe is poor service and i look at my rear view mirror to which there was a few cars behind
me.
Disgusting service having to wait that long 3 minutes fair enough like McDonald's or Hungry jacks but 11 minutes disgusting..

Was made to wait at least 10 minutes just to receive cold and old chips which had no salt on them and the lettus was a browny colour that even smelt a bit off and to boot the lady who took my order was very rude and there was no apologies for the wait which you would think would be a high priority for staff All in all I was very disappointed as I couldn't eat the flavour and bearly ate the chips
