I cancelled a hotel booking in Singapore (Booking number: Rae574756) and was informed by rehlat that refund was already in process but it has been several weeks and the amount still not credited in my acount. I have sensing tehlat emails everyday and keep saying that refund is in process and will update me within 48hrs but nothing happened.

Unfortunately deeply regret to inform that I have never ever experience this much worst experience from any company in UAE.
Air ticket I have booked from REHLAT on 23 Jan 2020 has been cancelled due to COVID 19 issues. And the refund was cleared from INDIGO at very time.
But till 2 years this refund is pending from REHLAT , ie AED1629/-
And after several follow-ups on 8/7/2021, I received a mail that refund is initiated. But till now it is not credited to my bank account.

I had booked a flight for my husband and I for Eid via rehlat, booking IDS - 1884885 & 1884884. However, the airline cancelled both the inbound and outbound flights and booked us for their next available flights. Both the flights were inconvenient for us and was clashing with our travel plan so we spoke to the airline and they agreed to give a full refund for the inconvenience of cancelling the flights.
However, rehlat sent us an email stating that we will have to pay rehlat charges of AED 200 for each booking and will not get the full refund. I don't understand why I should pay rehlat for this decision because it was not from our end that we decided to cancel a flight but the airline themselves! Since my husband and I had booked the same outbound flight and different inbound flights due to our difference in leave plans. We now have to pay AED 200 each for the booking and that is AED 400 in total gone to waste, ALL FOR WHAT? Because the airline themselves cancelled the flights? This is absolute fraud! Never booking via rehlat again. Also, we have not received the refund yet for the both the booking. Appalling service. We have had much better service from other online airline booking websites and this is the first and last time we will consider rehlat, an ultimate disastrous brand!

Not refunding money
I had booked a ticket via Rehlat in November 2021. Later on due to change in plans, I had to cancel the ticket. Before cancellation Rehlat informed me that the refund will be paid to me in 60 days. Accordingly I asked them to proceed with the cancellation. Now it is March 2022 - more than 100 days have passed but still Rehlat is not paying the refund. I sent them innumerous emails, which almost went unanswered. When I call them they say that they will look into it and reply within 24 hours. Obviously there is again no response. I am really fed up now.

I booked a flight for May 2020 but was unfortunately canceled due to COVID and I have requested a refund. They confirmed by email on 30 April 2021 that a refund of 3284.19 AED will be refunded to me within 60 working days (note they deducted admin fee and convenience fee from the total amount). I have been chasing them but the customer service keeps saying I will get an update on the refund by email within 24-48hours but they never do. It's almost a year now after receiving that they will refund my money and almost 2 yrs that the flight was canceled but they still have not paid me back!
I submitted the refund form more than 2 weeks now but I still did not receive my refund and have not received any update. Have called and emailed but no reply. Can you please expedite the request?

Booking number 3283283 was cancelled not by client interest but the travel agency or airline. As per them, refund will be processed with the deduction of 350sar for admin fee and the balance will be credited to customer account within 60days however it's been five months or more than, the refund still not received and no feedback received from the company nor answering calls.

Processing of refund amount
Last week of November 2021, I tried to book the ticket from DOHA to Mumabai & return, but due to some technical error it was not able to book the ticket from Rehlat Platform but the money (QAR 1938.00) was deducted from my account. Rehlat customer support asked me if I want to continue booking. then I have to pay more 150 Dhirams more. I asked them to cancel the ticket and refund to my account. Refund for this booking will be processed within 15-20 days was the promise made by Rehlat team.
But till today I have not got my refund amount back which is (QAR 1938 + QAR 688.80 =2626.8). It is almost 120 days now.
I have called Rehlat customer support almost 15-20 times & also 12 follow up mail to the support team of Rehlat with respect to my refund amount still no response. I have spent again 100 dhirams only to follow up my refund amount where the trip was cancelled becoz of Rehlat technical problems.
As a customer why my money is blocked in their platform for 3 months. Its really ridiculous. I am literally suffering due to the unprofessional behavior of Rehlat in this pandemic situation where the travel in first place is painfull.

I paid for ticket on 11 January 2022, booking ID#1877908, but I didn't receive any ticket. Later I have submitted request for refund money on the same day, ticket#952673. Customer service representative informed me that on or before 15 February money will be credit back to my bank. Even after repeated follow-up, till now money not refunded. Kindly do needful ASAP to refund.

Rehlat Refund not received

I tried booking a ticket from IXM to DXB on 16th January 2022. The payment went through however, the ticket was not issued, I did not receive any email regarding the ticket confirmation.
I co-ordinated with your customer service who confirmed that no ticket was issued even though the payment was received.
On 18th January, I received a call from your customer service agent, Mr. Nasser (+[protected]) who confirmed that the amount has been refunded & will reflect in my account soon. I received an email from him confirming the same. However, till date I have not received the amount, neither any update on this matter. Kindly request you to intervene & solve the issue ASAP.

I paid for a ticket on November 26th, 2021. My flight was never confirmed so I had to buy a different ticket at Amman Airport. Your office said I would receive a refund in a few days but it's been two months and I have yet to receive a refund. I saw hundreds of negative reviews for your office online. This is very unprofessional and the first time I've heard of a company taking more than a few days to issue a refund.
Rehlat claimed to have refunded the money in their first response to this review but it has been over a week. I contacted my bank and they said there is nothing from Rehlat. This company is a scam! I will be spreading the word on other review sites and contacting chamber of commerce in every country Rehlat operates. I found the email of Rehlat's CTO, Tariq Riza, and contacted him but still no response. Rehlat has offices in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, UAE, and Bahrain. You can find the chamber of commerce emails online for those countries to report them like I have.

I have a complain with Rehlat I have booked a business class from dubai to Alexandria egypt, then my family looking to modify the ticket unfortunately I deal with Rehlat not direct with air line however as its business class no fees required for change as well the new date is the same price and i got confirmation from airline
I asked Rehlat to change the ticket for me they come back to me with change fees 950 aed per ticket however I asked them this amount is too much compared with what I found from airline , then they decrease it to 800 and then 700 however I asked them a break down of the price I found out th date difference is 100 aed and the admin fees is 600 aed which is 6 times the fare difference however air line confirm there are no fees , i request them to waive it and they didn’t go down and I spend all the night waiting the email and always have called them with no solution
