unnecessary balance cutting
I was a regular customer of Reliance GSM service. For Last 3 Years i have been using Reliance GSM Number. But last few months they are cutting unnecessary amount from my account. First they activate a service without any information, then suddenly they cut the amount from your account. Reliance company is a big cheater. They always cheat their customer. Never use any reliance service. I am also using another Airtel number but still i have no complaint against Airtel. Airtel is the best company in telecommunication field. The worst company is Reliance. Never trust on Reliance...

wrong deduction of mobile a/c balance

I MUKESH PANDEY, Ghaziabad have a reliance gsm connection mobile no. [protected], from last six months.Last time before three months reliance company wrongly deducted the amount three times from my a/c.Therefore i had activated DND on my this number.But this bad incident occured again today dated 01 june, 2011 and my balance of Rs. 30 have been deducted from my mobile a/c.I called the customer care and they told me their old concept of "system is not updated".They told me that they are not able to noted my complaint.
Please solve my problem of wrong deduction of balance as soon as possible.

Before from 6 to 8 months, when I have recharged my mobile with 100/- after I have only call 10 to 15 minutes and It shows balance 0/-. I have complained so much time to customer care but no body take any action and the problem continue occurs. After all I have decided to chance this service to another service provider but service cannot give port number. When I call to customer care for this happening, he/she told different word like when you change it, then your number will be changed. Once time I got Port number but the port number was invalid. poor network issue

I am staying in Baner, Pune and facing poor network issue from last 4-5 months in the locality, specially inside the home. I have registered the complaint number of times but it has not made any difference. Some times the help desk say that the technical team is looking out for the issue and the problem will be sorted out soon. But I never get the powerful signal after-words.

The network of this service is so poor, specially in madhyamgram (Near station). I can not enjoy the internet speed of 3g. In here network is unavailable. Please do something.

sim card registration failed
For the past one week my Reliance GSM is not getting registered in my phone . its showing the 44" ME ERROR (sim card registration failed)..i went to the reliance web world in koramangala for three times. and they cudn't do anything abt it . they show some stupid attitude to the customers and are sooo arrogant. I have no idea why such kinda people are in customer care service.
when i call customer care they ask me to go to customer care, wen i go to customer care they ask me to call customer care n register the complaint . i'm fed up with this stupid service reliance is providing.
Reliance as an organisation is totally dystunctional.
It took 2 months from the time of my application till the service got installed.
Things keep getting stalled and I had to keep chasing and calling.
Next, WIMAX as a service is totally unreliable. After 3 days, the connection was down for more than a month! Since then it has come on and off. I have not experienced a single day of smooth uninterrupted connection. Sometimes signal is so unreliable I can hardly refresh a webpage before it goes off again.
Customer care service is horrendous. The 'helpdesk' is totally hopeless. I have made countless calls, practically everyday. I get put on hold and sometimes cut off and have to call back again and again.
Each time I speak to a different officer , and have to repeat my problem again. And all this is at the expense of my STD bills.
No matter what my complaint, each time I speak to different officer who gives the same standard response. They apologise, promise to forward the message and promise that my problem will be solved and DEFINITELY someone will attend to my problem and call me back. This has only happened once!
Reliance 'protocol' will not allow them to put me in touch with previous staff whom I had spoken to. Promises can be easily made but there is not way to hold anyone accountable in this faceless system.
If this is the only customer face of Reliance, I sought to get the contact of a higher authority to speak to regarding the ineffectiveness of the Helpdesk itself. Needless to say there is no standard programmed response to that and so they refuse to direct me to any other authority who can address this issue.
The personnel I had contacted for the installation had promised a waiver given the non-provision of service. Even that message could not be properly communicated to the billing department, who have been calling me.
I have been writing to the Customer complaint email provided, 'BROADBAND@RELIANCEADA.COM' and even that comes with a standard computerized acknowledgement, promise that they would respond very soon. Eventually when I do get a response its yet another standard promise that my problem would be resolved with no definite timeline from the general email address.
Another issue of complaint - This week, a servicemen had contacted me saying they had been sent by Reliance to ‘check my connection’ and 4 men arrived at my apartment, and after some probing I realized they were not from Reliance but were from Telsima, the providers of the antennae equipment. According to them, Mr Suresh M from Reliance had given them my address for testing of their equipment. They had used my computer and done some testing, and in the process claimed they realigned roof antennae which was improperly installed. They claim this to be the reason for my reception problems. Network was restored for a few hours after they came but was down again after.
I was never informed by Reliance and had not authorised any such testing. They did not have any namecards or any proof of authorization from Reliance. The only information I could get is from an identity pass and a part note from Reliance (see attached photos). After speaking with the personnel from installation Ms Geetha, she acknowledged such a situation should not have happened and was supposed revert with an explanation from the Mr Suresh who had given out my address. It has been a week, I have not heard from her and my calls have not been answered.
I am in a totally helpless situation and at the mercy of this service provider. There is no forum to lodge any complaint that will be addressed. What does it take to get basic internet connection here?

I am Not all happy with service provided by you people, nor i am happy with the feedback i got from your customer care executives, If you want your company to run better first appoint some good executives who can talk in good manner with the customers, who will understand needs, and take action on that.I even tried to talk with the higher authority but my call was never transferred.

My reliance data card number is [protected] for this data card number i called customer care on [protected] from my number [protected] in the morning today on 28 / 03 / 2011 when i called and told him my problem of speed he transfered my call to the seniors and the seniors kept my call on hold for more then half an hour this has not happened once but many times the same thing was done.
When i asked one of the senior executive named daljit to transfer my call to the manager so that i can tell all my problems to the manger he told me that manager is not available and also he kept the call on hold.
When i called nodal officer madam mayuri of up west she told me to contact customer care and disconnected my call and if i am calling again and again she is receiving my call and disconnecting the call my balance is becoming lesser and lesser calling the nodal desk
When i called appelaite authority of up west there madam mansi picked up the phone when i told her my problem that my call is being disconnected by nodal officer she told i cant do any thing. I asked her to write complain against nodal desk she told i will not write any complain. When i told miss mansi that i am going to complain in consumer forum she said go and do anything you can, she also told i will see what u can do, she told u can write complain in consumer forum.
According to me they do not knows the power of consumer and i want to show what are he powers of consumer.
Here are my issues with Reliance:
1. They sold me a 5GB, 3.1mbps plan 2 months ago. But the speed is not more than 26kbps. This is cheating.
2. I have been calling hundred times to them, but no sufficient help or actually no help to solve the problem. This is really bad customer service.
3. They called me and changed my plan to 10 GB. But they have no records of this now. What should I call this?
4. When I called again they tell me there are speed issues in my area and wont get fixed until 31 Aug. If they were aware of this, why did they sell the datacard in my area? This is purely cheating
5. Now I am requesting them to cancel my account with Reliance and they are telling me that my data card is not refundable. This is cheating to the limit. Their thing is sold which doesnt work and I am made to pay monthly bills for the services I am unable to use and now I am not getting refund.

I want to complaint against Reliance GSM provider. I have GSM mobile no. from last 6months, on which i got activated the SMS pack in 39rs. in which daily 500 smses are free nationally. On 11 feb suddenly my SMS pack blocked.At that time i checked my balance it was in minus. I got it recharged on 11th with 39 SMS pack again.After that my SMS were not going. Even customer care no. was not connected due to minus balance.On 12th I got it recharged with calling value and then called customer care they asked me to call at 198, I asked them about the roaming tariffs they said it is 1p/s for incoming, outgoing and sms. I said sms are free they said it has changed now, I also complaint about the deducted balance from my account they said it can not be returned now because after 48hrs they don't consider. THEY CHANGED THE 39rs SMS PACK WITHOUT INTIMATING CUSTOMER. I called two times at 198 both times the statement was different by their customer care persons.On 13th i move to haryana in roaming i did a msg which cost me 50p. At that time I was totally confused because one day before i called and asked about roaming tariffs two times. I again called at 198 this time the guy attended my call told me it is 1rs for incoming ang 1.50p for STD. And also 1rs for local sms & 1.50p for STD msg.I again filed a complaint against the deducted amount & misguiding for which the request no. is [protected]. On 24th feb again at around 10pm my sms were not going .I again checked my balance it was -6.91. Earlier i had 3.09p in my account. internet/landline not working since 2 weeks

I have been using Reliance broadband phone/internet services from Dec.
2009 till date. As of Feb. 11, 2011 the Reliance customer services
were excellent. They used to rectify a simple problem within hours.
But, I regret to inform that since Feb. 12, 2011 it is not the same, I
am facing tremendous difficulties in restoring my broadband
connection. While I am writing this mail from Bangalore, I am
connected with Airtel's Mobile internet to my PC.
Here below are the series of instances which have been recorded.
My internet connection completely broke-down on Feb. 12, 2011 at 9:50
PM. Landline and broadband were dead.
1. I called Reliance customer care [protected] on Feb. 12, 2011 at 9:55 PM,
Service request # [protected]
2. On Feb. 13, 2011 at 2:00 PM I made a follow up call with Reliance customer
care [protected], but I was surprised to hear that the Service request#
[protected] had been completed and closed. Whereas, no one called me or
visited my place to rectify the problem.
3. The customer care were good enough to initiate another Service request#
[protected] dated Feb. 13, 2011 and gave me a contact name & number
(Venkatesh [protected]) of the technician who closed the previous
complaint.
4. I called several times, but the technician never answered my calls.
5. On Feb. 14, 2011 at 10:10 AM Mr. Venkatesh [protected] called and
promised me that he will come to my place and rectify the problem.
6. I was waiting till 1:20 PM and called again Reliance customer care
[protected], but here again I was surprised to hear that even this
Service request # [protected] has been closed also about an hour ago.
7. On Feb. 14, 2011 at 1:25 PM. another service request # [protected] was initiated and reported this matter to [protected]@relianceada.com
8. I received mails and calls stating that Reliance will take action against the technician and resolve my internet problem till Feb. 17, 2011.
9. On. Feb. 17, 2001 around 10:00 AM I received two calls from Bangalore Reliance team and confirmed that there is some cable problem.
10. Just wanted to make sure about the service request was active or not, I called up Reliance customer care [protected] around 3:00 PM, but here again I was surprised to hear that even this Service request # [protected] has been closed also about an hour ago.
11. From all the above instances, I want to make one thing clear that
during the blackout period I just received one call from Venkatesh on
Feb. 14, 2011 at 10:10 AM saying that he will visit my place.
12. It is really, ridiculous that a technician calls only once and
closes two complaints without confirming me and never visited my place
even once.
For your info. I am a freelancer doing multiple online tasks for my
various clients across US, UK and NZ. As of now, I am totally
disconnected with my clients and cannot imagine the loss which I am
incurring right now.
Since Feb. 14, 2011 service request # [protected] is active. I am calling frequently, but no specific timeline given. Simply the customer care say, cable from server is replaced.

Dear friends your complaints against Reliance GSM Services, Reliance Prepaid Services are correct. I was also persecuted by Reliance Telecommunication Company India. They had deducted my balance many times without any reasons and without any information. First they activate a unnecessary service on your mobile then suddenly they deduct your balance like 30 or 50 rs. This is only the way of cheating people, and the Reliance is doing so.

Yes you are right, i was also cheated by Reliance India Mobiles Services. I was using Reliance GSM Mobile for last 4 years but suddenly they start cutting balance from my account. I was surprised by getting the message like "Your prepaid account has been debited by Rs. 30. Your Daily News service has been activated successfully."
I never want these type of services on my mobiles still they activated these type of services with out any information.
Finally the Reliance Company is a big fraud. They are just making the people fools only. Never trust on any product of Reliance.
