Hi, My name is Anoop Shet and I enrolled for the membership with Reliance Hub Services on May 25th 2018. We haven't used any services and I had also requested for the refund since a month but no one is responding.
During the time of enrollment in to this package the staff accepted that they would cancel the membership if in case of any issue occurs. But since then no proper response from the team. Looking for a positive response on the same .
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

I invited by them to collect the gift voucher and coin and while attending the presentation I got I guess hapnatise because in normal senses I can’t take such a silly dicision. I paid amount AED 13000/- next day when I received the email the days they offer is difference of 1 week. Sunday I paid and Thursday I cancel through email. I email them in a professional way that I don’t want to continuoue with them the service they want to provide me. I never used a single service of them. This sort of practice has been adopted in different areas and they are calling even all people who has fill the copon. Their aim to hapnatise the people and swaps their cards just to speak with the and showing them a dreams of journey. They are collecting money and saying that you can avail the service any time in your life but the email they sent the validity is for 5 year and their membership is for 2 years. All people who have if cheated by them should have to get together for open case. If this is scam so we have to do something. If they are genion so will have no problem to pay back to the people if clients don’t want their service. My membership Detail is as follow.

Hi Jawad, you are right. Now we too realized that same think they did with us, we paid 4000 dhs without reviewing company profile. After paid membership fee 4000 we went their office very next day to cancel the membership that is due to our financial issue (due to my father's health issue). They dragged a lot n finally we agreed with to deduct 5% from paid amount just bz of we are in hurry & we baldly required our money back. Now thy are keep dragging so far not received any confirmation when we will get our money back. We are thinking we should file the case against this company. If they are genuine thy will not drag us this much.
