I would like to inform all everyone to be very careful not to fall victim of this Fraud reliance hub services. 1st they will call u that you won a gift free gold coin & free travel package to 5 different countries. When u reach there will receive you with polite manner and then tell you that we have a vey special promotion going on for a limited time. They will push u to their level best to make u Sign their membership & will tell u that u can enjoy the benefits for life time which is total LIES ! They will do their best to convince you to buy that package and will tell you that you can cancel your membership anytime and we will refund you bk ur money which is also a big LIE ! They are cheating people in a very tricky way, they will make you so greedy that you will end up paying atleast something. They will start their prices from 35k then giving u discounts and at the end will take as much money as they can from you.. Once you sign then u are gone.. They will never provide you the services as what all was promised, they will start giving you reasons and will ignore you till not answering your calls anymore. please be advised that do check their reviews online before signing or else you will end up regretting big time. My complaint is similar to all others who have been duped of money with their fake offers
The persons from the company who duped me are Mr.Sohail Ahmed.Mr.Sajeer and Mr.Pradeep.
The mistake I made is I kept trusting them to return the money till august 15th.
I checked their site online only last month and realised what a sham it was.
Their modus operaandi
First they promise a free holiday and maybe a fake gold coin
Then they ask you to go to a place to collect it
Then they convince you to take their holiday offers and take first installment of money
After that they just dont pick up your calls or do delaying tactics.If you call 20 times once they might pick up
Frankly one of the reasons they succeeded in duping me was I never thought they could get away doing such things here.
I had paid money in December and started asking for refund from February or somehow book a holiday for the amount given.
They promised to book but had not booked till previous day of check in.
This I knew when I called the resort on previous day .Finally had to book with my own money

I opted for 3 days hotel stay in Dubai from august 9th to 12th. i mailed then 1 month before for the booking. they have taken the booking and told to wait for confirmation. they did not send any confirmation till 8th of august after a long chase of mails they attended my call and said that the confirmation is pending from Hotel. there is no sense for this explanation and Mr. Pradeep called me and said that 2 days of your holiday is confirmed that is 9-11th august but did not send any confirmation voucher. and on 9th i called as usual there is no response from this people. Even though i went to Singapore trip with reliance hub I am not satisfied with the service. Beware of this Fraud company just trapping people for the sake of money and not providing any service. By seeing my Profile in reliance hub FB page so many people msgd me for the review i have gave all positive reviews but from now i m not going to give any positive review... All the people are searching google after paying the money and after seeing the negative reviews they are trying get the amount back. Dont fall in trap with them.. try to gather some people who got cheated and file a complaint in police station.

During membership, Mr.Zubair employee of reliance hub services told that they will provide Car with petrol and driver for 2 days and car with customer's petrol expenses for 5 days during Switzerland trip. And also they told that they will book the flight whichever we want.
Even they told that except 15, 000AED which is payed to Reliance hub services only 300AED expenses will be coming for petrol charge which needs to be taken care by customer. Even they told that they will pay VISA charges except government fees which costs 90AED per person. They told us that there will be no other expenses for us during the trip.
When we planned for the trip we informed them 1month before as agreed about our Switzerland trip. As they suggested we applied for the Swiss VISA. We informed to book the flights, accommodation once VISA came. Even after multiple phone calls, they not booked anything until the night we have to fly to Switzerland. I went to their office, sat for 6 hours then they booked cheapest flight and accommodation for first 4 days of our trip. Nothing else they did apart from booking cheap flights and accommodation.
We spent for Swiss travel pass which cost 2, 000AED for 2 persons and train cost from Paris to interlaken which costs 1, 500AED for 2 persons along with 800AED VISA charges and 160AED for travel insurance. And we payed tax charges for the accommodation they booked.
Along with that we payed around 56Euros as city tax for hotel accommodations.
Our dream trip became worst trip because of the reliance hub services worst service.
Do not plan for any trip through reliance hub services.
Got a call to resolve the issue. as of now i am marking this complaint is on-hold.

Reliance Hub Services they are very good in lying and cheating people, they offered me so much like they are going to take the visa expenses to where ever I want to go and 30 to 50% of flight fare they will pay etc. later I have received a welcoming e-mail which is mentioned that I am the one who should take care of visa charges and flight fare they will help to purchase the visa and flight tickets. they had promised that they will approach my bank to make EMI of amount which I paid and they will pay any extra charges from the bank, but they have proven that they were lying. now they are not attending my call, and when I went to their office one of their representative said I cannot cancel the member ship. I received an call to attend the promotional offer at hotel AVANI in deira by RELIANCE HUB SERVICE stating that you have been shortlisted for travel voucher . I have made the payment for the following service committed by the sales team ( Mr. Syed Zubair Mr. Hameed )
1. Summer camp for children - 2 months per year ( no validity ), any camp as per customer selection near to residence .
2. Family club membership - 1 Year, any fitness club as per customer choice near to the residence location after 1 year AED 100.00 per month for family membership.
3. Reliance membership login portal - for any number of ticket booking ( confirmed discount min. 10 % to maximum 30 % compare to any other service provider ).
4. Upon credit card payment Reliance will convert full payment with 0 % interest charge 0% processing fees by Mashreq Bank .( Approx monthly repayment (EMI) AED 250.0 only )
5. One point of contact for issues handing and booking - Mr. Sayed Zubair .
6. Two weeks holiday package ( international and domestic ) - No validity
7. If any of the above services not fulfilled or not satisfied - customer can cancel the membership any time with 100 % full refund ( less the amount if any of the service availed ).
After 1 weeks of constant visit to the Reliance office in deira, i get an email ( welcome letter) with non of the above committed service. I have asked for immediate cancellation and refund, 2 weeks after constant follow up I get another email reply as quoted below :
Quote : This is to inform you that, we regret to inform you cancellation is not possible, as per the management. hence we are requesting you to please avail the service.
I would like create an awareness, please don't fall in to the trap of RELIANCE HUB SERVICE, It is only trap to acquire the money and the team is unprofessional to handle any service or complaint.

I totally agree "they are very unprofessional". Was also recently victimized by the false/fake offer of Reliance Hub Services in Abu Dhabi. When i try to contact them to book for my free dinner as a starter (nobody is available to attend to my query). Then i started to feel suspicious... Been trying to reach their office for some time now, and their various agents to no avail. I regretted how i was lured to believe their flowery promises! My hard-earned money is nearly gone to waste :( I am still trying to find a way to refund my money... Let's spread awareness so they can't harm others!

This company has very nice tricks to attract customers in the name of free tour packages and call families to visit their offices to collect it, but in actual that purpose is to tempt a person to buy a package from them.
Baseline and front end have very good attitude to cheat customers.
They will call that you won the gift, but actually they aren't going to give you a single drop of water.
Hunting money in the market instead of business.
Fake company with fake attention so my suggestion is to inform you that not to believe any of them to be an aim.
balance refund
Though I have paid 40K Dhs in Nov 2017 with out knowing about the company based on their false/fake promises while working in Dubai, they made partial refund after many follow ups. With my bad luck got retirement in Oct 2018 and so asked Akther to refund balance amount before we left UAE.He confirmed thru emails on 31st Dec '18/1st Jan '19 that mgmt accepted to pay balance in 45 days. Still now no such refund and now refusing to pay and forcing us to utilize their services though we are suffering from old age health issues.They seem to be unprofessional and hurting me (senior citizen)very much.pl take necessary action on them to get our money as we badly need it

I'm complaining about the reliance hub services in abu dhabi. I avail their product on may 2 and due to my financial status i need to refund my holiday package which they told in the meeting that i'm allowed to do it within 1 week with 5% deduction. I did request a refund after 2days then the guys are saying 4-5days approval and 30-45days for the cheque release but it doesn't happen even approval letter i didn't receive i got back to their office and ask the status that time they said 25% deduction of paid fee. They're inconsistent. Then they offer me to convert to consumables with no deduction i booked a ticket for 4 manila to hongkong to manila. the next followed up they said thre is still 25% deduction. They said 4-5days they gonna send the flight details but i waited for 2weeks no messgage. I threatened them that next time i will pay a visit i will bring a police that time they send an email. If anyone would want to file a case to this company i have contacted a legal assistance already we need atleast 10 people so we can get 100% refund and also a damage fee for us. Guys Simple way to get this sorted is to complain to DED consumer rights, tell them that this a discount providing company so they have to protect the consumer against any frauds. I have logged a complain against them.

From the time we met them I knew that this is something amiss from the way they way interaction, projection, and with the consistency in the offer. They were compelling to take the offer which was initially quoted for 24000 AED to 3000 AED finally.
I was not even ready to pay a penny to these fraudsters..., they dramatise the hall by celebrating that adjacent table family has signed the package by hailing and clapping which looks ridiculous to me.
My wife and son were having whole fun during the interaction with these bunch of jokers.
Finally we came out with the gift voucher and (G) old coin.
I am complaining about the holiday packages they forced me to buy in giving many information and promises

My family and myself was happy to be a part of Reliance hub. We paid around 27000 dh and took a package from them. As agreed and mentioned in contract we applied for European visa in Apr 2019 and immediately intimated them that we need to use the said package on July first week 2019 as my kids have vacation in July. Today we are on Jun 17th, till now we have not received any clear reply with full proof plan from them. Initially Mr Pradeep kumar (Customer service manager) - Ph # [protected] and Akther Khan (Sales manager) - Ph # [protected] used to pick and reply our calls and reply our emails initially but nw towards the due date which is July first week... they started keeping us in dark without replying to our repeated mails and repeated phone calls.
Mr Pradeep always keeping his above mentioned phone no in automatic message even if he has mentioned his office timings as 12 noon to 9 pm. We feel as if we are being cheated and trapped. My kids are very sad becoz their vacation plans are in uncertain.
Hope my solution gets resolved immediately or else please have the coutesy to refund our money if Reliance cant fulfill their customer's dream. We are shattered with such a bad and unexpected experience.

I am Bhavika vadera and had taken Reliance hub membership of silver package 18, 000 DHS through credit card on 30th November 2018 and then immediately ( 15 minutes) requested for cancellation to which the sales officials said the machine is not working and we will reverse the transaction next day.
But after numerous follow ups to their office and on emails they eventually confirmed cancellation but with 5% charges as deduction.
Having said that, they keep on giving false promises of different dates and till date I have not received the refund which is almost 7 months now.
Request the potential customers to do a thorough check before making a decision and also the company officials to live up to the credentials they boast to potential customers..

Dear all readers kindly do not believe in this company for any small deal. these people keep stalls in malls and public places and make customers to fill a form for it to give discounted offers on tour packages. then they call for sailing the travel plan.
I was customer of gulf royal travel and tourism, and I had a package of 30000 aed with gulf royal. after just for a trial I purchased a small plan from relaince hub services as well on 03 june 2019. I received confirmation of membership as well on 5th june 2019 (refer image -1). as per policy and commitment made by sales advisor mr. akabar ali khan, [protected] (now mobile number is out of coverage area) that they will reimburse the interest amount for installment plan taken in paid amount. he promised to reimburse the amount immediately at one time payment.
Herewith, I have taken lowest interest rate plan of 0.70% per month with adcb credit card and requested to reliance hub services to reimburse the calculated amount of only 504 aed on 29th august 2019 sending an attachment of credit card statement. (refer image -2)
And baddddd newssss to everybody here their original form here the company policies started to unmasked their real face. may be they had jealous with the gulf royal services a competitor company for them and they have seen the payment plan of that in my credit card statement.
They started keep delaying every time, can refer image 3 to image 10. until today no any positive response to disburse the interest amount. on mail they just type “they will coordinate with the accounts. they will do the needful at earliest.” however, account email id (ccdauh1@reliancehubservices.com) also was same when they confirmed about amount 504 aed and will release in 30 -45 days on dated 30th august 2019.
But just for delaying more they will say that they will coordinate with the accounts however I was sending the mail to account also. and they sits all in a small office in electra street, abu dhbai, so it can not take longer time if they really want to look after customers.
I strictly to say to all readers not to go ahead with thi time of gang of people who are cheating the hardorking money of innocent people.
Kindly note they have the gang of people and after making some of the deal, sales advisor will leave the job, however internally they are attached with the company, but for making fake coomitment to attract customers to buy the package they keep changing employees. please stay away this gang of cheater name reliance hub services.

We purchased the Reliance Hub Services Membership in Oct 2018 and when approached them to avail services in Dec 2018 we were refused on the basis of non-availability of flights and hotels due to high season. Later whenever we would call them it will be 'no-reply' and when I started searching their reviews online I found multiple complaints and realized that it's not a genuine company and now I'm interested in getting our money back as we have not availed any services so far. It seems a good idea to collectively file a complaint against the organization. I would like to know if any such group has been formed so far by other members who are interested in fighting for our rights. any response would be appreciated.

We purchased the membership from them in Oct 2019 but when we called to in Dec 2018 to avail the services they refused by saying due to high season the hotel/flight bookings are not available. tricky trapping and poor service
I was enrolled with the services 27 December 2018.i was told Reliancehub will do every thing behalf of you.Now I was trying to redeemed my voucher for EID holidays but after many mails and messages no positive reply.

I went to their office and they told me that after 4-5days i will receive the approval letter then they will issue a checque 30-45days. My wife filled the coupon outside madinat zayed lulu hypermarket and next day they started calling for gold coin and coupon. I invited by them to collect the gift voucher and coin and while attending the presentation I got I guess hapnatise because in normal senses I can't take such a silly decision. I paid amount AED 11000/- next day I received an email with username and password only. One of my family member having serious medical problem and needs financial support and i had to support them (i replied with a mail third day of receiving mail from them), also i have infant so i can't travel in coming 2 years, also i sent 2 mails with third reminder but getting no reply from them. i want my money back immediately, otherwise i am going to complaint at high level with my house owner's support who belongs to royal family of UAE.
