I went there as per given address one lady staff greeted well and given seat and she explained about some tours and travels and I m appreciate for her service it's fantastic but I m very disappointed with one of manger his name is vipin he came to us and ask me are you interested or not with our package without explain and very rude I reply him that I m not interested Bcz he is not respect and he said to me if u not interested go outside from room wait it's like I m a servant he make me and my family very insult and harassment like trowing paper it's really shame full and against the law of uae insulting people I would like request you to take action against him and train him

the company's hotel package and flight tickets
The company or the mangers don't keep the work, they just take your money and when you ask them for the refund, which was an option given within a week, they say, they dont refund.. use our services.. they just take the money and will force you to use the servcies which we have to take.
They promose so many things in the begining and then they are very hard to reach.

Hi, My name is Obaid shareef and I enrolled for the membership with Reliance Hub Services on April 2019. We haven't used any services and I had also requested for the refund since a month first they said they will refund ones they talked to manager after no answer call no reply after I send an Email that I will go to UAE law they are telling it's cant cancel because it's nonrefundable packages etc..
But During the time of enrollment in Dubai for this package the staff accepted that they would cancel the membership and refund the money. But since then no proper response from the team, all of them said I will talk to my manager he's name Pradeep, I ask number he give and he said he will talk to he's manager name mahmood and he said he will talk to he's manager, all of them makes round and round and the final they will tell u that ur package is nonrefundable...
I'm going to complain in UAE law and consumer DED of UAE...

Hi I am sunny Breja, I took this membership last month or can say fake membership because this company is just taking money and not responding for any services. I have visited their office also and tell them I want to cancel and need refund of my amount I paid but Reema said I will arrange merging for you but I am trying from last 1 week but now they are not responding . From last one month they are just giving fake information and I have recording of our call and e mail as proof. For the people who check this review please take it seriously and I don't listen their buttery words . I am not working in any travel company and I am not their ex employee . They just lie that our ex employee and competitor re doing these post . Please help me and guide me what can I do to final this issue against this fake company. Why UAE govt do not take action against these fake company and giving licence . Now UAE is also not safe & full of fake company. Don't give money to anyone without service or if you give get ready to pay more than u spent.

My name is Manimaran, I have got call on 10.05.2019 saying that My coupon was selected for a gold coin and free holiday voucher and come and collect. Mr. Feroz explained about some packages and got signature in the application form saying that in case of job loss or in any situation I will be able to get back my money by cancellation of reliance services. I visited them on Friday, but came to know on the next working day that my company planning for staff reduction. I paid cash AED-1000 as advance already and got receipt also. Due to job uncertainty, I don't want to proceed further, hence kindly do the needful to return my money and will handover the coin and holiday voucher which was given to me on Friday.

Hi this is naveed maheboob have took holiday package of dhs 6000 on dated 06/11/2018 (recipt no 0560), but unfortunately my visa has cancelled in february and I have submitted cancelation papers hard copy to mr pradeep and by e-mail to akhter and info@reliance on dated 18/02/2019, till today I haven't received any perfect information at your side, while I regularly asking by e-mail for confirmation, now I don't know to whom should I ask about this subject.
I request you to keep some professional people in your team.
reliance hub is not refunding my money from five months
On 30 nov 2018; we received a call from reliance people that my son has won coupons and gold coin by the voucher we filled in al wanda mall abu dhabi. They invited my family in one hotel. 45 to 50 mins (mr sohail and mir akbar - representative of reliance) kept explaining on the product. Then I told them I cannot pay so big amount of 25000 dhiram and told no. They kept insisting and forcing in one way or other by giving offers. Then finally told offer is valid only for today and asked to make 12000 aed payment today and avail services. Later if you like continue or withdraw. I have few signed papers which are with me. I made the payment unfortunately by credit card, (receipt of that is also with me). Just half n hour later, I immediately went back and asked them that I don't want to proceed. Please refund my payment back. Then we talked many time with ms deepethi which latter left company. Then mr pardeep took over our case and told us in 1st week of jan 2019, that your amount after deducting 600 aed will be given to you in 45 days. And will be released in mid february 2019. Since then we are trying to call them every week and we talked to mr akhter as well but every day some new excuse especially from mr pardeep. Even in person, I went many times in their office in muhaire center abu dhabi but in vain. Now they are no more in muhaire centre... My request is from all of you to be away from them. They are cheaters. They trap people. See towards me. From nov 2018 and now we are in may 2019, I haven't received my amount.. I will request for help in refund of my money

travel voucher refund case no. rhs-dxb-100463
As per my initial visit at your location 04.01.2019, had opted for the
package and paid AED.20K but on rethinking had called Mr. Noushad to cancel
the package within 2hours time. As per conversation, he asked to come next
day to process the cancellation.
On 05.01.2019 had met Mr. Pradeep in his office and as per conversation he
had informed Mr. Noushad will initiate the cancellation process.
As per follow continuous follow up with Mr. Noushad, visited him on 16.01.2019 and received information that the refund will be done but with
25% deduction (AED.5000), which is very big amount. Mr. Noushadhas
informed this amount is for the cancellation charges.
Mr. Noushad and Mr. Pradeep has supported for the cancellation. But such
deducting this big amount is too much loss for us. Please request if you
can consider the deduction percentage.
After this mail also have been following up for long time till date but no exact reply. There is feeling of fake company as every time there is delay in answering calls and payment confirmation is changing every now and then. I have visited their office and following up with call also but no correct response.

I advise everyone to not deal with this company. They are unprofessional, not willing to help the client and most they don't provide a good service what you expect for the money you pay. First, I got a call from them that I won a gold coin and room stay voucher. They are too good in giving you offers. It's too late for me too read all the complaints from this company. I took the package of 15, 000 AED and promise to have a 0% payment plan but my bank does not recognize their company of the offered plan. So they advise to get a 12 month payment with the promise to reimburse the bank charges and VAT but on my first request they told me it will take 45 days to process. It's almost two months now but I haven't received any from this company. I called the line manager Mr Enrico, Natassia (supposed to be my direct contact), Mr Reema (relation manager) but none of them would like to speak. I tried their office but never got a call back. I want to cancel the membership and get my money back but no one from Reliance Hub responding to my mails.
Reliance Team has reach out to me to resolve the issue and gave the promised reimbursement of the charges. The team also ensure to have better communication with their clients and thanks to Ms Natasha in assisting me on the matter and other concerns.

I paid 2000dhs as 1.12.2018 later i came to know, this people are fraud and i asked for refund within 3days of payment. I paid the amount to Nidin and Prasanth. i contacted both of them and they gave another person contact number (akather and pradeep) After few days he directed me to Sajive. Most of the time they do not attend the calls. At last i conducted Reema. Still no money yet. i have all the documents with me. i am planning to take legal action against them.

I took membership in March 2019 from that date I didn't receive any single service from your side. I'm following up for credit card interest amt there also no reply. When I ask for Air tickets and hotel booking no response, when I ask amusing park tickets no response, no single events arranged by Reliance.
You took 7k money in advance we are paying paying EMI with interest from April.
Totally waste of time and energy, please arrange to transfer 7k + interest amount within 1 week before to take legal action against Reliance.

I purchase bronze membership in january2019, very next day I saw negative comment after searching complaints about relaince hub company, then I decided to cancel the membership, during my meeting with them, they told me that I can cancel it within 7 days from purchase then it will be swift refund to me. Still I am requesting, but now they stopped replying to my mail and call. Its total fraud company.

They will take your money after that their office number and agent who sale u the membership they will also not pick call. Like others I receive a call for lucky winner and all drama visit crystal hotel Abu Dhabi and collect your gift when I visited they just wasted my time and behave like baggers like they are so poor and not having food even and do emotional blackmail in their ways and collected 1000 aed and said that u will get the e mail which I never received . And now after 6 days I am contacting on all contact number . 0567776004 Akbar and their office number for Abu Dhabi and dubai which are 042959755 /026662885 so no one is responding . I am going to file complain in consumer court.

I was coaxed to take membership last August which indeed was a big mistake since I didn't do my groundwork on this fake& unprofessional company .They promised to refund the amount of 43, 000 aed by 45 days. After continuous follow- ups with Akhther & Pradeep received part of amount .
These guys provide tall claims of service & commitment but are cheaters who are masters in deception.
These guys have to brought to attention of concerned authorities to take strict action for cheating people. Please do die diligence before taking any services from them

gift voucher and gold coin
I got a call from reliance saying that I have won a gold coin through lucky draw and said me to reach the Chorniche Hotel in Abu Dhabi.Once I went there they said that we have to attend 1 hr session of talk and only then they will give the coin, the talk lasted for more than one and a half hour and in that they presented in front of us their packages and all.
We refused that and returned with a gold coin which they offered and and a gift voucher.
we went to the same jeweler from which they bought the gold and they said it's 18 carat cost only 40 dhs.
cancellation of membership refund
As Reliance Hub convey the confirmation mail that I am eligible to get refund for cancellation of membership amount as 6175 AED cheque in 45 days (Since Jan 4th 2019). They send the confirmation mail for the same. Now almost more than 2 month, They just keep on saying that they did not receive the cheque to pay me. I have already spoken so many times with Mr.Akther and Mr.Pradeep but still they are asking give some more time which not acceptable.
They are just playing with me.
I will report to police with proofs now.

fake travel packages
We had take the package in the month of Jan 2019 and immediatly we found that their services are not upto to mark and that their is something wrong.
We had contacted the following persons to get our account cancelled and refund our money which they had taken. These are the following persons involved
1. Mr Akbar - Sales Executive who explained all the details
2. Mr Sohail - Head of the sales team who with hia very persuasive nature plotted the whole thing
3. Mr Ayyeya - Who has now left the job but had earlier assured us that the funds will be released in 4-5 days
4. Mr Akbar - Manager in Dubai office who is always busy and never reverts with a proper answer.
I have been sending reminder mails to everyone including the comoany email id info@reliancehubservices.com but still no reply.
Everyone is trying to play safe and not coming forqard to resolve the matter. Even after a promise that the funds will be reverted in 4-5 days its almost more than 1 month the same is still pending.
RELIANCE HIB SERVICES is a big CHEAT FIRM.
Please dont get involved with these people with any kind of services.

After they offer us a free hotel anywhere from Asia, which we won a raffle voucher at kalidiya mall contains free 4 days hotel at Singapore, after I booked my flight to Singapore and send to them my travel ticket and voucher they told me that they don't have free hotel in Singapore which really cleared during our seminar at corniche hotel Abu Dhabi, they waste our 1 hr discussing nonsense. I send several emails to concern department but it seems they are expert on not resolving issue and reply easily (sorry we don't have that offer) it's really faked and wasting time sending back and fort emails

I got a gift voucher to travel anywhere in world. But now i call them for claim the offer but no reply from you. I send mail also but no response from your side. I got a call saying I have won the 1 gram 22 carrot gold as a gift, but they gave me a 18 carrot gold weighing 0.36 grams only,
When I tried reaching they are customer care they said it is an system generated msg and they can do anything, and they are not bothered even if we complaint to consumer affairs (customer care persons priyanka & arief)

Hello reliance hub service please refund our money as we haven't used any single service, they made so many promises during contract but when they sent us welcome mail so many things were not mentioned and they are now denying, as we have seen so many negative reviews so we went their office twice for refund b/c during contract they said you can refund anytime if we are not providing the services as per discussion but now they are refusing for refund, now they are Not even replying or responding so we have decided to go consumer court, please join us if anyone has same issue so we can follow together.
