I have done 4 different surveys and have not recieved anything. I have chosen their offers, abc mouse, credit scores, disney books and still have not got the gift cards. I did these surveys so I would be able to get groceries and house hold goods, clothes and medicine. I am unable to work because of so many health issues. My son and daughter has disabilites as well
I am sick and tired of being scammed. I did what was required for me to and still didn't recieve my gift cards, not once but four times. I need those gift cards to get groceries, medicine and clothes. I am disabled and my kids have health issues too. So could you please help me get the gift cards. It would greatly be appreciated. I don't understand why I have to look at offers and get one before they say I have met their requirements and even when I did, still didn't get them. I thought maybe something had gotten mixed up when I did it the first time, so I tried again. We must have a bulls eye on our forehead that says scam me. It is really sad when people takes advantage of ones who are in need. I even had people on go fund me that said they was going to help and it was a scam. Same thing on totally desperate. If I wasn't in need I wouldn't be on those web sites. No one would want my identity, I am broke and my credit is awful. They probably have a better identity than me. I try my best to have faith in people, but it's getting harder and harder. The offers that they have still charges even after you cancel. I want these companies to stop treating people this way. Please help

receiving my $100 mcdonald's card after completing the requirements
On 8/5/2018, I signed on to RewardZone and selected the McDonald's $100 card. I completed the survey and was told to get the card, I had to accept 2 offers. The one on the first page that I accepted and completed was for Gillette razors. When I finished, I received a notice saying I only had to accept one more offer on the next page. I completed and was notified btNPD Group, Inc. that I was accepted, qualifying for them There were other questions to answer, which I did. After I completed a question at the end, it was indicated that I should go on. I did so and found myself on ablank Google page with no instructions or indication of what I was to do next. I waited for approximately 5 min for some information or directions. None were forthcoming. Thinking I had done something wrong or missed something, I re-did the NPD survey again, with the same results. I went back to the message that indicated where I was to go and by return, wrote about what had happened to me and requested my free $100 McDonald's card. I then found an address which RewardZone said to fill in the form, which I did. I forwarded my complaint to myself before I sent it to RewardZone and then submitted my complaint. When I checked the form I had sent to me before submitting it and o3nly the form came through. Then I searched for RewardZone's website where I found a phone #, a FAX number and this form for a Complaint, which I've filled out - again. Before sending it, I copied it to my clipboard to ensure that I'd have a copy in case it 'disappeared' again.

I am very upset, it has wasted a lot of my time with false information.i don't know what else I should be saying to make this text any longer but this website has scammed me too many times! But not all of the offers require purchases. Two were signing up to survery sites for free. 2 were completing games to a certian level. I did 3 2 showed up completed. 1was signing up for apple music which has 3 months of a trial and u can cancel within the time frame free of charge. Abc mouse was 1 dollar can cancel in the month just lose 1 dollar. And again with the movies once they come you can send them back for a full refund including shipping. Within the time frame. So as far as i see it the offers aren't impossible to complete and reverse. But it all does fall down to the one point of will the card be given. And most complaints on here are from people who didnt even complete the offers needed. Trust me. Being someone who has actually completed all of the offers asked for if i don't recieve the card i will ad my bad review and they wont be able to stick that message of you have to complete 1 gold 1 silver and 8 platinum on me. Cause its been done. So ill see for a fact how full of it or not the company is thats for sure.
You have 2 years to buy 5 movies starting at 19.95. Anytime u order 1 movie at 19.95 u can also order additional movies at 1.50 per movie. If you dont buy the 5 movies you basically just pay thefull price on the first 3 movies they sent you and can just be done with it and cancel. If you buy 1 movie at full price and then movies at a discount and dont get the other full priced movies then you would pay the fullprice on however many movies you ordered at the discounted price. So push come to shove u pay full price for 3 movies. Or you return themoviesand just lose shipping and handling. So return and pay shipping or pay for 3 movies thats what that one comes down to.
Christine, For the Thousand Dollars which I applied for, you have to try/purchase 1 silver, 1 Gold, and 8 Platinum to be eligible for the $1, 000 incentive. I don't like to speak for the company, your situation may be different than mine so please contact Reward Zone yourself. I hope that helps.
Come on people, read the rules. I bought the products and received a great incentive. I read the rules followed them and received the prize. So many people don't read how it works and then get mad when it doesn't work and cry SCAM. That robs others of getting in on a good thing. No, they are not going to give the prize away for nothing, but all you have to do is educate yourself. I contacted Reward Zone when I had a question and they responded right away. The Reward Zone has a link at the bottom of the page, contact them, they will answer your questions.
Well i read all the rules. I just finished the 1 silver the 1 gold and the 8 platinum offers. Im waiting for the 1 gold to show up as its the 5th day today and they said give it 5 days. On the last step to completing the reward i need to claim a deal it says i need to complete one silver deal some of the options are free like the apps so i downloaded the ap and got to lvl 10 like it said i go back to the website after doing the task and the page has a little pop up saying "we will check to see if you completed" i check back a couple times and nothing happens a day later still nothing

I filled out a form to buy the I phone X and An Amazon gift card that had 100 dollars on it and the email said that it was going to be shipped out to me but I never got either of them. It was one thing that kept me waiting though and that was that I wanted to surprise my dad since he doesn't have that much money and for always being there for me. So that is the only reason why I'm writing this.

I completed all the levels (silver, gold, and platinum) but 2 of the offers, Fingerhut and Coinmaster, won't register that I've completed them and there's no "continue" button on that page to continue through. So I wasted 20 minutes or more of my time and the only thing I'll receive is phone calls from whoever they sell my info to. I've emailed them and I'm waiting for a reply. I then went to research them and found this page where others have been scammed.
There is no update.
$100 aldi card
This is not the first time I have tried to get a giftcard with this website. It has never worked for me. I am willing to pay $1 or $2 in order to get the deal and have signed up with Amora coffee before. The coffee was good but then I was charged $70-some for the service without my permission. I returned the coffee and they did not refund me for shipping.
Now, (6/29/18) I am trying to get a $100 Aldi card. I have completed 60/100 points and need to redeem one Gold deal. I downloaded Pandora, signed up, and listened to multiple songs for free (the insturctions say only 1 song needs to be listened to) and RewardZone will not recognize that I have done this. I keep refreshing the page, opening the Pandora app, etc. I am very disappointed as the same thing happened the last time I tried downloading an app in order to get a reward.
For all the time I have put in and instructions I have followed, I would like the Aldi card. I don't understand why your program won't register the download and completion.

I did everything and got email replies right away saying I completed all tasks and then they asked for a copy of my drivers license and a proof of residency (a utility bill) I did that and then they said I would get an email from virtual reward center to pick a virtual card or a mailed card ($3.95 cost). I got the email and picked the virtual card. I got a card number and then is said the hit a flip button to flip the card over to get the CVV code. I couldn't flip the card so I got out to go back in and try again and now I cant even get back into the website. I have emailed and talked to a couple people from virtual reward center and they tried to reset forget password to get me back in and did not work and then told me I need to get a hold of Reward Zone USA. Of course Reward Zone is not answering emails and they do not answer phone. I am going to try virtual rewards again and let them know that Reward Zone is bringing their company down with them. I will update any info I do get but as of right now I think this is a scam. Luckily I just signed up for a couple $1 trial periods so only out $4 but I did get 6 books for that money so that was worth it, but you can get those books from their own website. I think we should start contacting the companies that are working with Reward Zone and let them know that their companies reputations are in jeopardy also if they are working with this company

I started going to rewardzoneusa.com back in 2015 and have had great success when it comes to online incentive programs. It was their great program that got me to return this year to earn another incentive. This time however the experience has not been pleasurable at all. First off the response time of the customer support staff could take days. With only an email address to reach out to them it makes it hard to get the information you may need in a timely manor. This time around my incentive was a $1000 amazon gift card which would require me to take part in 12 total offers to be eligible. Not all of them required you to spend any mobey but at least half of them I did have some sort of financial obligation. What I noticed is that the communication was decent up until I completed the last few offers and began inquiring about the forms I needed to claim my incentive. That is when the communication was gone. I knew the process so I knoew that thgre were formas and documents I would need to send to claim my incentive and needed it. For almost a month I emailed the customer support staff once a day from may 2nd -June 12 and never recieced a response. On the 12th of June I got an email claiming they tried emailing me the forms but they were returned and that they emailed a second time and I never responded. They said I passed the deadline and I would lose the incentive due to my lack of response. The thing is that I never got any such emails from them at all and was able to catch time being dishonest to me telling me the date they sent me the forms to be signed. I knew this because I did get an email from them on that date hoever it was to inform me that my participation was being reviewed for approval and it would take 5-7 business day after that to get my claim forms. They claimed that email was the forms I need.
I did speak to the support staff through emaile several times with no response. I got a reply from them the same day I filed though BBB which was almost 2 weeks later. I was told they would give me an extention of one week to complete the documents and send them in. Immeditely I sent them a copy of my ID and Proof of address. The final form needed to be notarized and mailed to them.I got a couple emails back telling me what I needed to fix or change and well as reminding me of the Claim form. The following I went to fedex and had the form notarized and sent overnight to RewardZoneusa. The following day I checked theFEDEX tracking and ir had been delivered to the address. I emailed again to get confirmation of the form and find out the next step to claim the incentive and once again I am being ignored by the company. Its now been another week and still not one email from the company regarding my claim form or incentive status

Hey, I completed my incentives on June 23 and have only received one email from them stating they will contact me within 5 business days. We are now on day 9. I too have had success about 3 years ago with this company and was pleased with the results. I'm having a completely different experience this time as well. What, exactly, did you have to have notarized?! I have sent them an email today (day 9) with 1. bank activity showing completion of promotions payments, 2. my Driver's License ID, 3. two utility bills for proof of residency, 4. a list of the promotions completed and their tiers, 5. additional promotions were listed that I completed because I was interested in them!
Is there an actual "CLAIM" form that needs filled out and notarized? I have not heard back from echo@echosign.com either. They said I would. I have added that email to my contacts as well. Just don't know where to go from here when you can't even call them to clarify things!

I get to Walmart and I go to get a cart and they're not there so I have to sit and wait until they have one empty and available and I get in it and I start shopping and the battery goes dead so I have to sit wherever I am in the middle of the store and wait for an employee to walk by and seen me and then tell them I need a new chart and it takes them forever to bring me one back and when I get it it barely has a battery on it but I usually can make it the battery will be flashing as I go what's battery going out there cart are old and they don't work very well they will not hold a charge evidently I believe they need to get some new ones and I need to add to what they've got and fix what they got something needs to be done there is nowhere to go shopping here where we live I don't get out that much and Walmart is about all I've got like and do and when you have that much of a problem it doesn't make it very pleasurable to go around and look at everything you want to see. I don't know what else I can say except I would appreciate a chair that I can get into immediately and shop and look at everything that I want to see and not have to sit in a car in the middle of nowhere sometimes sometimes it takes up to 15 30 minutes if not longer for them to bring you back another cart and that battery is not good either that is my problem and I wish that they could do something about it thank you

the other day I received an email saying that I had 3 minutes left to choose a $1, 000 gift card to either Walmart Amazon.com or Target and that I would win this supposed prepaid gift card bye complying with the requirements of subscribing to only one of the four choices that I had to subscribe for membership and upon subscribing and using my credit card to pay for it that I would be sent the thousand dollar gift card to Walmart. I did so and successive successfully completed my subscription and use my credit card to pay for the item that I subscribed to and I have yet to receive my $1, 000 prepaid gift card to Walmart this whole thing is a freaking scam and I'm pissed. For any of you out there that receive a similar email it's a scam it's bogus don't even think for a second that there are actually going to send you this card cuz they're not they're liars and they are going to be reported by myself and they have been reported by several other people

I seen the offer come across my Google Chrome. I pressed the offer and completed every single step. The processing did not generate right away, so I waited. A few days later the processing of the offers still did not generate. I'm very upset that I took my time out to fill out all these offers and I did not cancel none of them and have yet to receive notification or my gift card through the mail for the $1, 000 Amazon reward. This company needs to do a lot better with processing these offers in a timely manner. So now I'm completing a complaint and trying to get ahold of them to get my price. I'm very disappointed

walmart $1000 gift card
I completed all incentives for this reward. Tried repeatedly to contact company, with no replies, whatsoever. Now I've got all these subscriptions to products that I don't really need. I don't know whether to immediately cancel them or wait, hopefully, for a reply from rewardzoneusa. I'm not sure if this is a scam or not. I've seen some people say they get the cards, and then there are those that don't. Doing this also took more time than I had anticipated and didn't realize how people would be calling and texting me about credit help .
I just don't know what to do or how to proceed.Please help me with this

I used to fill out the surveys and did everything I was suppose to do. But I gave up. They want you to click on deals that I don't want or need. That is the only way you get the card.

After an hour of trying to do a silver deal (checking my credit score) the website i used kept telling me their product was not avaliable and i was redirected to a website not associated with the award website. what nonsense to put a option uo there to use and it donst work correctly. if this specific award option does work by all means show me if not i beleive this is a scam and amazon should look into this directly.
