Because of the stay home act and my health . I sent them a message asking them my options to claim my reward since I cannot go into public places. I have not received a message back and only had so much time to claim.i haven't been able to login to send any more messages to them.i did all the requirements they asked to get reward. I have all the info to send them except unable to notorized claim form due to the clovid 19 virus .people have died in our small town and continue to get sick. It's not fair if I don't collect what's due to me. They should of sent me a message acknowledging and directing me what to do. Maybe you can get in touch with them please

I completed all ten deals that was required of me and I've filled out the claim reward also I've sent in multiple emails and I still haven't gotten a response and I think it's a shame that a company can do people like this. This place should be shut down! I also completed a deal back in February and it's July now and I never received anything from that either so I should of known better than to think this time would be any different!

Received email with instructions sent verification on two separate times. Sent three inquiries did not receive an answer until 07/15/20 requesting that I provide the information again.

I've done everything that I was supposed to do in order to get the $100 Walmart gift card and I've yet to receive it or should I do I've uploaded the photo ID I've signed all the paperwork and fill out the claims form and I've even sent in emails and have gotten a response what should I do
I completed all the deals I claimed them and I received the form that I had to sign and send picture ID etc etc and everything has been done and I have yet to receive my reward what should I do

The advertisement stated that the new PlayStation five needed to be play tested, and once the trail phase was over you would keep it, which they valued at $499 and that they would pay you $100 for your trouble. I completed the ten deals, twelve actually just to be sure, and have been charged and pestered constantly ever since. I was told I could redeem my reward and I sent them my ID, Bill and personal info. No response from email or from my customer service complains. I had read many negative reviews before however I saw that when promised an iPhone X another customer was just given a gift card for a $1000 so I assumed o would just get an equivalent gift card. I was wrong and feel violated.

I completed all required partner offers and received notification from Reward Zone of that on 6/25/20. I submitted the notarized claim form, ID and proof of address on June 26th. I have not heard back at all. I've checked status several times and have also resent claim form requirements 3 times. I have asked for updates continually. I have also been billed for the fee based partner offers.

I have been waiting since April for my virtual gift card I have emailed the stuff they have asked for and still nothing. Anytime I send them a message I don't get a response at all I should also have more of the subscriptions done and a bigger prize but of course it says that I didn't do half the subscriptions that I did do. I did the same back in June, I sent numerous emails to verify if they received the info, no one every responded. Today I received the email that I have received 1000.00 and I had the option of cards to choose from I chose a visa gift card, virtual its free and sent to me they charge 3.00 so I received 997.00.
I just used it to see if the payment would go through and it did, I really cant believe it I have all these products I at least can use for my grandson, but have cancelled all the others

I have completed multiple things with these people. For 100$ amazon gift card and a 50$ Visa card. Well when I got to claim my amazon reward during the claim process it booted me off and when I went back it was like I never won it at all then all of a sudden I automatically won a 50$ Visa card claimed it and signed the form 30 days ago Also telling me I couldn't claim another reward for a whole year. I've sent multiple emails no reply back. I'm going to take legal action and I'll get justice

I finished all the required sign ups, trials, etc. To recieve this reward, I got an email from the company reminding me to file my claim before my time ran out, I sent what they asked me, and followed with several emails inquiring if I had everything I needed for my claim, but am getting no responses. Now, when I go on the website and look up my account, I get an error. Now I have to cancel all these subscriptions and all this seems to have been for nothing

I originally received instruction to send a notarized copy of the claim form as well as proof of identity, I completed all of this a week ago, I have sent several emails and haven't gotten confirmation that my information has been received or the status of my reward, it said that everything had to be submitted within 30 days, that was on May 23rd, I am worried that they are stalling and will suddenly reply after June 23rd and tell me that I'm missing something in order to deny me my reward.

Sent the legal photo I'd and bill for proof of address as requested. Every time I check the completed items change abd no not because of cancelstion as I can prove being billed y multiple companies Hulu, scentbird suess Ave took pics of levels. Imported on games played at fish casino. Bingo blitz, spades. And a few others all billed for purchase on my iTunes. Yet o. Reddit fir any of those a few were then magically disappeared. I have emailed with auto responses which is useless and have even sent my phone number with no response. I sent email with pics of billing emails with scentbird that are recent ect to prove. Completion. I don't know what to think, but am Hoping the company is legit and I get the promised reward. As for the spam text and emails I may need to change my phone number.
