Ritz crackers
I purchased a very large box of crackers. Every cracker in every sleeve had this "matter" on it. Some were affected more than others. Consistency of peanut butter, brown in color. At first I thought it was just "overbaked". no odor. Had to throw away box because I wasn't sure it was ok to eat. Very sad because it's my favorite crackers! I may try some of your other products.

Crackers
I recently purchased a box of crackers 13.7 ounces and I think they might have been over cooked? they are a little bit darker than they usually are ?(at least that's what my husband said).
They are very dry and don't taste as good as I usually do I don't know if you change the recipe or what ?
I don't need anything ?I just wanted to let you know because I love Ritz crackers❤️ but if they keep Jason like that I'm sorry I will have to move on to a different brand😩

Terry
Crackers
First let me say I am a big fan of the Ritz crackers. The last few boxes I have bought have crumbled when trying to spread anything on them and fall apart when you put something solid on them an bite into it. I don't know whether they are making them to thin or they have changed the formula. Just thought Ritz would like to know about what I think is a problem . Not happy
Ritz buttery rounds original
When I open up a bag of crackers there were some black "things" baked into 3 crackers. At first I thought it was marker on the outside, but when I opened it...I was disgusted to see something that looked like "bugs" baked into the crackers.
I purchase these weekly, but will no longer be purchasing anything from your company as it has literally made me sick to my stomach and the thought of eating...anything...disgusts me.
Substance on crackers
I have purchased at least 3 boxes of Ritz crackers recently that have a brown substance on the edge of the crackers. These were bought at local grocery stores, Kroger and Mac's.
It looks like peanut butter, but I am not going to taste it to see for certain. If it is, that is a problem for allergy sufferers.
Whatever it is, it is ruining my desire for Ritz crackers. I do not want this unknown substance in my body!
This is very unappealing and not acceptable.
Crisp and thins
We purchased a bag of the Bacon flavor crisp and thins and to our surprise, all of the crisps are burnt. Like the whole bag. Are they supposed to be like this? And they don't seem to have any Bacon flavor. My family loves bacon. That's why we bought them, but we are highly dissatisfied with this product right now. If this is a just a mistake that would be great!
Boxes of crackers
We have always, always purchased Ritz Crackers . The last couple of months we have purchased three boxes of the original crackers and all three boxes were, I'll describe as not the norm. We try to take them out of the wrapping and they crumble. We attempt to put a spread on them and they crumble. We have thrown two almost completely full boxes away. These purchases have been made at Shop n Save in Wilkins Township, Pa. The sell by date has an expiration of March 2019. I will not be purchasing Ritz Crackers in the future.

Toasted chips original
When I opened my brand new bag for the first time today 10/7/2018 I pulled this out. The chips are connected with hair or material baked into the chips. This made me want to throw up and ruined my appetite. I tried to upload a video but it will not attach but I do have a video. I will be throwing the whole bag away! Please contact me regarding this issue.
Original ritz crackers
I purchased a box of Ritz Crackers a few weeks ago with the mini bags of Ritz. I opened one up tonight, September 23, 2018, (it was the 2nd to the last package in this box) and took the first two out and proceeded to eat them. After going back to get some for my grandkids, I noticed I had something on my fingers. I looked and almost all of the crackers in that one small bag had some brown substance that looked like peanut butter but had no smell to it and I obviously did not taste anything like peanut butter on the 1st two I ate. This made me sick. Not sure what it was. Would like some sort of satisfaction from the Company and a response to this incident.
Original
I have been using Ritz crackers for decades for my evening cheese and crackers event. In the last year or so I have experienced they have become very fragile! There seems to have been a change in process or ingredients which produced this defect. The crackers break even when just being taken from their packaging and also when trying to use them. They break into small pieces and sometimes into very small crumbs.
Please try and remedy this product defect so that the crackers can be used in a normal manner.
Breadsticks ‘n cheezy dip
I got this product at the Costco in Victoria on the 22nd or August 2018 as a little snack. But on August 24th 2018 when I opened one of the packets I saw that instead of eight breadsticks, there were seven and a half. Now this happens quite frequently and I wasn't too upset, but when I dipped one into the cheese dip, I found the other half of the missing breadsticks. The dip was smooth and it looked like completely normal but when I dipped the breadsticks in it, it looked like someone had chewed up and spit back a lot of the breadstick, which was rather appalling to say the least. Unfortunately i did consume a bit of the chewed breadsticks and I feel it is completely unsanitary. I am extremely upset by this and I am not sure if I would like to buy this product again. I'd like a full refund of the product please.
Crackers
I am the owner of Battles' Catering in Jacksonville, FL. I catered an event last night and ritz crackers was on my menu. Much to my surprise as I opened up my packages there was a dried substance on some of them in that particular package. As I opened up the rest of the package they were all affected with this substance. Upon further investigation I determined it to be peanut butter. Now this could have been a tragic situation if someone with a peanut allergy consumed one of these crackers. I don't recall seeing anything on the box that they are produced in a factory with peanut butter. If it is than please forgive me however if it's not than there is a serious problem. Thank you! Ritz crackers
In April 2017. I send a picture of a ritz cracker that appeared to be contaminated. I received an email advising this would be looked into and a result would be communicated. At no point did I recieve feedback or compensation for this complaint. I have observed news feedback of consumer contamination of your product. Please contact me as soon as possible
Ritz cracker packs
I purchased stack packs. I opened one pack and they were fine. I opened another pack and there is a brown substance on the crackers that looks like peanut butter. I looked through all of the other packs in the box and I see the brown substance through the wrappers in all except one of the packs. So out of a full box I have been able to enjoy 2 stack packs because I am afraid to eat whatever is on the crackers. My son ate on cracker out of the pack in the pictures but he said it doesn't taste like peanut butter.
Ritz crackers
have been eating Ritz Crackers since I was a child. I will be 55 this year. At one time the box had to be on its side in order to fit in my cabinet. That changed some years ago, and now I can put them in the cabinet standing straight up. Also, I can no longer spread Philadelphia Cream Cheese in them because they crumble up. I just made little sandwiches with them using lunch meat and cheese, and after one bite they crumble. You are forcing my hand to look for another brand cracker. One more thing, the cracker is almost the size of a quarter. Please fix the problem!
We no longer buy Ritz crackers. It makes me extremely angry when companies ruin a good thing. I actually spread the word of the change in quality. It seems it's catching on.
Your crackers are no longer worth buying. They crumble at the slightest touch. Fix the formula back as it was, or take yourself out of business before we who buy them stop buying any more.
Ritz crisp & thins
Good Evening,
I bought a box of Ritz Crisp & Thins upc # [protected] 2 at ShopRite in Paramus NJ. One of the bags was fully opened and emptied in the box. Didn't think to take a picture as they were all over I just wanted to clean them up.
Please advise how I handle this. Not a good experience for first time buying this product.
Thanks,
Patty Klein.
Original ritz crackers 8 fresh stacks
I love Ritz Crackers. However, for the last several months, several of the stacks contained crackers with very little salt on them. One stack will have the right amount of salt, then the next stack from the same box won't have hardly any salt. If I wanted reduced salt Ritz, I would have bought that kind. I can't figure out what's going on, but I'm really disappointed when the whole stack of crackers are not what I wanted. Maybe the factory workers are getting them mixed up, or maybe they don't care which crackers go into which box? Whatever the problem is, it needs to be fixed. Thanks.
Ritz 8 fresh stacks original box
I opened a box and grabbed a package of these Ritz crackers. After opening the package I noticed they had peanut butter on some of the crackers. I have a kid whom is allergic to peanut butter. If he would have opened that package and just ate it it could have been possibly deadly. I am NOT a happy parent. Why and how did this happen and what is gonna be done?
I have enclosed the photo of the crackers and all information if the box they were in.

Ritz toasted chips
I have been purchasing your Toasted Chips Sour Cream and Onion as I really like these. Today I open a new bag and was eating them and I got one chip out and it looks like a worm or something baked in the chip. This has almost made me sick as I had already eaten some of them. I would appreciate a refund or something on this purchase I made. I have attached a picture of the chip. Thanks for your help in this matter
