ordered a jacket on sale
After I ordered the jacket I realized I needed a size larger due to the fact of where the jacket was coming from, when I went on your site to see what I can do about getting the correct size I also found out you have the wrong mailing address. I can't seem to get this taken care of on your website I keep leaving messages on the phone number provided and no one calls me back therefore I would like to close my order and all other orders that I have placed and I'd like my money back

I received my three items on time and was excited to get them but after I tried them on none fit me. The sleeves are extremely tight and unable to get my arm through the sleeve on all three items. They fit other than that. It seems to me that the cutting department put the wrong size sleeves on the large items. Is there a way that you can measure the arm size and see if it is different than what I have? If so, then I would like to return these for exchange of 3 with the correct size sleeve. It is tight around the forearm, elbow and bicep. I can get it on but unable to wear it because I can't move my arms - it is so tight. Thank you and looking forward to hearing back as soon as possible.

I received an email the end of November indicated that a confirmation of payment had been made. I have not get to receive my order and it been about 4 week or more. two sweater jackets
I ordered two sweater jackets over 40 days ago and have yet to receive them, however the credit card payment went through on 10/5/2017. When I check on the tracking info it shows that it was sent on the very day I check-so each different day I check the sending day shows that same day-something is not right here! Then when I try to look in another tracking area the screen does don't show or I am thrown into a sea of shipping advertisements for various companies. Septemner 2017, The item not as described in web site, Poor quality, uneven stitching, arm sleeves attached at different heights to body of garment. Only offered 50% of cost and no return in Canada making return of goods almost same price of purchase.
Yhios company should be banned for doing business in Canada and will discuss this with Canadian Consumer Affairs the possibility of a class action suit by government on behalf of all customers that have been defrauded of their proper purchase.
