Referencing about what he’s paid for his at home projects as a reference to what the cost of doing business per contractor.

No updates or progress of working on my claim unless I bring it to his attention or when i have to make a complaint but not as a claim that is on his docket of todo or a priority to take care of the client. It’s starting to feel like personal attack. We were ignored for 3 weeks with multiple emails, multiple phone calls and then once finally getting a supervisor involved and requesting for a new adjuster they started to pay a little attention to my claim but still very slow progress on approvals. “Completely ignored request for a new adjuster”

Lied to me and told me the first company that came out to provide a comp bid gave him the same bid amount that he wrote up and when I questioned him about it because the rep from that company that came out specifically said that they would not be writing a bid because it’s not worth their time or money they were getting paid to do it. So because I questioned how accurate the information he’s given the Safeco adjuster instantly took a step back and said I was right they didn’t give an estimate and we would get another company to come out and give a comp bid.

The new comp bid came back from the company they sent out and Safeco’s adjusters bid estimate turned out to be 230k less than what the new competitive bid offer was that actually wrote it up.
