Longtime Customer of Safeway & every week I am over Charged--I have to call to get refund. Weekly Ad for Lamb is out of Stock for the last 5 sales. They deny the online Shopper the Weekly Specials. Plus they refuse to fix the Website. Lamb is just one item..most Weekly Specials are denied. *I contacted Safeway Corporate today (9/22/23) to complain of the issues. Customer Support tried to say Safeway could not help if they were out of Stock. I walked him thru to where the Web-site issues were. They had the Weekly Lamb Sale Product for Pick-up--in the Store & the Rep could not put it in a Cart either. He informed me he was Taking Notes for Upper Management. Tech Support could fix the issue with one Click. They Punish You for not coming into Store--thinking You will buy more. I understand their Motive--I would still buy the same Products as I do not eat Junk Food. I did state that Consumers are more aware today & Customers do not like their Marketing Games..so Stop it. Safeway needs to treat Customers with Respect & to stop overcharging. *Solution Follow Fair Business Practices! Thanks..NR
