Samsung Network service

Dear sir
I would like to inform you that, I'm a Samsung user and full family members are Samsung user, my all Samsung Galaxy phone service very good and very much satisfied for this, I'm a customer service manager st BRAC BANK Limited, but recent I have bought a Samsung A20 from Samsung showroom Aktaruzzaman centre, Agrabad, Chittagong, Bangladesh this phone is network very weak, and there is no network at a time my other Samsung phone network is full, so I took Samsung service centre after 2days give me back my phone but very sorrowful my phone network problem isn't solve.
Customer service officer Mr. Iqram confirm me when delivery my phone if this problem can't solve you will be replaced your device but can't solve my phone problem.

Here I have attached my phone network problem shoot.
Please take necessary action for solve my problem or please replace my device for this solicitation your kind consideration.

Samsung galaxy j3 star

Dir Sir the problems with this smart phone seem endless they build and build I'm having problems answering my calls all the time, in my testing of messages some times it freezes up sends letters across text page or it changes screens and you loose you're texts, sometimes it wont let you answer questions or in the middle of something it chooses to change pages and even complete sights, every couple of seconds it throws up system failed wants feed back or wait, this phone is so stressful I watched unruly children I would rather watch them
I turned in my other phone because it had been compromised, yes it had glitches and small problems but not like this phone this phone I called on its problems was told to take it to u brake I fix for diagnostic test they told me to report diagnostics would not even show up on screen this phone has always been slower than most of my other phones I have owned a few phones this one the worse I feel that I had been mislead and ripped off this phone in no way is worth the price I had to pay for it, I also feel I was lied to because i was told different reviews than what's out about this phone something needs to be done if we ( the public )are going to keep getting gouged and charged these sky high prices for these electronic gadgets dont we deserve to have them work for more than a few days or hours
That's my complaint so now I'm not sure what to do with this phone it's not even good enough for a paper weight thanks R.M.D.

Samsung (refrigerator) regarding your samsung product complaint (samsung rt28m3743ut/nl, bearing serial # 0ab54zak300105l)

Hi There,

This is to notify you that I purchased a Samsung refrigerator on 9th Sept 2018 and from next two month of purchasing, I am facing some or the other issue with this refrigerator for which I have complained you N number of time and N number of times your engineers visited to me to check the issue and every engineer has given me a different reason, every engineer excepted this that there is issue going on with this refrigerator, at last I got the conclusion that the refrigerator is working fine, but the issue is same as it was earlier.

Below are some list of visit and reasons given by the engineers:

1. On first visit, the engineer confirms that it's a moisture issue and we need to keep the refrigerator open for next 5 hrs without an electricity, and the same has been confirmed by the customer care executive at the time of trouble shooting with this issue which I did but no result.
2. On Second visit the engineer confirmed that the circuit board of the refrigerator is heating up due to which the problem is there and he replaced the circuit board.
3. On third visit the engineer confirmed that due to the voltage the problem arises so we need stabilizer for this refrigerator, however it has been mentioned clearly that this is a stabilizer free refrigerator also the same has been confirmed to me at the time of purchase.
4. On forth visit, the engineer confirms that the refrigerator pipe at the back is chocked with ice and they need to open and clean it.
5. On fifth visit, the engineer confirmed that this is the issue of excess cooling and he open a panel from inside and minimize the cooling, after which the cooling completely stops .
6. On sixth visit the engineer visited and open the cooling panel as he also confirmed that the fifth engineer that visited auctioned wrongly, but the same issue occurs again.
7. On seventh visit the engineer came and he only takes the temperature of the refrigerator and confirmed that there is some issue with the refrigerator, but later we have been confirmed that the refrigerator is working fine
8. On eighth visit the senior engineer visited and he takes the temperature of the refrigerator and confirmed that this is the issue of excess cooling as the refrigerator is doing reverse cooling due to which there is less cooling at the upper side of the refrigerator but excess cooling at the lower part of the refrigerator, then he applied an electric tape to the cooling panel to minimize the cooling which is still there, he also clicked the snap of the same.
9. Then another two visit happened in which they have only taken the tempreture of the refrigerator .
10. Then I got a call and mail from Mr. Shantanu (mail attached FYI), where he stated that he is from head office and the person is going to visit from head office, However after that the two visit happened, where the engineers came only to take the reading of the refrigerator

After these many visit the problem is still same and the engineers keeps on disturbing for each and every visit as I always get late for the office. Apart from this I have shown the conditioned of fruits and vegetables to every engineer in every visit.

After a long time I received a call from Mr. Shantanu that your refrigerator is working fine as per our report, However Mr. Shantanu keep me updated that we are still in process to have a decision what to do after a regular period of time.

According to the engineers & Mr. Shantanu, if the refrigerator is working fine, then why are the parts got replaced by engineers ?, why the electric tape has been applied as jugaad method to stop the excess cooling, is this kind of quality service that you are providing to the customers after purchasing Samsung product.

The attached pictures of the vegetables has been taken today, as I bought these vegetables two days back, just see the condition of the vegetables and decide that is my refrigerator still working fine ? as, according to you on paper its' working fine, but you are not admitting it in reality.

I haven't asked you to give my money back, but I request you to please get the refrigerator replaced as I have been fighting with the issue from around last 10 months and if you think that the refrigerator is still working fine then please provide the record with the number of visit that happened with date and time also please provide me the complete details and what are the actions taken in each visit, which I previously asked with Mr. Shantanu but he denied to give me saying that he didn't have that, unfortunately he did not have the complete record and on the basis of that record he is committing that the refrigerator is working fine.

Samsung samsung front loader washing machine

Hi, I have made three calls and sent one email in the past week regarding my washing machine. Each time I am told a technician will contact you but no one does. My washing machine shows that 3E motor error-call foe service. My motor is still under warranty. Model number WW12H8420EX and serial number 06SU53AFB00017V. ref for calls [protected] and for email is [protected]. I am unable to do any washing. The clothes just stays in the machine. I end up removing them out soaking wet. This is not fair. Previously when the machine was still new and it gave me trouble I had the same problem in getting a technician.

Hi Team,

It's really very disappointing to share my experience with the services and product that I purchased from Samsung(order ID:OD113473077306164000)
I purchased Samsung On6in September 2019.The reason why I purchaced Samsung product is due to it's good will, quality, brand and type of aftersales service it provides.
But from the day I purchased the phone, I am experiencing lot of breakage and voice issues in the phone and the service center personnel are not able to rectify my mobile's problem.
Irony is that despite of 5 visits the service center guys are not able to resolve my mobile issues.

The last visit was on 24th July 2019. The service center executive told me that the problem was due to third party apps installed.This was not acceptable to me since I have purchased a smart phone not just a normal 2 G phone.Despite of uninstalling all the apps and executive confirming that I will not be experiencing a problem any more, I once again suffered the voice distractions the next day.I immediately informed the executive(Jaspal) about this problem.

Below are sequence of days that I visited the service center:

1. Feb 2019:Intimated about the issue and about the charger problem.
Resolution provided: Formated the mobile.Issue did not got fixed
2.April 2019-May 2019:Intimated about the issue two times.They once again formatted the mobile.Issue did not got resolved.
They have also not logged any incident for these visits.

3.17 July 2019:The service center changed the motherboard.Issue again did not resolved.I Shared them the recording showing the issue.
4.24 July 2019:The service center changed the mike and committed that the issue will never occur again.
The issue did not got resolved and I face the same issue the very next day.

I am quite frustrated now with the quality of service that is being provided to me.Due to these frequent visits I am not able to concentrate on my office work and I have wasted lot of time visiting the service center.

I would request you to look into the matter immediately and replace my mobile phone.

I am attaching the bill and service request tickets for your easy reference.

CONSUMER BEWARE DONT BUY Samsung refrigerators! The ice maker keeps freezing up and stops making ice. The inside of ice maker has a sheet of ice on top of unit and floor of ice maker it just stops working. I've called Samsung several times and now was told a case manager will call me back in 1-2 days my refrigerator is only 11 months old and I still owe $2500 on it! It is such a shame that Samsung is not being cooperative with getting a solution to an ongoing problem that apparently are not just the old models but the this new one with the family hub as well stay far away.

Samsung qled tv (qe657fnau); serial number: ru89bn9412954pa601m3l0008

On 29 June 2019 - I have purchased the new QLED TV (QE657FNAU) in L'viv, Ukraine (Shop "ELDORADO" str. Chernovola 65). Price 64, 000. GRV (equivalent to appr. $2500).
On 27 July 2019 - the long stripe along the screen appeared. TV stopped working.
On 28 July 2019 - my wife called the hotline service center. But we were told that the TV will not be replaced, only repaired.

That was the most expensive TV in the shop. Whilst purchasing, we were told that if something goes wrong, broken, etc. the TV will be immediately replaced as its price is $2500. In less than 1 month after purchase, it got broken. Needless to state our disappointment. Honestly, for this price I don't want to use the repaired TV after 1 month of purchase. Needless to state, that the seller does not want to replace the TV or refund me.

Samsung cellular phone s8

Good morning,
This is my first Samsung product, I have all apple products.

The phone was purchased approximately a year ago. I was just starting to use it and noticed the battery had swelled.

I contacted your office and they said I have two choices 1. Take it to Ubreakifix or mail it to your Texas office. No one told me if I mail it in the battery might be replaced at no cost.

I chose the one that was only 5 miles away, believing they would honor the warranty. The cost was $84.79, which I don't believe I shpuld have absorbed this.

There is no water damage etc because I have not used the phone just yet.

I spoke to #77014 (July 19/20) and he was not offering any help. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth for Samsung products

Samsung 75” samsung 4k new tv

I have had this tv for approx 5 weeks. Which happens to be 3 weeks past the return policy for best buy. Samsung is refusing to replace or repair my tv because from pictures I sent (per their request) it "appears the damage is internal physical damage! Hummmmmmmmm doesn't that sound like something they should fix?! It's a brand spanking new tv... It's internal damage is not my problem! I will never purchase a samsung appliance again. This is the worst customer satisfaction company I have ever witnessed. $1300 down the drain... For their problem! 🤬

My info is back to tecnician if it can speed up the problem.

He changed and installed the asst noisy so follow the instructions exactly.
With the rate as soon as they install after that, when on the tv screen tv the right side up
crack conditions and kopaks can be seen while it is on and the tv screen is not loaded properly because of the left side
the tv took light and the glass did not come out in the panel.
we asked samsung technicain he told tv ok but he blocked from the right edge so cracks did not look at us.
My son's info that the tv crashed right then I went to the tv, the technican replied before that the glass was broken (after tide), But before that
The problem of cracked tv is just a damaged system board. The technican tried to deceive us by saying we did so.
The technician said on June 7, 2019 when he checked that he did not see the glass burst.
At that time I started to noise to the technician and Samsung's technicion did not admit what was done and
noisy with me so I just complain about samsung and do not care about the tv and fight with us.
I keep calling samsung service center and info back whats doing.
and ask for a change of tv because samsung tech details do so. This will be discussed by Samsung top management being told by
Service center samsung Ms.Elin.

Samsung samsung galaxy s8

The forced update on my S8 this past week rendered my phone incapable of hands free texting through my car's Bluetooth connection. Prior to the update the phone had functioned well (although Bixby was at times inconsistent in connecting). My cell provider Verizon spent an afternoon trying to help me in the car and online. They were unable to provide an answer other than there was nothing they could do as it appears to be a Bixby issue. I went online to Samsung Customer service today and was advised to clear my "cache", which I did. This did not solve anything. I am at my wits end. The phone is useless to me without hands free texting as it is illegal to text when driving otherwise. In addition, the hands free phone interface connection is awkward and leaves me unsure if a call is truly going through.

What have you done to my phone! Bixby isn't functioning. If this isn't remedied quickly I will be forced to abandon Samsung as the hands free calling and texting was a prime decision in purchasing this phone.

Samsung Refrigerator repair

Pursuant to ticket # [protected] a Dish Network service technician made a service call today 6/17/2019 to our residence at 66 Longwood Dr in Hattiesburg, MS. He disassembled the outer panel to the Samsung model RF28HMEDBSR refrigerator main compressor and informed us that everything looked normal with no ice buildup. About 15 minutes into his visit, a Samsung representative arrived, surveyed the situation and promptly informed us that the outer door and sensor would need to be replaced since it had been opened thereby breaking the seal. I questioned him as to how costly this would be to which he had no response. I then told him and the Dish network representative how disappointed I was in the way the matter had been handled and then told them in disgust to reassemble the refrigerator and leave. They both spent the next half hour in our driveway discussing the matter and finally left after presenting us with a written quote of $530.37 plus tax which I declined. I have researched our model and found evidence of many instances where the problems (including one class action lawsuit) of the compressor and ice maker are not defrosting properly. I strongly believe that Samsung should stand behind all their products in or out of warranty on well-documented defects such as is the case with our refrigerator. Otherwise, we will feel compelled to purchase future products from your competitors.

Samsung 70 inch tv

Hi

So I have gotten the run a round for over 2 weeks, Your TV just shut off in the middle of a movie, talked to csr who set up a repair service who they then called and wanted money to come out. I sent pics to Samsung of the tv which is NOT damaged . I was transferred to expedited management dept on hold 2 1/2 hours only for that ignored Samsung guy to laugh on the phone and hung up on me. I am going to the BBB and TV and everywhere else I can to tell others never to purchase a Samsung product, cause this is the result. 5000.00 TV a year old without a nik on it, and just shut off and I was inconvenienced 2 weeks with no tv. With 2 kids. Thanks Samsung for all your professional work ethics.

Samsung samsung 860 evo sata 6 gb/s 500gb ssd

I'm very disappointed that in just 6 months this ssd is broken. My macbook started to lag and freeze so I bought it to a store to have a clean os reinstallation. After re-installing and downgrading my os (in case that is the cause of the lag) my macbook pro was still lagging. He determined that it is the ssd that is broken after installing the same os to a different ssd and it worked fine. Now, i'm back to my old hdd that came with my macbook pro. It's still alive since 2012 compared to your ssd... And I thought that ssd's are more stable that hdd's... Unfortunately for me, amazon only has a 30 day warranty. The box says 5 year limited warranty but where do I bring this back to?... That's a very short lifespan for an ssd. I work from home on my laptop using mostly just google docs and I haven't even maxed out the memory (I used like 50 gb out of the 500)... Tsk tsk tsk! Model code: mz-76e500b/am / bar code that says upc at the side and the numbers at the bottom of the barcode is - [protected] 0... Wow production data - made in china 2018 10 05 / s/n s3z1nb0ka55318 (not sure if that's a zero or an o, looks thin like a zero)

I have Samsung refrigerator since 2010, but it stopped working on 1st May, we complained about it, engg came & he told that the compressor is damaged & it will be take 15 days to repair it, but after that day the engg. is not attending our calls & no response from your toll free customer service, & in this summer season it has been trouble & very annoying for my family please take any action about it & resolve my problem as soon as possible. Samsung cell phone

So we did a update on our Samsung galaxy phone. After the update the caller ID for incoming and outgoing calls showed either restricted or no caller ID. I went to my local AT&T store who is my carrier and they went through the phone to see what was going on. They couldn't find anything so suggested we call Samsung customer service. In calling them and repeating the problem several times and them going over it I was told that there will be a new update within 24-48 hours that will fix the problem. Well that never happened. Called again. Spoke to another customer service person and she said that the last update messed up the features with caller ID and that we weren't the only ones with the problem and they were working on a new update to fix that problem. She sounded very reassuring and I believed her. Again nothing happened. Called again for the 3rd time and repeated myself so many times it was ridiculous. I couldn't understand the person on the other end of the phone. Then he remotely took over the phone and couldn't find anything. He wanted me to call another person with a Samsung phone and not an iPhone because he thought that was the problem. Unbelievable. So now knowing there is no update coming and no one knows why the heck they are talking about I started to look through the phone and all the options and guess what ? I figured it out all by myself. I didn't need a book to read through and didn't need to explain myself over and over again to anyone. They truly need to teach true technical support and customer service to their people. Never again!

Samsung samsung for sxs rs62k6161a77p/ss

Bought and started using it in Nov 2018. Freezer stopped working a few days ago. Got a temp replacement of a smaller size,model RT36FDACDSL that also didn't work. The top freezer struggled to reach 1 deg C, but the bottom fridge is as good as a clothing cupboard. Pasted on the fridge is a marvelous marketing slogan - 10 year Compressor Warranty - giving consumers the impression that it is a high quality product.

Total disappointment with Samsung products.

Samsung s8 plus

I bought brand new s8 plus when it came to the market from xcite Kuwait on December 2017 for nearly 300 Kuwait dinars which is a lot of money. Now I am in vacation in india and my s8 plus stopped working and when I took it to the authorised Samsung service center they said the board is damaged and I have to pay more than 18000 Indian rupees to get the board fixed with all the data erased.. What is this? Is this the quality you can provide for this huge amount? If I know this earlier, I would never have bought any Samsung products.. I am really annoyed with this as I am losing important data from my phone also..

Samsung compensation for defective samsung refrigerator

Respected Sir,

Subject- "Compensation for defected Samsung Refrigerator- "

On 24/1/2016, I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator, Model No-RSA1SHG1/TL-REF-FF-SNO.0DWF4ADG900169 and received it on same date. I have discovered that the respective product has the following issue-

In past 3 years of purchase, it has never functioned properly in terms of its freezing properties. Several complaints have been raised in its concern but your executives failed to solve the problem. After 3-4 attempts, they have declared that it cant be mended due to some internal manufacturing issue. Your company is now offering us the compensation amount of Rs.30000 (APPROX) which is way too less in comparison to its purchase amount which was Rs.73000. We understand the depreciation value for 3 years but the amount offered is really not satisfactory as any new refrigerator would also cost around Rs.[protected].

Now, since it is not our fault and we are facing issues due to Samsung company's internal manufacturing faults, we would like to request you to kindly either raise the compensation value.

The Consumer Rights Act makes it an implied term of the contract that goods should be as described, fit for purpose and satisfactory to use.
