I accompany my girlfriend to take her car to be fixed at Sansone Jeep today
I accompany my girlfriend to take her car to be fixed at Sansone Jeep today. I was in complete shock to see most of the workers not wearing a mask. I even witness two mechanics not wearing a mask when they came come out to get a drink. Even while I was waiting outside I can see Saleman not wearing mask. I manage to take pictures, is there an email I can send it to ?

I purchased a vehicle at Sansone Jeep on 07/29 and traded in my Toyota Tundra that they were paying off. When I was signing the paperwork I was told not to make any more payments because they were buying the truck. Well after several phone calls and visits to the dealership they have yet to pay off my truck and I was forced to make 2 more payments for a truck I no longer have. On top of the car payment for the vehicle I purchased. It should not take 31 days to pay off a vehicle. When I call I get hung up on it no answers or if I leave a message no one returns my phone calls.

In 2016, my wife and I purchased a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee with GAP insurance from Sansone in Avenel, NJ. In October , the Jeep was traded in. I contacted the GAP insurance company in regards to the prorated refund of the premium paid to which they advised that the refund check in the amount of $153.51 was already mailed to Sansone and that I needed to contact them for the refund. Approximately two weeks ago, I spoke to Finance Manager "Lou S" (unsure of correct name spelling), Extension ***, who advised me that the person who does the warranty refund services would be contacting me the next day. He refused to provided me with contact information for the person who does the warranty refunds. No one ever contacted me in regards to the refund, since I spoke to Lou. I called and left message twice with no response from him.

I purchased a brand new Hyundai Tucson in October
I purchased a brand new Hyundai Tucson in October. At time of purchase I was promised unlimited free car washes at the on-site car wash for the entire time I own the vehicle. 6 months after I purchased my car the car wash closed permanently. On 12.26.20, after numerous unanswered voicemail messages, I stopped in to see the manager, Eric ***, regarding the issue. He claimed that the car wash is inoperable because a customer drove through it and damaged it severely. I asked how I would be compensated because the free car washes promised are no longer available. He said nothing would be compensated and that it WAS NOT HIS PROBLEM (like that!). After a few minutes of back and forth on the issue Eric Bennett stated that he would look into the situation and call me back. That call never came and my follow-up messages went unanswered.

I leased a car in 2017 from Sansone Toyota: it was a brand new 2017 Toyota
I leased a car in 2017 from Sansone Toyota: it was a brand new 2017 Toyota. I took it for required maintenance every year and NEVER had to pay anything out of pocket. Now I leased another car from Sansone Kia: 2018 Sedona. Well everytime I take it for service I get handed an invoice of at least $300-$600 dollars of needed repairs and an oil change of more than $80. Why? I complained about this to the manager there and all they could say is that kia doesn't not offer free maintenance. Everytime I took it for service the van come back with more issues, the ac blowing and making a loud noise, and fluid leaking. They told me they would get a part to fix the leaking, I took it so they can install the part. The van is still leaking fluid and I am still getting an invoice of $600 + dollars worth of required repairs: This is the worst lease ever and I will never do business with this kia ever again. I hope not all kia delarships are like this one.

I went in to get my car serviced for a recall issue related to automatic braking
I went in to get my car serviced for a recall issue related to automatic braking. Mazda discovered this last year, but issued a fix only this year, months later. During the service the technician discovered a "bubble" in my right front tire. Sansone Mazda charged me for labor and materials for tire replacement and alignment. I waited 3 hours for service for 1 tire, but this is not really my complaint. My complaint is that they charged me $240 for a tire which costs $135 in retail (*** for example). Considering what is going on right now, it is difficult to get service and parts elsewhere. I consider this to be price gouging. This dealer should be better. This is a 78% markup over retail. Shameful. It is even worse because this is a safety related issue. I ran the risk of blowing the tire if I waited to get it done elsewhere. It is bad enough that Mazda had a recall, and waited until February to inform me requiring me to come into the dealer during the pandemic, but they additionally try to rip me off during this period for what is a safety issue.

I currently lease a jeep compass from sansone auto, on Sept 11 I took my vehicle into sansone to be checked out because the front rugs were being soaked with water after driving. I left the vehicle and rented one from sansone to go home. I was later informed that the water issue was due to a problem with the air conditioning unit and would be covered under warranty. When I did not get my car back after a few days I was told by the service dept. that they were awaiting the arrival of a part. I filed a case with sansone (case ***) stating I would like my car back (at this point they had my car for over a week) I was informed that there was a lack of manpower and that I would have to wait. On approximately Sept. 23 I picked up my car and I was charged a balance of $320 for the remaining balance of the rental, the rest was payed by jeep. The water problem was not my fault, the fact that they did not have the part was not my fault, and the lack of manpower was not my fault. I do not believe I should have to pay for a lease and a rental at the same time, I am asking to be paid back my $320.

Two years ago I went to a Nissan dealership called Sansone on Rt 1 in NJ because she needed a car and she could only get one if I co-signed. Desperate, I agreed to co-sign a car for her and did not look at the paperwork. For over a year we have been looking trying to refinance or get a new car to get this one out of my name or get lower payments so I could do some other financial things. All other dealerships told us how bad this dealership was and to go back and tell them to fix what they did. Finally we went back. Reluctantly because we feel they are sneaky. Well, they promised that if I co-signed again they would agree to give her a rogue and the payments would be approx 300/ month. They come back with papers to sign telling us the payments are 800/ month. No thank you. We walk out at 2pm. They were running my credit until 7pm that night. Why? Why do they do this? They should not have lied BUT at the point that I say no why are you still running my credit? They need to fix the issue they put my mom in by finding a way to put her into another car. Even if that means they become the creditor.

I leased a 2020 Ram 1500 pickup truck from Sansone Auto Mall
I leased a 2020 Ram 1500 pickup truck from Sansone Auto Mall. The truck broke down in less than a year and I had it towed to them for repair. When I call I get an answering machine to which we leave messages and are never contacted back. They have had my truck for 11 days now and the one time my wife got in touch with them we were told they couldn't give us any information because the truck was outsourced for repair. Why would a factory dealer have to get their own truck repaired somewhere else? On top of this the lady my wife spoke to at first was very rude to my wife and their customer service is disgusting. When we rented a car at Enterprise we were told they hear countless horror stories about this dealership. I would like to have my truck fixed and be apprised of the repairs in a timely manner. I actually just got someone from their service department on the line and I explained to him that after getting our 4th truck from them we expected at least some common courtesy and to be informed of some kind of repair schedule and treated right after being loyal customers but he did't really seem to care. So now I have no idea when my truck will be repaired but I am supposed to keep making lease payments. I will be contacting an attorney if this is not rectified immediately. They are NOT doing me a favor fixing a brand new truck for me and their customer service is DISGUSTING. Anyone who buys a truck from these people is asking for trouble.

I am furious!
I am furious! On May 1, I was at Sansone Hyundai with my Mother. Her lease was up and she was trying to buyout her Hyundai Tuson or get another car. When it was time to run her credit report, she filled the application out & signed it to give permission to run HER credit. I was asked by the salesman, Manny K, if I was going on as a co-signer with her. I said NO, I had a bankruptcy 5 years ago & did not want anything to do with it. Without permission and without my knowledge, they ran my report along with hers. I came home later that day & was getting many alerts from that I had 5 or more hard inquiries. They were from, ***, ***, ***, Sansone Motor Finance, ***, ***. I called Sansone to complain to Manager Eric & Manny telling them they need to remove these from my report. I am a former employee as well & I know they should have taken this seriously. All I got was a an apology & a promise to fix this mess. My information was stored in their system from 6 years prior, when I did co-sign for my Mother on a KIA lease. I have worked hard to repair my credit since my bankruptcy & do not want these inquiries that were run illegally on my report! I will NEVER do business with SANSONE EVER again! I have contacted the credit agencies & the lenders, only to still have No resolution to this day! I do not know what more to do beside filing this complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com, hoping you can help me resolve this matter.

On Monday, 11/23, I went to the Hyunda dealer at Samsone Auto Mall, the buy off two cars that I have leased. advised them that I spoke to the finance company amd I was given the pay off price. I when I got to the dealership I spoke to Mr.Joseph S, advising him that I wanted to see the finance officer to pay off my cars. He said it was not necessary, that he would help me. He then informed me that there was going to be additional fees. Sale tax, , documentary service fees, and I had to also pay for CPO of $1,000.00 for each car. I had asked numerous times what CPO was, and he kept evading the question. It was the same with the finance officer named, Michael, didn't get his last name, but there are only two officer. The other finance officer is, Mr. S. Mr. S proceeded to do the paper work. We then sat down with Michael, the finance officer, while he was preparing the papers. I had signed at least 10 to 12 papers. Again I asked what was the CPO fee, and he told me everything is explained on the contract. Which at the timer my head was hurting and I was sure he has integrity and with not cheat me. Usually they stand with high integrity. I guess I was wrong. At that time I gave them a deposit of 5,000.00 dollars for each car till I would get a certified check for the balance. Before going back the following day, I read my contract to see what the CPO fee was. There was nothing there about CPO fee, but they had put down roadwire extended care. I didn't want any other extend warranties. My cars are 3 years old. Again I spoke to Michael, the finance officer and he stated to me that, that was the CPO fee. And he said it was mandatory in order to buy the cars. I said to Mr. Michael, what was this extended care about. So he proceeded to printout a form of interior extended car. This is for a new car, not a used car I now know that I was defrauded. I want my money back of $1,000.00 dollars for each car.

MISLED AND DECEIVED ALL THE WAY 100%!
MISLED AND DECEIVED ALL THE WAY 100%! The salesperson, Widmar, lacked knowledge about pricing yet went on to state that my 14,541.28 buyout quote from KIA online did NOT include taxes, which was the first lie. The second lie was that my car would be 16,000 after taxes. While waiting for the finance dept to get responses from banks I asked my salesperson, Widmar,MORE THAN ONCE if the amount I'd be financing is 11,000 since my car is 16,000&I'm already giving a 5,000 down payment and I got a YES both times. Mind you, he was talking to me from the waiting area because he already had customers at his desk and he was trying to juggle us at the same time, which was unprofessional to begin with. He then takes me to the finance manager, Elvin, who proceeds to not once mention my FULL amount loan, but just starts spitting MONTHLY payments and the different banks I could go with. Also, he took the time to add on to my loan (service contracts, NSD..etc) and made it sound like it was all part of what the bank, Capital One required for their customer to be "protected." When Capital One calls me to give me a welcome call, THEY inform me that my loan was for 14,851.98 which I did sign for, but was COMPLETELY unaware about. Spoke to KIA customer service and was given the buyout quote WITH taxes (14,541.28). I called Widmar and was told that I had to talk to finance because NOW he has nothing to do with pricing. Convenient. Spoke to Elvin, and was told that Widmar should never have giving me pricing, but they need to finish things on their end and they need to know what I want to do.I told him I want the pricing my salesperson gave me,all he could suggest was "take the warranty off, keep the car for a year, and trade it in "if I want to."After no response from me,he decided to tell me we NEED to get it situated unless "I AM OK WITH LOSING MY $5,000 DOWNPAYMENT, then so be it," he says. I'm aware I signed a contract but I was 100% misled and then threatened with my downpayment.
