Sasol Bank card fraud

Please advice how do I make request to camera viewing especially if there was a possible fraud committed in area or vicinity of your shop with cameras

Sasol No fuel before price increase

No trusks to fill petrol. Told us theres no petrol. This before a petrol price increase. This is just ti make more money on fuel after 24:00 tonight.

Sasol Client service

Sasol fueling station, Monumentpark, Pretoria
The garage is opposite Waterkloof Airforce base.
I was there Saturday Monrning 13 Nov. I waited in the car and had to see people being helped that arrived there long after i was there. I went inside the shop and askednthem to phone the manager, he is never at the garage. He promised me to look into the situation and give me feedback. I haven't received any feedback yet from him and it looks like that is standard practice at Sasol, not to worry qbout client service

Sasol No service sasol maraboe centurion

Good day Sir/Madam
I was not happy when I visited you Sasol Shop, I wound the staff asleep, the automatic door not working. No pies.No bread I am just asking for service.

As I understand you run a 24 hour shop seven days a week?What is the use of a 24 hour shop if there is no service or food?I mean why waste money on salaries if your staff comes in to sleep?
This is not the first time I encountered this at your service station but I am really not impressed at all.

I would like feedback and next steps on this matter please keep me informed.

Sasol Unethical behaviour

Good day

I am Ayanda residing in Tembisa, today I went to the Sasol petrol station at Andrew Maphetho drive to buy some few staff as I was on the counter paying, an employee by a name Sphamandla came and stood right next to me asking for my numbers I refused to give him, I was using a card to pay, I couldn't even have the privacy to punch my pin on the speed point as he was right next to me talking non stop asking for my numbers and DEMANDING MY ATTENTION, AS I WAS BUSY I TOLD HIM TO MOVE AWAY BEACUSE I CANT EVEN HAVE THE PRIVACY OF FINISHIN WHAT I WAS DOING, THERE WAS NOT EVEN SOCIAL DISTANCING. I told him to move away he is not even practicing social distancing, he said he vaccinated and does not have to worry about it, but still that is no excuse, he went on and told me it is not his problem that I did not vaccinate. I told him to stop this behaviour and leave me to finish buying my things peacefully, he continued to insult me and I did not take that well, I spoke to the manager and supervisor, the manager apologised but the super took the stand and protected his employee and disregarded my complain, if the manager is not on sight that means we wont even get protected by the person left in charge. is it not fair for me to go in get what I want and leave peacefully? instead I'm being insulated by a man just because I am a woman and not granted the respect and privacy as a customer. I am not happy at all and I did not deserve to be treated in such manner. I am very angry and embarrassed even the fellow employees saw what happened, I am so disappointed at the super or whoever it is, he is not for his customers but his employees interest. I am disappointed the kind of the treatment I got today and I would appreciate it if further steps are taken to avoid such episodes to occur again.

Sasol No petrol in the car!

I was at Sasol ruimsig this morning and asked the petrol attendant (whose name I forgot) to fill up a Ford Figo with R150, 93 unleaded. Before driving away after receiving a receipt. My car was still at 0 kilometers when I noticed it. I asked the attendant if he filled up the tank, and he said yes. I informed him that the gauge was not rising, but he insisted that he did pour petrol.

I asked him for advice because I found it unusual and it was the first time I'd encountered it. He stated that he was unable to help. I then requested to speak with the supervisor, and Collen Ndlovu was called. I told Collen about my problem. He said he couldn't do anything because there's proof in a form of a slip, that petrol was poured.
He advised me to drive and that the gauge would likely rise. I informed him that I wasn't sure, and who would come to my rescue if I got stuck. He refused to listen to my concerns and stuck to his guns. He went on to say that the price of petrol has increased by 4 cents. I should try to add an extra R100. In a nutshell, I received no assistance and was ordered to leave.
Fortunately, I live nearby; think if this happened to someone who was traveling a long distance and didn't have any spare cash for petrol. Collen's attitude is appalling and his service sucks. Lerato has received my information. I'm hoping for a response. This is a totally unacceptable!

Sasol Service Complaint

I am very disappointed with the service I received form SASOL Tunney in Elandsfontein this morning. I waited 10 minutes for staff to attend to me. On asking I had to hear how under staffed they are and that management are refusing to listen to their concerns. I will not be using SASOL garages any time soon. Another customer lost to bad service. One only hopes something gets done

Sasol Mt Edgecombe contaminated fuel

I fueled up on the 4th August at Sasol Mt Edgecombe. My car started immediately struggling to exelerate and start effectively. I reported it to Hyundai immediately. Took my car in on the 5th August. I was informed that this is a big problem and to bring my car in on the 10th August, Tuesday. My car was in repairs for 1 week. I fetched it on the 17th August. It was reported that the fuel that was filled was contaminated. I immediately reported this to Sasol. I left several messages for Verona Moodley and Yugen Moodley failing which I emailed both of them 3 days ago and still no response. I spoke to Lydia and Christina who have both promised many times to get the manager to call me. I was left with a bill for drainage of damaged fuel, Petrol filter and labor costs. I need someone to take responsibility for this mess. This is one of Absas preferred garages which I will also need to report to them. Your urgent assistance in this regard will be appreciated.

Sasol Diesel price

Good day

I went to put diesel this morning at Kgabotse sasol service station in pretoria north, they increased the diesel price after it should have been decreased. When we asked we were told it was over the news it is increasing...no such thing. Its daylight robbery. As a everyday customar it's absolutely unacceptable.

Sasol unacceptable service from Sasol Brackengate Cape Town

This morning we arranged for a car wash at your Sasol BrackenGate branch in Cape Town. As required, our car keys were handed in.
when we went to collect our vehicle an hour later, one of the employees has walked off with the key in her pocket and had gone shopping. She did not answer her cellular when the manager tried to contact her.
This meant that we had to wait a further 40 minutes for her to return.
This is unacceptable service and we felt this should be brought to your attention.

Sasol Nothing was poured in my car and I paid with receipt

I am a consumer. On the 12 August 2021, I went to Sasol petrol station (Klippoortjie towards Carnival City or Springs) to fill in the fuel for R100
I requested R 100.00 fuel after the petrol attendant was done filling in my car, the level of the fuel in my car remained the same, the fuel level did not go up.
Noticing this I then returned by the robots immediately, I called the petrol attendant he told me with a very bad attitude that he did pour and printed the receipt on my return of which was not handed to me after transaction - then proceeded to tell me that this is not new, they are experiencing this every time. I must keep driving the petrol would go up - that was his only reason.
I drove about 4km and on my return the fuel was completely finished and my car was stuck at that Sasol garage.
I asked for assistance inside the garage from the teller and was told the manager has gone home already and unfortunately they can't assist at all - once they issue receipt it means they have attended to the customer fully.
I had to sit in my car for 2hour calling everywhere in Sasol and was told there is no manager that can assist me until tomorrow, so I will have to sleep in the car if I don't have another money to fill up my car.
My concern is that if there was looting of violent behavior at the station or garage at that current time, then the manager would have arrived in any moment to the rescue of the garage or staff but because it's just a another complaining crazy customer so what leave as is.
I finally got hold of the manager on the phone after 3 hours of about 15 calls and he said he can only investigate the next day, for now he can't help and that maybe it's my car I must keep driving the petrol is there - of which I don't agree because the car was stuck with no fuel in my car it was empty.
He then said I must send a copy of my receipt and my car including my car registration of which I did and he will investigate and to my surprise he hasn't even bothered to make contact or what so ever.
After 4 hours of being stuck at the garage frustrated and to them (Petrol attendants) it was business as usual.
Other customers were asking the same petrol attendant what's wrong am I helped and he was telling them never mind this one she's crazy - That was upset really.
After the 4 hours been there still I managed to get another R100 from a friend and requested if they can pour again they all refused
I had to beg until one of the guy assisted pouring another R100 and my concern is that why would the second guy pouring fuel of the same amount then suddenly everything was ok and whilst the e first guy claims to have poured but there was nothing in the car
This was a very frustrating experience I have been using that garage for the past 6 years and have never experienced this kind of ordeal
I had my two little kids in the car hungry and frustrated and exhausted - it was very terrible and am very disappointed
Am concerned about customer service and fraud that's happening concerning petrol attendants, pretending to be pouring while they cheating customers and after have an attitude and that there is no senior around to fix these issues.
To their excuse this happens every time so this is not new to them and they don't care you can scream all you want as long as they gave you a receipt it doesn't concern them anymore.

I need a refund and apology as this will stop this to happen to another person in future it mustn't be a norm to treat people like garbage and exploit them we work hard for every cent we have people cant just take advantage and am prepared to far with this if this complaint does not get any attention and treated as important.

Sasol Sasol Damaged my vehicle

On the 8th of July 2021, I went to Sasol Summerstrand on Strandfontein road to fuel up. After fueling up, sasol owned property fell on my car and left a dent. It's even on footage and the petrol station attendants witnessed everything. I have since been trying to communicate with the manager but I get ignored. I was asked to get a quotation and have ever since sent it to them but still being ignored.

Sasol Service

On 2021-07-08 at 20:58 I and my wife was at Sasol petrol station at 8 Eeufees Road Bethlehem fir petrol I ask for petrol -R100 for my vehicle and R100 for her vehicle.There was only 1 pump attendant -Sampie he run around between 4 vehicles. My wife clearly told him to through in R100 he repeat it back and put the amount into the pump and run to me I heard my wife calling the him and ask him what is going on as the pump did not stop at R100 as she requested but continue to R547.42 He saud sorry he put in the wrong amount -and admit his mistake we ask for the manager they said we can call Kristen and she told me that we must pay or let them take the petrol out of the vehicle she did not talk to me anymore but to the operator Sylvia who told me I am responsible to pay or they will pump the petrol out of my vehicle they give the pump attendant a choice but me as customer was not treat with respect this was there mistake now must humiliate myself to pump out the petrol in-front of all the customers. Kristen did not treat me like they are supposed to treat me was not wrong she took the pump attendant side and me as customer was treat like I don't matter at all. I contact the manager Kotie Kritzinger he was not very helpful as well he said the pump attendant make a small mistake we was now forced to drove to our house over the speed limit to get the extra money before curfew that we now must paid as Kristen nor the manager care about us they done nothing to say sorry or even tried to solve the matter.This is totally unacceptable and Sasol are supposed to assist customers as this station will do the same to other customers and then they must pay a lot more than the was supposed too I asked for R100 and was paying R447 more than I asked for this is very bad and I felt the manager Kotie Kritzinger cell number [protected] and the person they call namely Kristen [protected] was unprofessional

Sasol Workers sleeping while on duty

I went to sasol garage early in the morning, l had to wait for almost 2hrs while there was no one to serve me, after a long wait that's where a guy called Jossiah had came and serve me and after that he was rude complaining that l disturbed him from his sleep.It was at 4:15 and to my knowledge the garage is supposed to be open for 24hrs.It's now a habit of these guys to sleep instead of serving us.

Sasol Sasol salt rock

I went to sasol salt rock to fill up air in my tyre and as the attendant was filling in air, the other one jumped over the cord and it damaged my tyre. The manager was willing to bear the costs but my tyre after being damaged is still damaged and now needs to go into Mercedes. I can't believe the attendant by the name of Sifiso that caused the damage still has his job after the attitude he gave me.

Sasol Petrol

I went to this Sasol garage in Wilropark and filled R100.00 petrol, upon driving off I noticed the gage did not move at all, I drive a Peugeot 206, I've been filling there for months and the gage always moves! I immediately drove back to see what the problem was, while I am explaining to an attendant he does not even care he doesn't even listen to what I am saying and he points at the attendant who served me at the station and that man I swear looked terrified and immediately I knew he was full of [censored], that R100.00 might seem petty but some of us hardly have [censored] for people to take advantage of that is utter [censored]! I demand this be sorted out! I do not mind taking this further! All I have is time and family members who are lawyers and cops who absolutely hate when people are taken advantage of! I demand this be dealt with! The slip I was provided with had the wrong nozzle and the incorrect time of me being there I demand the camera as proof!

I went to Sasol Azalia in Dobsonville garden and asked for the patrol attendent by the name of Xolani to put R150 patrol. After he put the patrol the gage did not go up . He said they usually experience this problem and the gage will go up as I drive. I drove for 10 min immediately went back to tell the patrol attended the was no patrol. He just ingnored me and the supervisor by the name of nkanyiso said the same thing Xolani said that they usually experience the same problem with other cars. I was given a re-printed receipt . Later on I was called by the manager by the name of Sizwe who said If I get stuck he come and assist me. I flipped off and told him if it was a white women this he would have never said that nonses. Then he said my gage is not working I told him my car is a month old brand new. He the said he will check the footage in the morning. I went back in the morning I was given attitude by staff who said there is no manager and super visor. The manager called at 9am to ask about the gage I informed him Its still the same. He said he will look at the footage. He did not get back to me. Xolani is fraudster. My patrol is now on the red bar and I can't even go back because they always say there is no manager.

Sasol Service / "damage" to vehicle complaint

I filled up my petrol tank at SASOL R28, Randfontein Road, Krugersdorp, with telephone number [protected]. On Monday 1 February, by a lady, Maureen.
On Wednesday, 3rd February again by a gentleman, Philemon, when he unlocked the petrol cover with the key, he realised that there is no petrol tank cap, and he showed me when I climbed out and saw that the petrol cap is gone/lost. I only till up my petrol at this petrol station, because it is nice and friendly staff, and it's not so busy of lots of cars/trucks, etc.
I phoned the Superviser, Riaan, on 4 and 7 February, after he said he will phone me back, but he never phone me back. I would like them to replace my petrol tank cap, because I trusted them, and not to climbed out of my vehicle for Covid safety. Today, 7 February Riaan, the Supervisor said he will see if they can replace the cap, he said I must find out what is the price, and then he will see what happens. Ford says that my vehicle is a limited edition and the part must be ordered from FORD dealers locally or overseas and because it is an older vehicle now. At the moment I must drive to work and back with a plastic back in the petrol tank so that I dont lose so much petrol, what is very dangerous and very unsafe for me and everybody around my vehicle.
I used R150-00 instead of R100-00, between Randfontein and Krugersdorp.
Can you please be of assistance to help me?

Sasol Attendance

It has happened for the 3rd time that I go to sasol garage and not be attended. First time I waited for almost 15 minutes to be attended and nobody came, it was not a busy day, there were only 2 cars, my car and a car of another man, after the man was helped I thought i'm next but no, the petrol attended went to chat with his friend, they were looking at me but they didn't care, I ended up coming out of my car and walked to them and asked for them to help me, they told me that side i'm standing is being serviced so it's not working at the moment, then I asked them why don't you put up a sign so that people will see that, and now that i'm waiting there why dont you come and tell me and ask me to move to the other side since there is no sign? I didn't get an answer. Second time all petrol pumps were working but I was still completely ignored. Today for the third time I went there, there were 3 petrol attended sitting together, not even one of them bothered to help me. I don't know any of them personally and I wonder if they have made a decision among themselves not to help me ever again because the first time when they ignored me I asked them why were they doing it.

On Friday the 30th of October 2020 my truck poured diesel in Pretoria Sasol Lavender, the fuel was badly contaminated with dirty water for R7800 on two tanks, I poured diesel to go and load In Lichtenburg in North west, the truck drove all the way to the loading site on its it started to jack a bit but my driver had to continue because it was carrying...
