He said anywhere Sharaf DG I can go post sales complaints and within 7 days they will refund the money if any defect and after 7 days 6 months warranty for repair anywhere in UAE.
when i called customer service they refused to change or refund the money .
First time I got information that it is a clearance sale, my salesman did not tell me he is going to give me the used old laptop
customer service said it is clearance sale they will not refund or they will not give new laptop.
This is real cheating they told new laptop and selling old used laptop

I buy an iphone 7 plus to sharaf dg mall of qatar, yesterday may 10 2017, I told to the sales associate that I want to see the color and after that he show me those available color, I choose the white gold, and after that he give me the iphone, I did not notice that he gave me a rose gold color, because im in a hurry, first of all im a man, and I dont want that color because its for women. I dont know if they can exchange it or not.. if they will exchange it, I will be very happy.

Hi..this is Pavan. I purchased Samsung Galaxy A5 2017 model phone in Sharaf-DG at Muscat Grand Mall. At that time there was an offer i.e, a neon flip case, a power-bank and a sim-card free with that purchase of the phone. So as i thought that was a nice offer..I purchased the phone. and after purchase the sales person told that they dont have stock and asked us to collect the phone case in 2 days. but after 2 days they said they still they dont have stock...like that almost 3 weeks passed and they said the same ..NO STOCK..in the meanwhile as the phone have no flip cover ..it slipped from my hand and screen cracked. I took that phone to the Samsung authorized service center..they are demanding almost half the price of the phone..i.e, 60 OMR..The phone price is 125 OMR..If I got the flip-cover on time ..this wouldn't have happened. Who will take the responsibility for the damage..If there is no offer..i would have purchased the flip cover immediately at some other place...Please kindly respond to this..i hereby attach the invoice ..

requested installment for 18 Months. Tv price 1599 and additoinally paid 142 for flexi plan conversion but it is not happend and from the ADCB statement is generated for settling 1742.91. So please revert on piroirty. i need to settled the bank before 30th

After pre ordering and requested to make FULL payment in advance to take delivery of Samsung S8 with assurance that I can collect it the following monday. I receive a call from the IBN Battuta branch on Saturday 15th informing me that it's arrived an ready to collect. Upon arriving to the store, I am advised that they do not have the phone and give me a excuse that Samsung had not delivered the phone, when in fact the person on the phone confirmed that he had the phone in store! after speaking with the manager and the sales person and customer service, it was a wasted effort with an autonomous response lacking empathy and support for customer service.
The wait for my phone continues!

I had purchased a HP Pavilion Notebook from Sharaf DG Gitex, Dubai on 31-March-2017. When I tried to set up the new Laptop, it seems that the laptop was locked and was asking for an Username and Password to login. Moreover the keyboard was set to UK keyboard. I called up the customer care at Sharaf DG Diera city centre, Dubai to enquire about this and they suggested to bring the laptop to them. I took the laptop to them the customer care and they redirected me to a HP tech specialist. The lady told me that she can reformat the lap for me. I was not happy in reformatting a new laptop which I got. Finally she took me back to the customer service. After a series of discussion from their end, they decided to replace the laptop for me but they wanted the box. I had carried my laptop, chargers and all papers inside the box but did not carry the box. They refused me to give the new laptop untill I provide them the box. I suggested that deliver the new laptop at my house I can return the old box to them nor pay my travel expenses I can return the box to you or I can give you the box of the new laptop to them. They did not agree to any. So I told the guy I wanted to talk to the Manager, he took me to the Manager cabin and he was not available there. Finally the guy took me to their cabin, and another lady came and agreed that they can give you the laptop but they will not give me the new box. I replied her I had told this to him before and he did not agree for this and how come this is possible for you now. She also replied me that untill I return the old box, that will effect the warranty of my new laptop!

Sharaf DG has been advertising that if a customer finds a product is sold cheaper in any other store, they will discount the product to be below the price found and by the same difference.
I intended to buy a MacBook Pro from their store at time square mall on Sheikh Zayed Road and was surprised to note they sold it at 12% higher than at Apple Store. I showed the quotation and compared the specification line by line but they came up with a thousand executes and would not honour their advertisement. Their advertisement is a lie and they simply count that no one actually checks or follows up when they put up obstacles to complaining.

I bought a new samsung galaxy s7 on 22 feb 2017, from last few days I am facing problem. After screen lock its totally getting unresponsive or black screen...
If I go to replace my phone sure they will say that it will be replace within 7 days only. And if I keep my phone with them they will send it to service center then again it will take 5-6 days of time to get it resolve.
It is my first and worst experience with sharaf dg.

Please think twice if you want to visit the UAE. I have the following bad experiences. I bought a DELL Laptop from Sharaf DG (the biggest electronic shop in the UAE!) and I was given worldwide warranty. When I tried to use it, I noticed it was a used laptop and the touch pad didn't work properly. After many effords (Tel + Emails) I was able to sent it back for repair to Sharaf DG. But they sent it back without doing anything and in addition they lost the cable and charger. Since then I have had no answer from Sharaf DG. The salesman was from Philippines. I am not able to use it, that means I lost all my money.
Please please don't do any shopping in this RUBISH COMPANY, which is cheating the travellers.

I bought an Apple Air 2 from Mushrif branch against 1499 with a free gift which is a headset. Sharaf DG promise says that you have the right to claim a price difference if you find the item somewhere else for a less price. I found the same item at Carrefour for ony 1299 AED. I claimed the price difference but I was completely disappointed by the worst customer service ever. The staff there said we are not giving you free items. I discovered that I have been charged 299 for the so-called free gift. I asked the lady that I want to see the duty manager for this issue. She said this is not possible because the manager is busy now and it is final as she represents the manager according to what she said. I will return this item tomorrow and I will not be hesitant in writing a couple of blogs in Arabic and English warning potential customers about the fake offers advertised by this shop.

I bought a laptop from Sharaf DG and as usual whenever I am buying anything from there they are offering extended warranty which I am always taking. But this is first time something broke and I get to see their after sell service. My laptop keyboard suddenly stopped working hence I gave for repair as it was covered under warranty after 1 week I received a call informing that I have to pay for repair since keyboard is an accessory and they are not covered under warranty, when I asked them why they are not informing about it when they are selling the extended warranty I was told very rudely that I should check before buying something it's not their fault. Anyhow lessons learned not to buy anything from Sharaf DG
surplus payment not refunded

Extra payment had been deducted from my account due to Sharaf DG sales representative claiming that the payment had not been made and thereby deducting 259 AED for the second time for a single purchase. Payment was deducted twice. It has been almost 2 months and no response. If the payment is not deposited back I would be compelled to raise it to the consumer to the department of Economic development in the consumer rights.

After sales is totally useless, nobody pick up at the phone if you look for an update so I Had to follow up with Samsung directly.

My Samsung charging gear fit stopped charging... with still warranty. They told me that 3 to 5 days to rectify the problem.
Well from the day they received it they took them three weeks to just even take a look at it! Another week later I got an call stating sorry the repair takes to long.
When I all the service holiness I am constantly given new ticket numbers with promise a special department will call me back withing 24 to 48 hours! Didn't get a yet. So no device and no phone calls! I am so frustrated never again Samsung.

This is worst experience with sharaf dg(Ras al khaimah, Naeem mall).when I am looking for apple se 16GB (space gray), Sales person Mr. osama told me there is no space gray color available.after he checked in the system ok will get it with in 2 days from another branch.then I made payment that day itself and he told me once get it u will receive a call from customer care.i didn't get any call, then I went to sharaf after 2 days, he told me that color is not available take another color.when if he tell that day itself I will go other shop will get it same color.i cannot explain anything more.i am giving to ur opinion. how will make the bill without product.this is correct way.this is the worst experience in my life.i know u cannot take any action but I would like to inform u .anyway i filled the complaint form and dropped in the box.i think so it will not come to you.bye

31 of agust I was in sharaf dg in "deira city center" loking for new wearless earphones. I was loking for philips but sales asistante assured me that earphones "eklasse" is much better and when he gave me to test the sound this earphone, he broke one infront of me. I asked him: "is it happend to every earphone of this model?" he answer: "you know actualy it is hapend at firs time and even if it will happend you have one year warrancy so you can change it or return it back".
So I belive this guy and bouth this earphone.
But after 1 week of using earphone for 20-30 minites every day it get broke same way as it was broken in store by sales assistante right infront of me. 17 of septenber I went to sharaf dg to return it back and they said to me that : "earphone are damaged and this is not fault of sharaf dg so they can't take it back'. I tell them the word of sales assistant that they can change it or return me my money. They said" it's lie but they need to confirm with sales assistant and if what he said to me it's truth they will give my money back'. They said they will call me back when sails assistan will come on the duty after couple of hours. But till today I didn't resive any calls from sharaf dg.
I'm wery disapointed of shoping in sharaf dg. I'm disapointed of lies by sales assistant just to upsell something. And disapointed of your customer servise they promise that they will call me back but they did't do it. I cant belive that such a big company bild they business on lies.

Myself mr. wasim dhopawkar resident of bahrain, cpr# [protected], holder of citi bank citi life credit card been purchased samsung note 5 phone through my citi bank credit card from sharaf dg, ramli mall, kingdom of bahrain on 17th june, 2016. at the time of purchase, I have been informed that payment shall be on 6 months monthly emi installment basis from my credit card, whilst my credit card was charged with full amount bd 189.990. I have also signed the emi form for 6 months at the time of purchase at the cashier counter.
The invoice# si/b00359/rm1/160617/0043 dated 17 june 2016.
I have received my citi bank credit card bill by 10th of july and it does not shows emi to be paid this months, instead it shows the entire amount to be paid by end of this month.
Please could you check this issue with your good office and arrange to regularize my monthly installments emi for my purchase.

By far the worst service ever! I have never been as disappointed as when dealing with Sharaf DG, and I never had to call customer service to complain as much! this is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable especially after learning that Sharaf DG will not even attempt to correct their actions. I bought my TV from Sharaf DG Dubai Mall on the first week of June 2016 froma salesman who provided me with half the information, and then when asked to fix the device ONE WEEK after delivery the technicians claim that the device is only sound for android devices, and moreover start making calls because they are clueless on how to answer my questions. Legally, customers have the right to receive fully functional devices, otherwise have then replaced or have their money refunded.
I want Sharaf DG to replace my Smart TV with a functional one from another brand and I will pay the difference.
