I ordered Flowers and Berries as a birthday gift for a close friend. The flowers were delivered but the chocolate covered berries were not. They sent me a picture of a box being delivered but not the berries. When I checked on their website, the site said the berries are “In Transit" and that was over a month ago! Having been a long time customer, I believed I would be contacted if the berries were never delivered.
When I did contact Shari's Berries, I was told the order was old and "In transit" meant nothing. They will not give me a credit even if I want to use it for ordering more flowers and berries at that time.
With that response, I ordered my flowers and berries from another company.
Recommendation: I had a great business relationship with Shari's Berries. I enjoyed how their flowers were delivered as ordered and when I needed them. The issue is, when I did not get what I ordered! The chat line customer service was all I had to resolve this issue and they made me believe that I should take my long time business with them somewhere else and I did!
Reach out again to the Shari's Berries and mention the previous communication about the berries that were never delivered saying that you are requesting a full refund or a credit for the undispatched item. If the issue is still not resolved, ask to be transferred to a supervisor or customer service manager.
