I purchased this item for myself and my wife during the Christmas 2022 timeframe. I purchased the item at the Belk Department Store in Wilmington, NC (Independence Mall) using my Belk Credit Card.
A few months ago when we tried to recharge the item the charging cord would not stay in the massager. We can no longer recharge the massager.
I called Customer Service for Sharper Image and was told the item is still under warranty but I needed a "Proof of Purchase" receipt. I have searched all my credit card purchases I made with my Belk Credit Card during the Christmas time period. I purchased several items at the time, but on the credit card record it aggregated all the purchases under "General Merchandise". I have called Belk and even when into the store with the box it came in plus my credit card. Belk has no records since it has been over 6 months. I do not have my receipt from the time of the purchase.
Request an exception for me to return this item for a new item (same or similar model).
Desired outcome: Return the Sharper Image POWERBOOST FLEX Pivot Percussion Massager Model 1015792 for an exchange of the same or similar item.
When can I expect to be informed on the resolution of the broken product?
