ORD510686139 When I ordered the price was $95.00 (approx) and I tried to order a gift bag (1) at $6.95. I also enter one of the coupon codes offered to reduce freight cost. I reviewed my order and it showed a total cost of $112.00 - $116.00 as I remember. Shortly after that I received an e-mail confirmation which I reviewed within minutes of receiving. The confirmation showed a product price of $119.00 (approx) and three gift bags. And a total price of $142.00 (approx). I immediately contacted customer service to cancel the order.
Customer Service to ask for more information which I sent. Another day passed an I was informed the item had shipped and it was to late to cancel.
When the order arrived I only received the table tray for the laptop and no gift bags.
Desired outcome: I would like to receive credit for the three gift bags that I didn't receive and the difference between the price offered and the price charged.
Heated Fog-Free Shower Mirror Item #205234
I purchased 2 mirrors but not on the same day. First order ORD509233090 was defective. It was leaking from the flex hose and not from the fittings. I called and they said they would send a replacement and to trash what we had. We received the replacement within days. This had the exact issues as the first. I notified them and they refunded my order of $134.81 and I was satisfied.
So, we hooked up the 2nd order (ORD509209398) and, once again, had the same defective part (flex hose). I was told to return this so they could inspect it to find out what was causing the issue at hand. They sent me a link to print the label but instead the link had a virus attached. So, they mailed the label with a letter. It stated if the reason for return is due to a defective item, customer would not have to pay shipping. They are not standing on their word. They are making me pay the $24. It is not my fault they kept sending faulty merchandise and I don't feel I should pay for shipping.
Desired outcome: I want $24.06 refunded to my form of payment since they wrote this in their letter addressed to me. If needed I can send a video as well

Sharper Image Powerboost Deep Tissue Massager
I have had by massager for 6 months. Had to start using it two times a day for the last 3 weeks due to a lower back sprain. Everything was working just fine until two days ago. It will not turn on at all. I have left it charging overnight to see if that will work. The lights are green but once I unplug it, no lights come on. I have tried everything. It still does not come on. Nothing happens. I'm not sure what to do at this point. Attempted to go to the website and call the number provided, still nothing.
Desired outcome: I just want a working massager. I don't want to have to pay for another one.
I am experiencing the same issue with mine. When I plug it in, the white light comes on indicating it is fully charged, however, once I unplug it, I am unable to get the device to turn on or even light up at all. I have used my device maybe twice. This is extremely disappointing and past the 30 day return, so I am just out of luck.
The deep tissue power massager shows a fully charged battery, but wont turn on. It seems their lifespan is about a year...crap product

First off, the unit ever worked. I'm returning it. After charging the battery, etc. the red light went off after a short while.
I followed all of the instructions, but never saw ANYTHING on the screen.
The SIM card had to be CRAMMED into its slot, then it was almost impossible to remove it, even with tweezers. Can't you TEST your SIM cards and slots for easy use before shipping out an item?
The customer service person I talked to did not know how to pronounce "Oregon". Why can't all of your phone people be trained to pronounce state name correctly? That seems like a pretty logical and practical thing to do, don't you think? She pronounced "Oregon" as "Origin". OH GOD HELP US!

Last week I purchased Sharper Image a red suit case for a trip to Las Vegas. I felt so fortunate to find a Sharper Image item at Ross, it was sure to bring me luck. The suit case functioned well at the airport and in the hotel lobby. We had to walk across the casino to get to the room elevators. Once the wheels hit the carpeted area it would not roll, I inspected the wheels to see if anything was stuck, nothing was stuck and it would still not roll smoothly. I had to drag the heavy suitcase a very long distance which resulted in a painful right hip injury which kept me in the hotel the entire trip, so sad. I could not go shopping or visit other hotels in Las Vegas. I realize I will not get a refund since I removed the tags, but you must fix the wheel system on your suitcases so they can roll on carpet. It looks like the wheels are too small so that the suitcase sinks into the carpet and the wheel housing then prevents the wheels from working properly. Please fix it so other vacations are not ruined like mine.

Hello, so I ordered these night vision binoculars and the first time I go to charge them I try to plug in the charger and the inner mechanics just “fell” into the inside of the binoculars! Extra large weighted heating pad
I purchased the weighted heat pad approximately two months ago when I saw the ad on TV. My husband and I are seniors on limited income but we thought the item would be worth the high price for my husband’s bad back. It was great at first but then we had problems with it staying on for more then a few minutes and yesterday it quit totally.
I would be happy to send it back but I’m concerned the postage would be quite high, as I said our income is Social Security.

I have received two refunds but it is bow February 4th and I am still waiting for my last refund.

Foot Therapy Pad
I ordered the Foot Therapy Pad for my spouse for Christmas. The device is useless. The remote does not work. If the product is turned on manually, it turns off after a few minutes. The functions do not operate. This is an overall waste. I've tried calling several times, only to get disconnected. I will never purchase another product from Sharper Image.

On November 27, 2021 I purchased the Sharper Image Powerboost Deep Tissue Massager as a birthday gift for a high level executive from a Bed Bath & Beyond Store, 4350 Summit Plaza Drive, Louisville, Kentucy 40241. Store #390
Upon opening the gift it was revealed that on the box there is a typographical error. There is an icon on the box indicating noise and next to the icon the words read: "Quite Drive". Obviously, the words should read: "Quiet Drive". I was thorougly embarrassed as everyone at the party thought I had purchased a second-rate, bargain discounted gift at a thrift store. I was mortified as were all the guests at the party.
How could a company such as yours allow such a mistake to occur? There is nothing "Sharper" about this image. What I thought would be an impressive gift for an executive of our company ended up being a total embarrassment.
I respectfully request a full refund of the money I paid for the gift with additional compensation for the embarrassment suffered.

I purchased two of the above items and have the receipt from Penneys in the mark down area. After setting them up, they both did ok for a day with the charging on top for the cell phone for about one day. We have tried different phones and none work. the remainder of settings seem to be ok.. I gave one as a gift and the boxes were destroyed but as stated before have the receipts. I purchased this pillow hoping it would help me to sleep after recent cosmetic surgery. Unfortunately due to the composition and hardness of the foam which the pillow is made of, and the position I had to sleep in while using the pillow which puts a lot of excess pressure under my chin, I woke to experience tremendous neck pain similar to a muscle pull. While trying to return the pillow immediately I was informed it is a "personal item" which cannot be returned. No where in the ad for the pillow did I read that it cannot be returned and this is very upsetting due the large expense incurred. When a company such as Sharper Image won't stand behind an expensive product and offer customer satisfaction, it speaks volumes about their core values. My order (#ORD502252369) - I attempted to cancel this order the same day that I submitted this order but was told I only had a 25minute window and that I was beyond that window using the "Chat" option. Then I began the process of getting a return label. This order was made Jan 8/9 and shipped 1/11 and delivered 1/12. When trying the recommended online return center they say they cannot find my order . There are 3 options to find an order and all of them return a "Cannot Find Your Order". The wait times for calling Customer Service are always in excess of 45 minutes.
Desired outcome: Return of the order without charges and a full refund of my payment.

Sharper Image advertises "free return." Here is my experience. After waiting 95 minutes on hold, I was finally connected. I had gone online to print out my return authorization for the item, which was in the catalog listed as $99.99. The "return authorization" said it would refund me $89.99, minus $15.95 for "shipping refund, " minus $7.95 for "return shipping." The total they would return to me was $49.96 on a purchase of over $100.00 ($7.86 for sales tax."
After 95 minutes on the phone, the rep said she would refund $99.99 and send me an email confirming the discussion. Three hours later I still have not received the email confirmation I requested. I printed the shipping label and am waiting for her email. If I bought it at Target, I would bet the full refund. If I brought it online from them, I could expect a refund of $49.96 on a $99.00 purchase. Never again!
