Sheplers I am AMAZED

I am AMAZED. I spent the week ordering gifts for my fianc? and wedding party; this was the last thing I ordered and the first thing I got! I was really nervous after seeing some bad reviews and being unable to track it at first, but from order to ship date, it was less than a week! Beautiful suede coat for my future hubby; we will definitely be repeat customers!

Sheplers Love my boots!

When I was reading some of these reviews I was a little nervous about my purchase. But I gave it a try and I am glad I did. I ordered 2 pairs of boots and love them. One of the pairs is a little darker than I thought but for the price I wouldnt return them and go through all that I will just order another pair. And come on people who complained about delivery around the holidays, give the company a break they were busy. I would definitely buy again shipping was super fast.

Sheplers Very surprised at the price and speed I received my order!

I ordered a pair of boots on a Saturday afternoon and received them them following Wednesday. I did pay for the 3 day shipping but after reading the review I was worried it would take weeks to get them. I saved about a hundred bucks going through them and I'm very happy I did. The boots were exactly what I ordered and fit perfectly. I would recommend sheplers to anyone wanting to get a quality product at a fraction of the price. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about.

Sheplers Good communication great postage

I ordered my boots about a month ago within a day or two I received an email saying that the boots I ordered were on back order because they didn't have my size. So I called the international number and spoke to them they were extremely helpful in assisting when u would be expecting them to be instock, we kept in contact and I was given an estimate date, then I received an email that my item had turned up to their warehouse within 5 days including the weekend I received my order from America delivered to Australia, I called multiple times so I don't understand how everyone has been having issues unless they haven't been calling the right number.

Sheplers Out standing CSR's and quality products!

In the past month I have placed several orders, I spoke to 4 diffrent ladies, Diana, Julia, Connie and Angela all 4 ladies are the best in customer service. Placing orders on the web is fine but I think I will continue to call in my orders when it comes to Sheplers! Outside the CSR experience I have bought 2 Stetson hats and so far love the first one and will be receiving the second soon, both have been bought during Sheplers clearance sales and at a good price. I recommend people to spend a little more money for a better quality, Sheplers has the quality you want! I hope the picture puts a face to the voice.

Sheplers Good Service, on time

So after reading all of these Reviews on how terrible this site is, I was really second guessing my purchase from them, but they had the best price on the boots I wanted to buy compared to here in Canada. And I must say I am not disappointed whatsoever in their service and shipping, I had ordered these boots Monday evening shipped them overnight air and got them Wednesday morning. I had called their customer service line to confirm my order because there was no way of verifying this on their website do to the fact that I was not logged in when I purchased the boots ( which is really the only negative I have), the customer service rep I had was great he told me when my order was processed and when I was going to get it.

All in all I would buy from this site again.

Sheplers ABSOLUTELY PERFECT LONGHORNS

I was a bit skeptical when I ordered the Texas Longhorns because I didn't know anyone that had ordered them. However; I've done business with SHEPLERS since I was a Kid and I'm now OLD and I've never had a negative experience with SHEPLERS through all these 50 years, or more. I always shopped there when I lived in Dallas.
The information about them said they would be 48" to 60" long and mine are exactly 60". The Mounting is absolutely EXCELLENTLY done and the Suede and Leather and Rope couldn't be any better and Authentically Old West; and the Longhorns are just unbelievably Magnificent! They are in perfect condition and I'm so proud that I bought them for the price that was just surprisingly low and affordable.
I put these in my Old West Room and I'm ordering another set for our covered Front Porch!
I would recommend these "Longhorns" to anyone; especially in Texas! Texans are very proud!

Sheplers Love the wrangler jeans, great international service

I live in Central Victoria, Australia. Can get wrangler jeans, but very expensive.
Found Sheplers to be great value. Even with the exchange rate to Aus. Dollars.
However when I read all the negative reviews I was very hesitant to place my order.
Which consisted of 4 pairs of ladies wrangler jeans Then I searched other US sites
To compare prices and if they ship to Aus.
Sheplers still came out on top for price and postage.
Still I couldn't decide if it was worth risking the parcel arriving.
Upon comparing the prices to what I can get here in Aus. (I've saved more than $100. Even after exchange rate & postage).
So I bit the bullet o & ordered them
A week after I placed the order they arrived today on my doorstep.
So yes they are couriered once hit Aussie.
I will say if you're contemplating ordering on line. Try on jeans in a local store first
To get sizing as they are a bit smaller than Aussie sizing.
All up very impressed with Shepler and would order again.

Sheplers my order

To whom it may concern,
My name is Amanda Haupt, and I am completely disappointed with my order that I have place with you.
I have been wanting to buy a pair of Q Baby Booty Up Wranglers for a long time, as my friend recommended that they were an amazing pair of jeans.
I had finally saved enough to buy something from you, researched the sizing, and made an order.
I ordered 2 pairs of Q Baby Booty Up Wranglers, and some women's tops.
When the order came, I was appalled at the quality of your items. The jeans back pockets are not placed on symmetrically, being that they are different spacing on each side from the middle seam. Like they are just slapped on, both jeans.
The women's tops, like I said, I had researched sizing and even contacted you vial email, to confirm measurements.
I placed my order with size large women's tops for all of them.
When they came, they were so varied in size that I literally am only able to keep 2 tops. 2 of the tops came in a size small, which I clearly did not order.
I want to return my complete order, minus the 2 tops that I can actually keep, with free shipping.
I wait for your response, and if not satisfied, will take matters further.

Sheplers men’s fr jeans

My grandmother in law purchased my husband a pair of FR jeans and the zipper wouldn't stay zipped the first day he wore them. We talked about reporting it but my grandmother washed the jeans so they wouldnt be filthy from my husband job (he's a welder) not knowing this wasn't aloud if they were going to be returned and she spent a pretty penny on these jeans. We have bought 20 pairs over the last two years and never had a problem with the zipper. We wanted to exchange the pants considering she paid so much for them but the lady she spoke to said they couldn't except the jeans. Why should we pay so much for these jeans if the zipper doesn't even work?

Sheplers I don't find it fair

Tell me, do you think it's fair enough?
Many of the items that are offered by the website are unavailable for purchasing, however, you can easily put it in your cart and pay for it, and only by chance you can find out that your item was always out of stock. Certainly, it's a big question whether you get your item or not. Probably, you won't, because they don't sell it anymore. It's a big issue for them, they have to fix it. Charging money for something you're not going to provide is called a scam.

Sheplers I just want my money back

Not impressed, to be honest.
I purchased Circle G Tan Embroidered Dragonfly Cowgirl Boots - Square Toe for its original price (now it's $132, I bought for $195) two months ago.
Still haven't received them.
Moreover, the order wasn't even shipped. To my logical question why their customer service answers that the boots were out of stock at the moment of ordering and they are still unavailable.
I can't wait for that long and I would like to get my money back. Unfortunately, my requires are being ignored.
I really am tired of playing this game. It should be stopped sooner or later.

Sheplers still waiting information on shipment on order #4983722

Order Received and confirmed Oct. 19, 2017. Two Items so far received at different times, no packing slip included for returns or exchanges. Finally received update on Montana Silversmith earrings today, Nov. 2nd, advising delayed shipmen later this month, No word whatsoever on item #284G42, Cowboy Prayer Leather Bible Cover.

Total amount for order has been charged to my Visa Credit Card, for all items ordered at the time order itself was received, including those not shipped. Those missing items should not have been charged until actually shipped as interest accrues immediately. This is the standard policy of all my other on line accounts.

Sheplers Beware. It's a scam!

It would be funny if it wasn't so sad.
I was scrolling down their actions and saw the one promising the fast shipping within several hours plus nice low prices. I thought I shouldn't lose this chance and ordered an item.
It's been 4 weeks and the item hasn't been shipped yet. To my question "what the hell is going on here" they only answer that my order is on backorder and they can't do anything, their website was overwhelmed by customers and they didn't have enough items for everyone. Nice excuse, but why don't you get your stuff together and stop making stupid excuses?
Or there's one more way: refund everything and I will forgive you. Unfortunately, they refused to do it as well.
Well, I am sure that this website is a scam. Judging by their actions and treatment only. No items, no money. SCAM.

Sheplers They stole my money

I bought a dress. The confirmation email contained information about the shipping. It said that the order will be shipped within a wee. Ok, that's fast.
But it's been a month and the order is still in their warehouse, not shipped. I phoned them and heard nothing that could be the truth. They either don't know or tell me that it will be shipped tomorrow.
Please, stop lying to me and admit you stole my money. I guess that's the only thing you can do like professionals...

Sheplers wrong merchandise and bad service

I ordered a pair of embellished jeans from them. Not only did they send me the cross pocket jeans instead of the Fleur-de-lis ones I ordered, but they were completely unsympathetic to the issues their mistake caused. When I stated that I live abroad and needed them to be shipped to my overseas address to make the mistake right because my vacation was at an end and I had no time to receive a new pair before my departure, I was told to wear the wrong jeans and return them on my next trip home, keep them for a measly ten percent discount, or simply return them and wait for the new pair. Wearing them or keeping them until my next trip home months later would cause me to be unable to return them per their site's return policy. Terrible advice and service. It's a shame because they have many beautiful items to sell. And unfortunately they are owned by Boot Barn which also owns Country Outfitters. I feel inspired to search the ends of the earth to buy the product from another source under different ownership.

Sheplers Unauthorized credit card charges

I love the boots I got from Sheplers but I don't like the fact that Sheplers is trying to make me pay for them twice. I paid for them on 2/23 and then they charged my card again on 3/11 . They are trying to tell me 2/23 was just an authorization and 3/11 was actual removal. WRONG they were both removed and I sent them proof so I am being charged 197.32 for a 85.71 pair of boots. I have been fighting with them sense 3/11 to give me back my 98.66 and they are refusing.

Sheplers Terrible site!

To be honest I am very disappointed with Sheplers and I will not buy from them again. I bought a pair of boots from their store and few days after I paid I received a confirmation message and notification that my order was shipped. Unfortunately I did not receive it and later I got another message that my order was cancelled because boots were no longer available!
I contacted Sheplers and asked what was going on, because I could not understand anything. First they said that order was sent then they suddenly cancelled it. Customer service rep did not explain anything and only said that I'll be getting a refund soon. Still no sign of my money. Terrible site!

Sheplers Website shipping

I need tall pants and found them on the Sheplers site.
Finding out the shipping charges is difficult on the site (lower part of page in small print) and border charge estimates are non-existent. I am used to putting in my address in order to find out the shipping charges, and when I did this on Sheplers, I found that I had purchased the pants automatically.
I quickly emailed the company, and received a reply the next day that did not provide any resolution to the problem.
I am unimpressed!

Sheplers Terrible Customer Service

I made an order and after I paid I received a confirmation message and a tracking number. I waited patiently but weeks passed and there was no sign of my order. I decided to track my order. When I entered the tracking number it said that my order was delivered. I contacted Sheplers and told them that I did not receive anything and asked them what to do, I was expecting some help and support from them. Their rep said that it was not their problem and said that I need to contact the shipping company. Sheplers is absolutely ridiculous! These people are lazy, unprofessional and customer unfriendly. Avoid!

Sheplers Smoky mountain boots

I ordered a pair of boots in red. I waited about 2 weeks for delivery. When they finally arrived, I discovered Shepler's had sent me blue instead of red. I contacted them. No apology from Shepler's, they just told me told me I would have to do an exchange and wait 2-3 weeks after they received the return package for them to process my exchange. They did not offer me free postage, however, I requested this given it was not my fault. I returned the boots using their label, the slowest shipping method. I then got an email saying boots had been received and my case was being processed. I waited without any word from Sheplers. I then called them to check on my case and they told me they had processed a refund instead as the boots (which I had bought at their sale price) were discontinued and out of stock. These boots had been available via Ebay & Amazon when I ordered from Sheplers for about $10 more than the Shepler's sale price. They are no longer available at any of these retailers.

Everybody I dealt with or spoke to at Sheplers was either rude or plain unhelpful. I wasted a lot of time and energy on this case, only to get to this result. Customer service did not even offer me a gift card or something as a good gesture. I will never buy from Sheplers ever again. Very, very poor customer service.

Sheplers Severely overpriced cheap product with bad return policy

Bought a horseshoe wall decor from them (http://www.sheplers.com/Lucky-Horse-Co-To-The-Moon-and-Back-Horseshoe-Wall-Deco... It looked so nice on the website, but when it arrived I was so very disappointed. On the website image it looks like they have wood pieces on the side and copper tags at the bottom. WRONG. All the flat decors are printed papers except for the center silhouette piece, which was also cheaply made.

The only real materials they used are 1 horseshoe, some plastic beads, a (probably premade) metal-like flower (from some crafts store maybe), and a few pieces of patterned papers. And they charge all this for $30? Really?

And worse still, when I looked up their return policy, they are charging "a little" $10 for return handling? I'm still trying to figure out if that's on top of shipping cost. Other companies sometimes do this with a provided shipping slip, which is understandable, but I've never seen companies charge a $10 handling fee for returns. This is robbery.

Sheplers Not a trustworthy company

Received very small shoes and requested an exchange for a bigger size. They gave me a run around and refused to replace. Argued with Sheplers support for a long time and finally they agreed to refund my money. I sent the wrong shoes back and even paid for the return shipping. Later I was told that Sheplers received the shoes and that my refund will be issued any time soon, but I still haven't got my money. Hope they'll keep their promise.

Sheplers Terrible experience

I have ordered a lot of things from Sheplers and they shipped everything in separate packages. When I opened my packages I was very disappointed because some items were damaged and few were missing! Immediately contacted Sheplers customer service and they promised to replace the damage ones and ship the missing ones. But all that they told me was nothing but an empty promise and they did absolutely nothing to help! Never again!

Sheplers Customer Service/Shipping/Sizing

Only one of three shirts ordered arrived here and it was smaller than sized. Three phone calls to Sheplers inquiring about the whereabouts of the other two got me nowhere. The first two reps said there was nothing they could do to help. Asked for a manager the third time and he said he would track them and call me back; never received callback. Shirts were in transit over a month and ended up delivered back to Sheplers instead of to us. Will never do business with them again -- they don't care about the customer.

Sheplers Don't trust them!

This company is a scam. I bought a bedding set for my daughter from Sheplers. It was back in December. Before making an order I contacted customer service. I was told that my order would arrive 5 days before Christmas. Christmas came and went, but the package still hadn't arrived. I called and emailed them, I even tried to cancel the order, but everything was useless. Two weeks ago a package finally showed up on my porch. I was extremely happy, but later I received a message from Sheplers and they told me to ship it back with their label. I asked why and they said that about a month ago I cancelled the order and they shipped it by mistake. Well, I will keep the package, because they say that I cancelled the order, but I never received any refunds.

Sheplers Horrifying experience.

I wanted to buy a new pair of shoes and found something really good looking on Sheplers website. I made an order, but they charged my credit card for two pairs ($500 each)! I immediately called the company, but the line was busy. Then I sent them a message and also received no answer. The next day I tried to call again and finally someone picked up the phone. I explained the situation and told that I wanted only one pair of shoes. The lady on the phone told that the problem would be fixed and the money placed back into my bank. Several days passed and they placed the $500 back, but also took out $100. Later they took another $100 without asking me. Now I need to change my bank account and Sheplers just lost another customer!
