Shopee review: Expired sausage

I ordered sausage through shoppe it came with a label stating the sausage was 11 months past the expiration date. I requested a refund, I sent them a video of me opening the box and a picture of the label stating it was 11 months past the expiration date, they told me they needed more evidence ...what more can I possibly send them

We would like to inform you that your request has been cancelled by Shopee because the shipping evidence submission is overdue.

If you wish to continue with the request, please re-submit the Return/Refund request with the evidence required by 11.00 PM on the same date you received this email. (If the buyer do not resubmit return refund request within Shopee guarantee on Shopee application with evidence, the system will automatically transfer the money to the seller)

Please provide the order number and the shop name clearly. Please attached the evidence for follow up and checking ;

• Return shipping slip (From shipping service)

• Picture/video before returning the seller.

• Proof of return (front of package)

Note:

1.) Order SN and the shop name should be clearly mentioned on the parcel so that Shopee could proceed with the next step.

2.) If the requirement cannot be done within the deadline, Shopee will proceed the next step to end of the dispute.
