I want to complain about this China seller on Shopee Singapore that sell lousy products.
The China seller uses live stream to sell jade and gemstones! It operates as hujiachuanmei. Sg and is known as 四會市霍甲文化傳媒有限公司.
This lousy channel sell lousy chipped pearls of inferior quality and have the cheek to say that it is direct factory sales!
Design is old fashioned, dated and the pearls drop off in no time!
I asked the host who is known as Kai 凯 about why the pearls are substandard, and he humiliated and insulted me live on air in the channel!
He claimed that if I am not happy, he will refund me from my own pocket and literally yelled at me to get out from his channel and not obstruct his business!
This rude seller only sells to his regulars at cheap prices and digs at other users, selling them inferior quality items and hurling insults at him!
Do not understand why some of the buyers still call him a "national treasure" when he is obviously a "national disgrace"!

What happens if your jade got chip or quality issue?
They can simply ignore you, transact outside Shopee at your own risk! They using other methods to collect money, which mean you bear the responsibility if anything happened!

They won’t send you the items and they will also keep asking you to pay via WeChat pay!

They used to sell on Shopee Singapore, but now they want to bypass Shopee and sell via Facebook!
They still switch on their Shopee LIVE and tell the Shopee buyers to contact their customer service for link to Facebook to deal!
Shopee Singapore not doing anything to ban their account for getting customer to transact outside Shopee.
Do not fall for the trick, their host, Kai 凯the panda national treasure is a scheming one! All the sweet talk is nonsense! He just wants to sell you a lousy piece of substandard cracked jade at high prices!
The 14k gold they sell is all gold plate and colour fade very easily!
Lousy pearl jewellery all drop easily, and they will tell you to use super glue to glue back!
