I called several times in your customer service hotline since Monday and they only told me they will make a report to follow up. But until now no uldate on the status. My customer is veru frustrated because of delayed delivery and poor service of lbc.

I need to withdraw my funds in shopee wallet but they cant help me verify my account. I need the money for dialysis. This is emergency situation and my life is on the line. Shopee process sucks. They could not give prioritg to those in need. This is life and death situation and they pretend to care but they are not doing any action.

The seller, seems like, does not speak native language which make it difficult for him/her to understand a simple request to refund the difference between the order items vs delivered items.
Refund was not processed and the customer assistance personnel is ignoring me.

What's happening to Shopee? I ordered two products more than a week ago from LOCAL STORES in Metro Manila and still haven't received anything. No updates of movement of my parcels being shown to my app for many days now either. There are no available live agents either. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN SHOPEE. JUST SHUT DOWN YOUR BUSINESS, F*** THEM!
Shopee has failed to pick up the refund item for the 3rd time...
1st pickup : 16th Feb
2nd pickup : 19th Feb
4th pickup : 24th Feb
All of these, no one pick it up. The service level is at an unacceptable level. Look at the screenshots for the evidence that shopee is really a poor service provider when it comes to return/refund.

I received twice notification regarding payment on dec. What has happend actually. 2nd notification received was the same amount of my spaylater bill
The remote control was sent and not working on receipt. I have spoken with Shopee but they refunded me 50% and I am stuck with a remote that doesn't work I consider that as theft!
The seller has agreed a full refund but Shopee are not communicating.
My phone cant login in shoppe it says, my device is banned due to violation of community rules that i am not aware of.

Countless times it delayed and didn;'t deliver and kept postponing over the years. I would personally boycott any seller using Ninjavan even today 13/6/2023 Ninjavan delayed my parcel 3rd attempt even blame the customer saying unavailable (nonsense! they never called or even delicer my tiny earphone to postbox, easy)
It is scheduled to be delivered at least today (30/6/2023) but my product does not move. Its last tracking was on 28/6. It stays where it is for a very long time. I need to leave my house by 2/7/2023 and the product i buy still does not arrive. I am truly disappointed with Shopee Xpress courier.

1. On 12/July - Attempted delivery at 5.20AM. (Ridiculous time)
2. 12/July-out for delivery at 9.13am. I was at home but no calls received on delivery or did anyone come by my house.
