ShopGoodwill review: One of my accounts re instated and to reinstate all of my families accounts.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

They commit mail fraud. they keep the overpayment of shipping. I had a 4lb lot by shopgoodwill columbia williamette have a shipping weight of over 35 lbs. actual weight was 4 shipping was over 40. most goodwills will reverse if it is overcharged by that much. this goodwill refused. they said there was nothing they can do. I used the fed ex site to calculate and the shipping should have been $14 not almost $80. my bid was unpaid due to that. they never denied getting the extra shipping cost credited back to them.

shopgoodwill, because I made a new account due to this, has banned my accounts. fine idc. they also are stalking me. im getting a lawyer and I suggest you all do too. time to file a class action lawsuit on the shipping alone. they have deleted every family member account. whether or not they live with me. my adult daughter has her own account, has never had an unpaid bid yet they blocked her account sayign she had multiple. her phone, email, and name are all different so im not sure how they are saying that. my brother who lives in the same building recently made an account. did not even have an opportunity to use the account and his was deleted. my fathers account who lives in another city with his name, address, email... nothing matching mine, was deleted. this vicki from shopgoodwill is stalking and harassing my family and we are going to press charges. the only account they had a right to mess with is mine. I never denied having duplicate accounts. no where in their terms and conditions does it say you cannot. yet they claim it does.

their vendors consistently place damaged items so that the damage is not visible in pictures. they upload blurry pictures. they live under the umbrella as is. I have actually won all my claims,2, because as is only applies if they accurately represent the items. if they do not represent the extent of the damage then as is does not apply. paypal actually has the columbia williamette location under investigation due to my 2 claims with them and others claims. make sure you file a claim if your items were not accurately represeneted and dispute it if it is not in your favor the first time.
