On 23.11.2020 I chose a ticket Istanbul-Tashkent priced 8083 TL, when process came to the payment I received message that I will be charged from my card 8608 TL. Isn't it stealing money? It is not acceptable. Trying to attract customers by cheaper price which is not real price.
I request price of 8083 TL as it is written on website of www.skyscanner.com.tr

Air ticket refund / rebooking
I've been purchase a Malaysia Airline air ticket with Hutchgo.com through skyscanner website. Due to the impact of COVID-19, I would like to request a cancellation and refund for my booking. Unfortunately, Mas not allow for full refund, and Hutchgo informed me that i need to liase with Mas Airline for rebooking process.
in Fact, i have contacted Mas, I've been informed by Malaysia Airline, rebooking process need to be done thru Travel Agency not with Mas Airline, and i still not receive any feedback from Hutchgo.
this is totally not acceptable and disappointed of the way Hutchgo solve it with throwing the problem like a ball here and there.
Flights and accommodation
Purchased 6 return flight tickets, Leeds to Tenerife South, 8/4/21 to 15/4/21. I also booked an apartment in costa adeje for the same dates. The transaction period went on for nearly 2 weeks, I received a skyscanner receipt for £600, still no tickets and no apartment confirmation. I have handed over £2, 340 and nothing to show for it. I have informed the police.
I have 3 phone numbers, one is a London office number And the other two are mobiles, one for the manager and the other a member of staff. Please get back to me regarding this matter in Skyscanner name.
Refund for flight tickets been cancelled
We booked flight tickets through Skyscanner in April 2020 - The flights has been cancelled and we contacted your service department in regards our refund. This is now over three months. Flighty paid for but no ticket received
Was called by sky scanner offering flight to bangkok business class they keep telling me to check with bank as they have not been paid I have sent them picture with payment on my statement and the emails telling them the payment has been processed now I have just read this is happening a lot with sky scanner I am just reporting to fraud squad as in my family this is definatly a company that's not going to, last much longer the way they treat customers

i had a telephone conversation with a guy from skyscanner, they claimed they got my details from skyscanner however after a long conversation with this guy they reasured me they are from your company sent me all details including the address, vat reg no, company number and i booked a flight with them and they have taken the money and not issued mewith a flight. i have reported to bank and also a fraud team.
Selling tickets
On june 13th, I was doing a search on the skyscanner website about the possibility for me to get an international flight... When I got a telephone call from someone called jordan saying that he saw me searching and that he had an airticket for me already reserved on the iberia airline. I got excited of course and then he said, someone called keneth will telephone you to give you further details. He did and asked me to look at the reservation sent on my email address, which I saw. And keneth himself said... Now look at your whatsapp with jordan to finalise the details. He will give tha bank account and we will send you the tickets once the payment has gone through. Can I do that online? To which he answered... Not at the moment... We are trying to prevent fraud. So the payment was made and jordan acknowledge the payment and asked me to send him a scanned copy of my passport which I did, and then he promised to send me my eticket within a few hours. 4 hours passed. No ticket. Got in touch on the whasapp... To whihch he answered... I am trying to get your ticket... Bare with me. One day passed. Got in touch again and now he never answered and to this day he never answered my messages of me asking... Where is my ticket.
The most horrendous thing is how banks are failing to protect their customers. Even though a monthly fee is paid, banks are failing in taking responsibility for holding a fraudulent account with them. Business accounts that do not hold the necessary requirements ... false accounts ... and yet ... accept request for payments ... in this case, Halifax is acting as a supporter of the fraudulent people, rather than protecting its customers. To this end, I hold Halifax responsible for the loss of my money, and therefore I request Halifax to be accountable for my loss.
Flight in Brazil
I bought 2 tickets with Skyscanner in Brazil. I live in Australia and due to Covid19 I wasn't able to fly to Brazil. Skyscanner is not helping at all as they keep saying I have to deal with the airline but when I call Gol, which I did 2 times and I have the reference number, they explain they can't do anything as Skyscanner bought a ticket as a travel agent and they have to contact the airline. They are useless and don't want to do their work.
Travel agent out of business
I bought a flight through a Skyscanner search. My complaint is that there is no responsibility held by Skyscanner for the agents they forward you to.
As a problem arises there is also no transparency for customer contacts.
I booked a ticket with an agent that has now gone out of business. The ticket was due to be refunded by Cathay Pacific under their free refund policy in Covid-19. The ticket was not refunded prior to GOGOGO Travel going out of business.
I have therefore lost money. CathayP will not deal direct, Skyscanners hold no responsibility and I have no action I can take from the relevant Travel agents bodies because they have gone out of business. My credit card will not help as they are inundated.
What is really annoying is that the company probably received the refund money before going out of business as this was a Jan booking so one of the first refund offers that emerged in the start of Covid 19.
It is wrong that Skyscanners takes no responsibility for the quality of those on their platform and actively avoid access to any customer service.

I'm signed up for flight alerts. Every time I receive an alert I immediately open it up and it never never ever after 2 years of using it has the price been what it says on the alert! Always higher! Never lower. So why have the alert system?! Example of the many many many are below. And! To infuriate me even more! When I press the submit button I have to sign up to make a complaint! A joke? More money taken out my account
I booked a flight for my wedding to Durban with skyscanner and found myticket.ae . They charged us 7500 dirham on the 27th February. Today they took out a further 3750 dirham. I no longer have enough money to pay for scheduled outgoing bills and therefore I am going to incur charges for bounced bills. My bank is also holding onto 7500 dirham. They dont have a dedicated customer service number for the UAE as it doesnt work. They dont respond to emails and I NEES THIS MONEY TO PAY FOR MY BILLS THIS MONTH! I am outraged. Please can you help. The booking reference with them is ZTRGPP name Frances Phillips Dubai to Durban. Everything I have read is that this is a scam company.
Unethical Third Party Booking Agent - GOTOGATE
We are frequent users of SKYSCANNER and are extremely (understatement) disappointed having used GOTOGATE. We cancelled our tickets due to COVID-19 outbreak well ahead of time, several times in fact and went to great expense to rebook our tickets from Nepal to Spain. GOTOGATE has been the WORST 3rd Party through SKYSCANNER ever! They refuse to refund our tickets even though AIRCHINA has already authorised, in writing that we are entitled to a refund. We have repeatedly phoned and followed up with GOTOGATE including writing to their CEO and have had absolutely no response or outright refusal, denial of any cancellation (we have ALL EMAILS) and have spent literally hours on the phone. This has been an ordeal and super exhausting experience, utter waste of time, energy and sanity! We are taking further steps and will make a formal complaint to the OMBUDSMAN and consumer rights services. We implore you SKYSCANNER to remove and fine this company for unethical service and poor service. We are also seriously considering getting a journalist involved in this matter as this is unacceptable service and unethical. We hope we don't have to stop using SKYSCANNER int eh future but we are having serious second thoughts as it is just not worth the effort and very disappointed after regular use of your service. (As a side Air China have been amazing but as we booked through GotoGate via Skyscanner we must deal with Gotogate)
rescheduling of booked flights without proper notice
My father (Arnel G. Agustin) and sister (Renee April B. Agustin) booked a flight last February 06, 2020 on the site of SKYSCANNER.. and was confirmed by Emirates that they are booked on February 17, 2020.. and suddenly.. my sister got an email. Stating that their booking was move to March1, 2020 without valid reason and much earlier notice... we hope you can address this issue.. and refund the tickets and the damage on delayed flights

At 8.05 on Thursday 30 January you sent traveller Stephen Dymond an email saying that the flight from Thailand to Heathrow on 1 February that I had booked for him the previous day had been cancelled.
I called your offices immediately, and and to hold for 55 minutes before my call was answered. At that point I was told by your staff that the ticket was definitely cancelled and could not be reinstated as more than 30mins had passed since the notification and you only left this window for people to make contact. I expressed my extreme frustration that you took 55mins to answer but was told there was nothing that could be done.
I spoke to Barclaycard and Eva airlines to understand why it had been refused and they said it had not been cancelled. However by then, as Stephen Dymond was trying to return home from China due to the coronavirus scares and was not contactable he had already reacted to your email and rebooked another ticket.
I contacted the airline by email twice before the flight to point out they potentially had the same passenger booked twice on the same flight and to ensure only one was maintained.
I had to leave my home to allow Stephen Dymond to self isolate fr 14 days and only returned today to find from my statement that you have taken the cost of the flight from my barclaycard.
Please refund the £455.60 as your company both advised Stephen Dymond by email and me verbally when I contacted you that this ticket had been cancelled.

HUTCHGO HK has really really really terrible customer service and crappy reputation. I should have known better than booking a flight with them. I should have gone to China Eastern website directly instead of through Skyscanner, and through Hutchgo.
Seriously, Skyscanner, why do you still keep this scam company?
I have been requesting ticket cancellation for 9 days already and they are still not cancelling my ticket. When they detailed their steps, they will charge me for the ticket cancellation (even if China Eastern already mentioned that all the fees are waived due to the special travel advisory of Wuhan virus). I will understand the minimal fees but really, 3-6 months to return MY MONEY? That's insane.
What's Skyscanner doing about this scam company? Why are you still including them in your flight options? Are you in this scam, too, Skyscanner?
What are you doing to protect your frequent customers from this kind of issue?
The cancellation wasn't even our choice, to begin with. This was only due to the Wuhan virus. Could you please help out on this incident?
I terribly need the money for this. Emergency. I can't wait for 3-6 months. It's my money. Why would they hold that for that long?

Feeling very ripped off. Tried to cancel flights due to change of event time. I was happy to pay a cancellation fee and rebook new flight times with your site. But will never use you again. Take all my flight refund except tax and and expect me to use you again when I am already out of pocket. No thanks. It's not like you aren't going to sell the flight tickets again.

I have booked a trip from Cyprus to Malaysia and have received notification direct from the airline that two legs of my trip have been cancelled. I have tried to contact BudgetAir UK to get a resolution to the issue but there is no answer on their phone line and they are ignoring my emails. You should no offer this companies products on your comparison site. For the avoidance of doubt I have not received any refund from the airline as the flights were booked by budget air.
