I wouldn't even give it one star. The socks came two days late. I paid for the 2 day priority shipping. I asked to get my money back for the 2 day priority shipping fee. I sent them lots of emails and left voice messages. No response from sockbroker.com. Don't buy from this company.

I followed up on February 12-14, 2020, but still no response about my purchase. On February 15, I officially complained, but they didn't communicate with me for a total of 9 business days. The vendor is in California and I'm in Texas, so it shouldn't take more than 5 business days to get the product or a response about my purchase.

They got them on 2/6.

They sent me an email saying they would process my order once payment was confirmed. I thought it should have been confirmed right away since I used PayPal. The next day, I went to their website to check the status of my order and hopefully get a tracking number. I looked under my account, which I made when I placed the order, and it said my order was complete with no more info. I tried using their chat and also emailed them, but I didn't get a response from either method.
