wonder bra 7484
I bought a Wonder bra 7484 and its defective. The strap is coming off all the time and its sewed wrong. could I get a replacement. My size is 38d or just a coupon for me to get another one. I paid 29.97 plus tax at walmart in Sudbury, ontario... I do have the receipt dated June 13, 2022. I bought it at Walmart and did try it. But when you I put in on the following day, after a couple of hours the strap kept coming off. How embarrassing it was. I check it saw tha the holding part on the back was not strong to hold the strap..that’s a defect. I know that we are not allowed to return bras, panties so I’m asking for either a note so I could returned and buy another one, or just send me a coupon so that I could return it to buy another one. Thank you.
Desired outcome: i would like a refund and would go buy another one or just a note so I could return it to Walmart and buy another one.
Strapless bra
I bought a strapless bra sometime ago only decided to wear it yesterday going out for a meal only to come back wilth blisters everywhere around the bra lines they are now big and disgusting won't be able to wear a bra I don't for how long i'm so stressed as I need to go to work and do other things and can can't be going about without a bra took videos of the damage it caused i'm so down and in pain sent you an email and sent something to your contact us

First and foremost, please know I have been buying and have been very pleased with this style for a very long time. I generally buy three pair at a time and this last three, two of the three the stitching in the front seam has ravelled. It appears that the stitching was faulty or not completed. The first pair this happened to I felt was just a one off, but when the same thing happened to another I was somewhat upset. These are not cheap underwear in my books and after having had many others serve me well, I felt it necessary for your Company to be aware of my recent experiences. Unfortunately both pair have been worn once and cannot be returned. I have however provided pictures, it is the front panel of both but in different sections. One I can repair by hand, the other might work out if I had a machine. Ironically my drawer has many many pairs that are older but have no problems, these three are my new Ones.

Out of shape around the inside

I bought a black and cream very low cut wonderbra about 6 months ago and both of them have gone out of shape around the inside of the cups. They are completely unusable as they stick out and show through your clothes.
I am extremely disappointed with these as often bought wonderbra and always been happy before.
I would appreciate your comments on this and what you would suggest. I can send you pictures to show you how out of shape they are!

I have been a loyal fan of your brand for over 10 years and was very happy with the quality, comfort and support that your underwear provides until a year ago. I bought a strapless bra which I have been tolerating because I would wear it for a few hours and them remove it because of burning sensation that one used to get. Recently I had no choice but to wear it for the whole day because I wore it to work. Bu the time I removed it in the evening I was bruised and I am even left with a dark mark from the bruise caused by this bra. I am very disappointed by a band that I have been swearing by for more than a decade.

I brought 2 non wired bra as it's vital to women's health not to wear the wired ones
I hunted high and low and was so pleased when i saw the pretty ones you do. Most companies do the frumpy ones
However within 2 months of purchase and wear both of these no longer offer the support and are digging into my shoulders. I've googled the fact that if a bra does this it's down to the main part no longer doing it's job ! So I've now spent over £60 from my catalogue look again to now not able to wear them
I'm really disappointed as I expected better of wonderbra and I loved these bras so much they looked good and were so comfortable

I bought 2 bra at the bay number is w2473. 42c they are no good. There is absolutely no support no shape no elasticity what's so ever. The other bra number is 2483 it does have a little elasticity to it but no shape. Makes me wonder why I even bought them. The price of $48.75 is just ridiculous they were on sale for $29. But still I can get better bras a giant tiger. What kind of rip off plant are you running..

I always buy wonderbra and have never had any issues. I bought this specific brand and the straps keeps on coming loose. I've tried everything, I've worn it about 3 times, but I can do what I want, the straps keeps on coming loose while I have it on.
This is so frustrating due the price I paid for the wonderbra.

I have sent 3 emails and spent over a week calling the contact number for wonderbra that is completely useless-no one answers and it just cuts you off. I returned my parcels recorded delivery over 1 week ago yet no money has been refunded to me. The order total is £84! Order number WU0084900. They took my money out of my bank quick enough when I made my purchase, yet I have not had a penny back. I have since placed another order or different sized bra's, which the money has also been taken for.
I am extremely anxious that my £84 is never going to be returned to me. This needs resolving immediately.

I sent the following email to [protected]@wanderbra.co.uk on 6th November but have had no response for days and I tried to phone many times but the phone line keeps cutting off, I am really concerned now, can anyone please help me with this?
I recently bought 3 bras - order number WU0052690. I decided to return all three of them by creating two separate return forms within one order WU0052690 - first return form has 1 bra on and second return form has 2 bras on - all 3 bras in total were sent back - all in one box - with two different return forms included in the same box.
I have received a confirmation on 5th November that my return has been processed but the amount of reimbursement was only £28, 00. I have returned 3 bras @ £28, 00 each therefore I should be reimbursed £84, 00.
Can you please look into this and refund the correct amount of £84, 00.

so disappointing and annoying, I go back to other brand where I get the right customer service and the bra are actually good quality, my old Wonderbra was better quality really a shame the quality of the new one has gone down here below is the message I send to wonderbra: I have try to call you today I am having problems with 2 of my bra I bought on line not long a go see please order below, I had try to match the same bra I had from few years back that is my all time favorite bra unfortunately as my breast cup grow bigger it become smaller so I order the same bra or what from the photographs looks like the same one from you online shop and it did fit the same, but as I had wear it few times I have notice the material is already loose on the middle of my breast and my older one never did that the size is the same 34 just the cup size it increased to an E now from a D few years a go, I notice that the middle part of the bra it was reinforced that may explain why the new one stretch so quickly with little use, also
it stain with sweat after just one day of use (never happen with my previous bra from you or any other bra I own) I believe it is manly due to the small bottom padding in each cup that I find useless but just make it uncomfortable previous model did not have it I wish you keep the same design, it has not improved but really lost the good quality that was your old one.
I have no use now of this bras I bought 2 as I was so happy to find the same one again, but the quality is really not the same, can you please advice what you can do to help?

Ordered a strapless bra a week ago to go with a dress for my brothers wedding today. delivery said 3-5 days I was expecting it Thursday or Friday. It still hasn't arrived today on the day of my brothers wedding. I phoned customer service and it was the worst iv ever dealt with. after being on hol for a while and being cut off twice the woman was so rude and wouldn't give me any information on where my order was or when it would be delivered. All she said was its down to be delivered today she wouldn't give me a time or any other information. I asked if she could get in touch with hermes who were delivering my parcel to see if they could give me a time and she said no I can do nothing. She refused to help me out any further she just kept saying I can do nothing.
I understand that it may be out of their hands however she wasn't apologetic or sympathetic in any way, just rude.

I ordered a bra which turned up stained I rang customer services and the man on the phone was very rude and as good as started an argument because I rang him twice in a day because I was not receiving there emails I work in retail myself and now that not how you should treat a customer such a poor exsperience from such a big company they also was rude when I rang him to check if my parcel has arrived with them saying that he new of my name as if the office been talking about me and saying that I was demanding when all I wanted to know was that they got there item back so it can be processed he also said that they don't have to refund for two weeks
appalling customer service
After purchasing a product online, the order should have been delivered this week, i.e. the 25th January 2016. It is not much of a problem that it is not yet delivered as I appreciate sometimes things happen to delay delivery. However, on the website, it is showing as "delivered" - it most certainly has not been delivered!
More to the point, I have emailed the company twice, phoned twice and reached out via social media. I have not heard back on email or social media, and I was told they would call me back as they were very busy. I have not been called back. When I demanded to be stay on the phone until they found someone to talk to me, the operator was very rude and told me that was not possible and it would not resolve anything. I asked for his name so that I knew who would be calling back, and also so I knew who to put a complaint again if they fail to call me back today, and he refused to give it to me, and huffed down the phone.
I'm no closer to tracking down my order. And I can't quite believe that for such a big company, they have abysmal customer service!

Internet shoppers out there should be very careful to investigate an online store before making purchases even if that store is recommended by the more legitimate sites. I visited the Wonderbra site in the hopes of purchasing some bras. They recommended Julia's Bra Store as one of the stores that sell their bras. Based on their recommendation I visited Julia's and purchased several bras but after several weeks I have not received my order and I am unable to contact Julia's Bra Store. This is obviously a bogus site. I believe that Wonderbra should stand some of the responsibility for recommending a site that is no good. They should be ashamed to be linked to such a company as Julia's Bra Shop!
I have found the bra I love and bought 6 of them. 3 out of the 6 are now unwearable. It has only been about 2 months. The bra type is w2625

all of a sudden oil started coming out of bra and ruined my silk blouse Why would it do this and how can i get reimbursed for the bra and the shirt? I was eating dinner and all of a sudden my shirt slowly showed stains by the breasts I had to go to dinner like that. Then everything i touched was full of grease.
Wonderbra did not work for me. The quality and fit were inferior. So I returned them. I was charged a $51.00 shipping/handling charge one-way & it cost me another $8 to return them. Fifty-one dollars shipping and handling is outrageous. I did not receive credit for any of the shipping and handling charges & no response to my questions about this. I will never purchase Wonderbra nor will any of my family or friends that I continually tell about this product.
