I am purposefully being kept of the care program by SCE. I feel like this is a fraudulent effort to continue to give me the run around and keep me off of the discounted program and retroactive me from when I was first taken off.
I was first asked to provide paperwork in 2022 in which I did. I was taken off the program supposedly because they claim I did not provide proof and/or they did not accept. I applied everything that was asked of me multiple times. I am on public assistance and have provided that information. I supplied the information that was asked of me, then they requested more. They have claimed to not have received multiple times. I then faxed, mailed AND submitted paperwork online. Now after being on hold for over an hour I'm told I cannot contact that department and notes say to resubmit? It has been over a year and my care has still not been reinstated despite giving all the information. I keep hearing its still being processed or other.
If the care program is to help this in need then why are you purposefully keeping qualified people off? I smell fraud. In addition to all offl this I have complained about the amount of my bill multiple times and they refuse to have my meter reread multiple times.
Desired outcome: Place me back il on the care program and retroactive to when In was first taken off in the beginning of 2023.
