I went in to return the cable box and remote control after deciding to cancel my cable service. I arrived and immediately signed in to enter the queue. Once I signed in, I saw that I was 5th in line. I sat and waited while I moved up to 4th then 3rd in line. All of a sudden, I received a message that I had left the line when I had not. I signed back in by entering my name and reason for the visit. When I didn't see my position in line, I signed in again. I went up to an employee who wasn't busy with a customer and explained what happened to me. He told me to check the large screen on the wall and now I was 6th and 8th in line! I saw customers being called up to be served, but my position in line had not moved. I went up to another employee and he stated that there was nothing he could do and to sit down and wait my turn. I wasn't trying to cut in line in front of the customers who were there before me, but I should've been placed in line where I was before being kicked out of my place in line. No one seemed to care if their intake system was working or not. They just blindly take the customers as they come. I ended up leaving in frustration. I found another store in Pico Rivera, CA and returned the equipment without any problems. I hope I never have to return to this store again!
Desired outcome: I don't plan on remaining a Spectrum customer for very long. I'm down to only internet service, once I find another internet provider, I will be done with Spectrum.
