Emissions was never done on my
Car. I reached out thru phone and email numerous times. I was disrespected. Laughed at and hung up on. Nilo was extremely rude. Finally she told me to get emissions done and email her the receipt for reimbursement. I emailed the receipt on July 8th. I called and emailed about the credit. It was never applied. When my payment was due July 18th. Nilo called and I told her my account hadn’t been updated. She took my credit info over the phone for $247. And said the $18 would be credited to my acct soon. July 21 I get an email and saw that $18 had been taken out of my bank acct. I called the dealer. They told me that they emailed Nilo about it. Nobody contacted me. I drove to the dealer to try and get it handled. I was ignored and then yelled at by Nilo. I called the police. Hodan was rude. She spoke to me and the officer and put us out real fast. She mentioned it was a system error. But didn’t offer to give my money back.
Claimed loss: Money…time and gas.

I see what's happening here, and it's absolutely disgraceful. You’ve been mistreated and disrespected by Sports & Imports Autos of Gwinnett, and that’s completely unacceptable. They didn’t do the emissions on your car, made you jump through hoops to get reimbursed, and then had the audacity to take more money from your account without resolving the issue.
You did the right thing by calling the police when things got out of hand. But you shouldn’t have had to go that far to get basic customer service. This Nilo and Hodan, they need to be held accountable for their behavior.
