On 8/8/2011 the company have charged rs.750 as annual feewhich have been debited in my statement. when I have opened my a/c in sbicard representatives assured me that railway employees are entitled to get free card for whole life i. e. no annual willbe charged for whole life. but each & every year I am watching that annual fee charged & after that when I appealed for waive of this fee the company again credited it from my account. this year again I appeal for the same. please see the matter & do the needful.

I have applied home loan for Rs 9.00 lacs during March 2010 and it was sanctioned on July 2011 with 6.49 Rs and also sectioned 30, 000 Rs for SBI life insurance, However total amount sectioned 679000 Rs.
My flat construction started from Nov 29, 2010 and invested personal money for initial work.SBI informed home loan interest @8% fixed for the First year and 9%fixed rate for 2nd and 3rd year on Feb 2, 2009 up to Rs 30 lacs for NEW CUSTOMERS. In addition, there will be no processing fees, free personal accident insurance and no levy on prepayment of loans if they are paid from the borrower’s own resources. On enquiry with the bank, I came to know that they have charged @10.5% interest rate and processing fee.
Now we want the all sectioned money But SBI Issue the check as per 41:59 % Ratio at first time and now pressurized for House Insurance and will be deduct [protected] Rs. If I failed for this, they said, not issue the next check.
This house insurance is compulsory…? Can we withdraw all section amounts onetime……? I request you to kindly enlighten the provision and advice me in this matter.

I have taken a home loan at fixed 8% interest rate in 26.04.2005, Loan A/c No: [protected], suddenly after two years my rate of interest raising from 8% to 8.25% without informing me. Though i had some beneficiary accounts with the last digits but i dont have any scheduled alerts to my account.
i searched on internet for same type of complaints ! surprised on seeing.
The same kind of sms alerts recieved to many people in the same way and one of the guy recieved 30 times and more in an hour the same message.
This is so sad to hear that the government websites are easily hacked than private org sites.
I am going to register an complaint in the nearest bank and lets see what he says about the message.

My self Santosh, and i had a credit card of sbi bank.i was regular user of sbi card.few years ago some froud happend on my card, after this froud case when i got my statement then i surprised to saw my bill.after that i made a call to sbi card customer care and told all my story then they assured me that all charges would be reversed if your case is true.after 1 year i got a call from sbi side that there are some outstanding due on my card then i told my all story then again they assured me that they will update all my story and as soon as possible this matter would be resolved.
after 2 year in the month of june again i got a call of Mr jeetendra Singh from sbi card side at that time they told my that total outstanding of my account was 118457 after listing this thing i got surprised that how it could be possible.when i complained in 3 or more times in sbi card then how it could be possible.
again i told all story to mr jeetendra singh but he was not ready to listen any thing.then he starts argument with me.but i was ready to pay minimum amount to settel this card bcoz due to this card in future i am not able to take loan from any bank.here i never used this card but again i was ready to close this matter to improve my cibil ranking.
but mr jeetendra singh was not ready to listen any thing.according to him i have topay all outstanding to close this matter or to improve my cibil rating.but i denied the same.here i am ready to pay maximum 10000 to close this matter.but according to jeetendra singh i have to pay all outstanding.
After two or three days again i got a call from RBI LEAGLE DEPARTMENT by the name of Mr Amit Tyagi ([protected]), according to him within 24 hour i have to pay all outstanding other wise i have to go in jail with all my family members.
the main reason to sending this mail that RBI cann't interfare in credit cards recovery caess.one thing more that i never forget the voice of mr jeetendra singh, the voice of mr jeetendra sing and Mr Amit Tyagi was similar.here again i denied for the same payment bcoz this amount was not used by me then how i was liable to pay this amount.
then mr amit tyagi was starts to harresh me.i have all recordings of the all conversation which was happens through mr amit tyagi's number in my mobile.
they abused me very badly, according to mr tyagi(jeetrendra ) if i would not pay this amount within 24 hour then he will send police in my residence.
when i investigated this matter then i got to know that it could not be possible that RBI can send police for credit card recovery.
Here i am ready to settel this matter if you are ready to take 10000.but one thing more that i am also going to lodge a complain in consumer forum and banking ombusdman for this case that how mr jeetendra dare to call me by the name of RBI.

at time of issue of card it was committed by the sbi credit card company that above card is life time free for annual charges and other charges but after seen the present month statement I am very shocked that they charged rs 750/- Toward annual fee, add-on charges rs.250/- And gst charges debit.Regarding reversal above charges I already discuss two times with help line of sbi credit card but they clear cut denied to do the same.
Till last year they waived on continuous persuasion but this year they have not done so till now.
It is clear cut matter of violation of commitment and trust

I hv nre a/c with the above branch last 13 years. Iam working in an american company called ncr corporation - dubai branch last 13 years.
Now i transfered to our jordan office. From here last week i sent 1.31, 688.00 rupees to my a/c. From jordan we are facing problems to sending money to our bank a/c.
Within this difficulties i sent the same through uae exchange amman jordan.
After two days i checked with uae exchange whether this amount remited to my a/c or not, they replied they sent message to sbi india but no response.
Finally i checked with my parter to check the bank whether they received money or not
The bank employees in above branch will not giving correct answer for them.
Also they said, your hasband informed to sent the money na.. Why dont you ask us again ?
Is your couter clerks peoples behave like this to the customer ?

Recently I applied for Housing loan with SBI-RACPC, I seems they are never looking at the loan requirements and submitted documents,
After keeping my documents for more than a month, at the last moment after the valuation they simply say they cannot consider the pent house are area for loan processing.
The Chief Manager of SBI, Anna Salai branch asked me to meet other Charted Engineer for revaluation and spent thousand rupees more for that work from my packet. I understood from the discussion that he himself doesnot aware of much of the process for housing loan.
I suggest everyone never go to SBI for loan processing, its obvious the SBI RACPC employees never toward sactioning the loan as quickly as possible, sleepy SBI RACPC workers.

State bank of India, Memnagar Branch, Ahmedabad-380052 has SBI ATM outside the Branch of the bank. It is quite tough to reach at ATM terminal as there are always Stray Dogs on the door/way of the ATM. I said many times to Guard at there to move them away but he is against that on spiritual base. He argues so much & favours the dogs occupancy at there.
I also complain to manager of the memnagar branch, but, as usuall, the manager has nothing to hear from me & only doing nothing. He is not interested to provide any service to constumer.
who will be responsible for rabbis if someone has been suffered from these dogs? There must not be any responsiblity of guard to remove them? Is there a right to maintain stray dogs at there?

I have applied SBI Gold and More Card vide Application No. [protected] and received my SBI Gold and More Card on 01-05-2012 and I have not received ATM Pin No. Till date.
On dated 10-05-2012, I have received a Call from M/s SBICPSL by Phone No. [protected], intimated that I have to pay Rs.1499/- for the SBI Gold and More Card.
At the time of applying it was intimated by SBI CARD the representative told me that Rs.499/- Card Annual Fee will be charged being a govt. employee and the same will be returned after 1st purchase of Rs.2000/- or more and promised that no hidden charges ( Processing/ extra fee/ etc.) are including for issue of this Card. I have also received a message from DM SBI Card that the first year fee is Rs.499/- only.
Pl. Look into the matter as I am not satisfied with promise of your SBI representative and I will not pay extra amount as intimated to me by phone. It is requested that please do not issue me ATM Pin No. of this card. As I have no need SBI Gold and More Card.
It is also requested to collect my Original SBI Gold and More Card/documents (Vouchers etc.) from my Office Address at the earliest and advised to your representative to show the actual position/charges of the cards to the customers in future.
