Inspite of regular reminders by my SBI Branch at Hadapsar, Pune, the SBI's Internet Banking Team is real slow on working on the issue that I am constantly facing and which is causing me a lot of inconvenience. Thankfully, my SBI branch has been kind enough to listen to me, whenever I approach them. But, I guess, the real problem solvers are not taking it seriously to get it solved as soon as possible. I am really not sure how long is it going to take for my issue to get resolved, as half a month has already passed but nothing fruitful has come up.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had a SBI credit card which I never used. To prepare this card I had to mke a Fixed Deposit of Rs.10000/- in SBI Sehore (Madhya Pradesh) Branch where I live. I wanted my FD money back for which I contacted the SBI, Sehore Branch and they suggested me to call on Tool Free No. [protected].As per my request they cancelled it on March 15, 2011 and I was told that a letter will be sent to me, on the basis of which I will be refunded my money (FD) back.
Till date I could not get any letter. Now when I am calling o the same number my request is never entertained.
I want my FD back very soon as I need this money very essentially.

I deposited Rs.200000/- in Feb'2007 in my SB A/C NO [protected] putting my sign on the pay in slip as depositor. One Mr. Pramod Kumar Rajak reported to be staff of State Bank of India & posted at any other branch, with the connivance of Doctors colony Kankarbagh, Patna branch staff has put his sign on the pay in slip afterwards, pretending to be depositor, thus tampering with the voucher. Further Mr Rajak taking benefit of being staff xeroxed that voucher and handed over to police whereas no autority has demanded that voucher thus leaking out bank secracy and putting me on risk. Mr Rajak and branch officials also made another change in the said voucher by putting sign of one Mr Ashwin.Tampering with the voucher and trying to embezle the money constitute a serious matter.i request ur honour for justice

Hi Sir,
This is with regards to my father’s SBI loan, My father had taken computer loan through your bank for 84 months when he was working for BHEL, the loan account no is [protected].Last week we got a letter stating that we have outstanding in the loan, but when I enquired the same with my father’s company (BHEL) through which the loan EMI was deducted every month from salary they say the same is completed, further this my father went to enquire the same in State Bank Of India Tiruchirapalli Branch (SBIN0000930), there the Branch manager says it’s a delay in money transfer between SBI branches i.e. from State Bank Of India Heavy Elec Kailasapuram Branch (My father’s home branch) to State Bank Of India Tiruchirapalli Branch and they have charged a cumulative late fee & interest on late fee at 17% which is the current rate.Every month EMI gets debited on 1st from my dad’s salary and then the debited amount was transferred to main branch on 10th, now the bank is charging late fee for the difference ten days. My question is why should the customer get effected because of all the delay & goof-up’s b/w SBI branches and why there is huge delay in transaction between branches in the same city.
The most irritating part in the tale is they (SBI) have withdrawn 10k from my father’s SBI account ([protected]) without any intimation.
I want a proper explanation as to why money from our account was debited without any prior intimation and why should customer get penalizes for banks delay and how can branch staff show such cold and shut-door response to customer especially when there was no mistake of customer.
I would request you to kindly investigate the matter at your level and do get back to us with a favorable revert.

hi everybody! I had had a nightmarish exoerience with sbi cards! first, they offered me several insurance& lost cards/ travel insurance products! I staright forward denied all those offers! then, one day, they called me to say that as per my agreement, I am offerd some insurance sort of thing! later, after some time, I sent them mails & also called on the customer care & after having a heavy discussion & after I warned them to go to consumer courts, that they accepted their folly & agreed to wave off the charges levied.
& again, after about 3months, they started send me details of the bills & are sending them since last 3 yrs or more. the amt has gone up to abt 1900/- frm 550/-! I dont know yet, what to do!?

I have contacted SBI couple of times and every time they give a user credential which never works till date.
I live in USA and I sent my application for registration for online banking to SBI Noida, Sector 2 branch on September3, 2009, Since then I have sent numerous reminders but there is no reply. There are three different phone numbers of that branch and I have been calling them every day ten to fifteen times. The ring goes on, but no one answers the phone.
There is one website that is supposed to register the complaints, but when you start accessing the website, it closes by itself. There is another website, but it is prepetually, under custruction. In USA I have been using online banking since 1993, and I have never had any problem. But SBI online banking appears to be a joke.

respected sir, i am kush khanduja & i am regular customer of SBI phagwara branch. on 11/05/2011 i went to sbi phagwara to deposit money but they lady on deposit counter refused to take denomination of rs. 50*200=10000. she said that we dont take 50 rs. notes as she is not aloud to take it from customer then i ask to the cash manager he rudely said that we take only new currency of rs. 50 he used vulgar language and said that 'don't disturb me' . then i went to branch manager's office and told him all the problem but he take lightly & said go home and change the currency. this is hopeless branch . no management working properly no work of consumer is done on time the staff here needs tea/coffee only they don't care that customers are waiting in line. no satisfactory reply from the senior staff . new staff in the bank don't even know the difference between current account and saving account. even the cctv cameras are not working which make this branch non-safer place. your co-operation on the subject will be highly appreciated . thanks and regards

non receipt of cash from atm
Respected Sir,
I have a savings bank account of State Bank of India at SPP branch, Fort, mumbai and my account no. is [protected]. While I was on leave at my home town in Nepal I tried to withdrew a sum of Rs 10, 000.00 (Nepali currency) from our local bank ATM named Business Development Bank Limited (BDBL) Bank, Narayangarh Branch, Nepal on 02 May 2011 but unfortunately I couldn't receive the amount as the cash got stuck in the ATM. Later on I lodged a complaint with BDBL Bank Branch Manager. The Branch Manager intimated to their Main branch at Kathmandu and guided them to repay the same amount back to my SBI account. They further stated that a similar intimation should come from SBI, Fort Branch, Mumbai . On receipt of the intimation from your bank they will finally credit the same amount into my account.
It is therefore requested that the complaint may be looked after and necessary action may be taken at your end to facilitate easy recovery of my money.

I Parshuram Shetkar, retired serviceman from Bureau of Sailors Bombay has not received penison for 5 months w.e.f Dec2010 till date. I have submitted all my details to SBI bank. My PPO No.[protected], SBI A/c No.[protected].
Pls let me know why pension is stopped. My daily needs are on this amount. I am suffering from diabetes, heart problem not able to walk. Each time I go to SBI Bank, Sakinaka I return back without any reply. The bank officials are not co-operative in helping me out on this issue.
