Cancellation of sim card
On my way to work, with total disregard I did not notice that I lost my sim card registered under my Iqama (Iqama number: [protected]) mobile number: +[protected] and I would like to request for its cancellation immediately so I can provide a new one and not be charged with services tagged by this lost sim that I am no longer capable to use. Thank you.
Post paid stc sims (extortion) (fraud)
STC company refuse to close either of the two SIMS station that subscriber (My wife) who has since left the country Saudi Arabia (Final Exit) must come and sign the form in person to discontinue services.
Every month I get a bill for 300 SR
And since I am her Sponsor all bills I am responsible to pay before my final exit.
I have gone to 2 branches who just say "sorry, nothing I can do.."
I am being extorted. This is highly unethical and tantamount to stealing.

Our stc modum and Landline not working since 3 days one of the signal in the modum is blinking red we are calling 900 nobody answeying we went to Jubail stc they told it's working in the system
What's the benefit if it's working in the system and we don't have Internet

Unending bill
Had a bill came again: 126sr due date on Oct.01, 2018 My account has been closed. Application to close was Aug.13, 2018 - paid all the necessary bills as what is showing in my account/ double checked w/ the customer service of STC since I went in there personally. Total amount paid was 288.58sr (only used less than a month actually but still paid just 2 settle.)
Now I have another bill came again. As per STC customer service (900) that's the last 1.

He also required a snapshot of my iqama and I was so fooled at that time that I gave it to him. After sometime I realized that it's a scam. Now i'm worried about my iqama details. What should I do?
Unable to open a ticket
Hi. I just shifted to new place and now want to transfer my Broadband Internet to new place. I pay Monthly Bill of SAR 208. Now if I call 900 my requested is not getting accepted and call gets disconnected. I also visited STC office in Jubail but there also people were not helpful. The Customer service representative said he sells sims and he has no idea about this.
Now I am not sure how can I get my line transferred or at least get a ticket opened for this matter to resolve. My Line number is [protected]. Please respond to my request and at least open a ticket for my case. My contact is [protected].

Landline dsl connection for new internet
I applied for internet on 15th April 2018 and recieved message on 17th april for handling connection and was told i will be recieving technician message on phone but nothing happened i tried chatting on MYSTC but still customer executive told me hold on and i will recieve technician message ASAP and he will put urgent note on request.
I waited long called 900 everytime i talk to executive he told me it is not his job to tell when i will recieve message and he is not working in administration. i still insisted he told me he works for new connection i even told him i am looking for new connection but refuse to give clear answer. then somewhere on 20th april 900 told me i did not recieve technician call which is big lie and they send me new request number then 900 gave me technician number verbally +[protected] i tried calling this number no response at all and it seems phone is off. then after long wait i recieved message from STC on 29/04 that one tech will contact me his number is [protected] but i did not recieve any call that day. i called myself whole day but the tech never recieved the call. on 30th april in morning i called again and this time he answered and completely denied he was assigned i even send him STC message still he told me its not his job. finally i contacted MYSTC and the customer again telling i will get connection soon and technician will contact me. I tought STC was better company just to put somone out for internet more than 15 days and no assistance from MYSTC / 900 or technician. if STC dont want top provide connection they can easily deny when client coming to STC center
Haraam act of sr 80,000 denial long 15y esb for a sincere employee
Dear Sirs,
Assalamu Alaikum / Good morning. Legally I resigned my job after rendered service for long 15 years of remarkless dedicated sincere service with proper notice period to STC via mylink. stc.com. sa to SNOC manager Mr. Nezar Fawaz Qutub and concerned all managers from 9th march 2014 for 30 days, but my resignation was rejected and asked to intimate minimum of 12 months "which is absolutely illegal by saudi Labour law.
Kindly refer 3 attachments. Second time I insist my resignation but also rejected. Third time I insist with his meeting also rejected and unnecessarily threatened me"Will you get your 15 years esb from STC ". Due to threatening manner, I came in may 23 after 80 days of resignation. Due to my mother's critical condition I could not return back to saudi.
But till now, I was denied to get my long 15 years service award from"7th march 2000
Non migration of sim and and loss of airtime I did not use
I went into stc service provider to migrate from my zain service provider to stc 3weeks ago.
They did the migration and I went off the next day I put in the stc sim and load 210 saudi riyals airtime having done this one hour later the sim is deactivated.
I go to the closest stc store they brush me off and dont want to deal with the problem they casually tell me to go where I bought the sim.
For the last 3 weeks ive been into the store to get this problem solved and till this day nothing has come forth bare in mind the cost of going into the store has nearly exceeded the actually problem I have been going to the store daily.
I spoke to a few agents managers and one senior branch manager who promised to call me 2 days ago and still no call from him he casually gave me his business card took all the information I gave him and said I will call you in 3 days it should be resolved its 5 days later he still has not called.
I also went in on two occasions I was told they would log a request to there head office I should come back in 24 hours the issue should be resolved on two occasions this request was logged and nothing came from it . The agents said I should call customer service and complain how is that helping me after 3 weeks of time wasted going into a office everyday spending money to get this issue resolved.
I would like some urgent help as this people dont care it seems and will brush you off with any lie day in and day out I dont see this problem being resolved I just see myself giving out more money to get this problem resolved.
I have attached the branch manager cell and the two requests serial numbers they logged to get the issue resolved to track it that nothing came from.
Landline and dsl disconnection
I have been visiting Stc offices and requesting to cancel/ disconnect my landline number [protected] and dsl for the past 1 month but STC officials are taking requests and sending reference numbers to my mobile but they are not disconnecting the landline and dsl. I have visited 3-4 times STC office on king fahad Road but these officials are playing with the customers. Even after three weeks they are not disconnecting and they are billing every month 200 sar to my account.
Cancelled landline and internet service
i need help to activate again my internet and landline service but when i tried to call 900 and enter the landline number it i saying wrong. It was cancelled because i did not pay on time but on the same day it was cut, i paid through sadad already. Can you please check what is the problem and activate our service again...I cannot access my account also because i forgot the password already and no other way to retrieve it. I went also to STC branch in Taif Shehar and told it was already working and if not call 900. But the 900 if i enter my landline number will tell wrong number. So what i will do.
Fibre optic modem
I canceled my modem (landline fibro optic)on September 2017.my iqama number is [protected] soumyajose still I am still receiving bill for my modem .I went to stc najran alfaisalya center they are telling me to pay this amount also. I will never pay that amount. I have already paid a lot for this modem.if stc is not taking any solutions. I will apply for legal actions.because I lost more than 1200 riyal for this modem.so please do some thing as soon as possible.my mobile number is [protected]
Internet connection disconnected but I receive bill.
In October 2017 I cancel my home quick net service [protected] but in November 28th I received again monthly statement fatora 205 SR on that time I make complaint that I cancel my service permanently but from stc side my problem was not fixed from October to till November month, I receiving 205 SR.
18december I went to stc at king fahad road Riyadh he said internet service is stopped from them but not cancelled he suggest me to complain so kindly do needful. PlZ cancelled my internet connection. Thank you.
issuance of new data sim
I am using data sim (Quicknet) since 1 year and is satisfied with the service but after finishing my package I visited STC sales office in Malaz (king abdullah park) and told the officer for renew of my package but he replied that we will issue you a new SIM for new package and cancelled the old SIM. After cancellation of old SIM, there was a system error that new SIM can not be issued as already SIM exceeded at your name. I checked it from CITC and confirmed to sales officer that I have only 1 SIM registered on my name. But they told m that we cant help you, visit to our main office. I visited the main office of STC but they also unable to issue a new SIM. Kindly resolve the issue I want to get Quicknet of STC. Thx
complaints about my cancel home quick net service
In June 2017 I cancel my home quick net service [protected] but in July I received again monthly statement fatora 199SR on that time I make complaint that I cancel my service permanently but from stc side my problem was not fixed from June to till November every month I receiving 199 SR but there is no net service in my home every mont i make complaint I visit stc office but they do nothing now I don't know what to do?

Few days ago I go to your jeddah office which is situated in azizia, I submit form for new landline or dsl connection to our office in al tahliah, he said that today or next day u got a call from aur technician is pleased to serve u... disgusting treatment by stc staff at riyadh airport
I wish to make a complaint about and STC staff member at Riyadh Airport. He was very unhelpful, rude, arrogant, ignorant and refused to serve me because I could not speak Arabic. I have never witnessed such blatently racism or arrogance in my life. Unfortunately I do not know his name but he is the fat one of the 3 members present on 2nd November 2017 at 10:30pm - the unpleasant service from this man is disgusting. Not acceptable from any reputable company. I am so glad I refused to use Sawa STC services because of this man. He needs to be disciplined.

With due respect, in 2007 I disconnect the STC telephone and submit application in STC Mura'ba - Riyadh but unfortunately they didn't disconnect it.
After that I went again and 3 times I submitted the application but nothing happen. Stc customer service officer said it will take time don't worry we will remove.
Now after 10 years past the invoice still in my name and they didn't cancel.
