On the 24th of December 2019 I bought a King Steer Burger at Steers in Idutywa in total garage. time was around 21h00. I was driving home, i took a bite on my way but realised that it was too big so when I got home I opened the burger and saw an earth worm. I took a photo of it and also called the store. A lady by Thozama said it could be from the lettuce that was not thoroughly washed and apologised. She said I can go to the store and collect another one with some extra chips from the lady named Unathi.
I realised that this matter was not handled in a manner is deserves but I was seen as someone who deserve another burger and the matter is closed. What is in the bite I took I ate an earth worm. There was no follow up checking I I feel and why I did not collect another burger as an apology. I once thought of handling the matter through lawyers but because at that time I was busy with my dad's funeral I could not apply my mind to it.
