Bought a cell phone from Walmart, try'd to activate that for 3 day's but it is still not done, they let you believe online that that is a 5 minute handling.
It is not, If it would work properly and fast as they say, would be nice but they cannot transfer numbers, as they say and then you are in trouble.
Sorry you have to wait 24 hrs and again and again and again.
I think you are directly connected with India, when you call customer service and by problems they have to call the USA, it sucks, big time.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
TWO DAYS! 7.5 hours on the phone with employees of straight talk who cant speak English and act as if I should understand what in the HEXX they are trying to say. My two new ZTE Rapido phones are STILL NOT ACTIVATE AFTER TWO DAYS of talking to the IDIOT employees who read only from a book and use NO COMMON SENSE. TWO DAYS of telling me I have to wait another 24 hours before another IDIOT can tell me to wait another 24 hours to activate my phone unsuccessfully AGAIN. FREAKIN company SUX
Ditto: Straight Talk sucks...I really thought this was not going to be a good idea but my girlfriend insisted that it was cheaper and she had no problem and now 4 days later and no phone...amazing. They are the worst company to deal with...I hate them
Starting yesterday, 10/31.15, every time I tried to send a text message I got Error code 97...can't seem to figur out what this means or how to get it rectified
First off, I wish they had Customer Serivce reps that spoke decent English! -- not Filipino English! Straight Talk kept refusing Goggle Voice's requests to port OUT my telephone number. So, when I called to find out why, their response was for me to cancel my request to Goggle Voice and the 2nd request would go through -- translation: they screwed up the first request. So, as it was getting close to the end of my service date, and Straight Talk still hadn't ported out my number, I was forced to buy another service card for fear of losing my number. Given that it was because they dragged their feet in porting out the number, I would think that they would have given me credit for the card that I purchased and loaded into my phone (and did not use!) -- they wouldn't.
